• Josef (1/5): Very disapointed. Not what it should be according the pictures!! - Air conditioner was working, location The room did not correspond to the images presented!!! It was in a very outdated and worn condition, and extremely small. The bathroom was in poor hygienic condition, with visible mold. Even the door handle appeared unclean and unpleasant to use. This specifically concerned room 107. The door was not properly sealed, resulting in considerable noise disturbance from outside, and light from the hallway was clearly visible inside the room. The bed linens did not appear consistently fresh and were not regularly changed. The walls throughout the room and bathroom were not freshly painted, and the bathroom ceiling was in a particularly poor state—damaged, stained, and affected by mold. The lighting situation was also inadequate. There was no proper ceiling light; instead, only two small bedside fixtures were installed. Additionally, there was no functional light switch, requiring the bulbs to be manually unscrewed in order to turn off the lights. The breakfast offering was also of very low quality and did not meet reasonable expectations.

• Beibitkyzy (1/5): Awful!!! - the object did not match the description/photos and there were problems with the number- the photo did not match. We checked into the room and found a significant discrepancy with the photos shown in the ad. In the photos, the room looks much more spacious than in reality. In fact, the room is extremely narrow, the space is very limited, there is no place to place luggage — even one suitcase cannot be opened properly without blocking the passage. The room layout also differs from the one presented: the arrangement of furniture and bathrooms creates a feeling of a much smaller space than shown in the photo and a general discrepancy in style. We believe that the photos are misleading (using distorting camera angles/processing), as they create a false impression of the size and convenience of the room. In such conditions, it is impossible to stay for 7 days. Please consider the possibility of a full or partial refund.

• Bahaa (1/5): ….. - Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and did not provide any comfort. There was barely enough space to move around properly. The cleanliness was below standard, and the hotel in general did not seem well maintained. It felt neglected and not properly cleaned. The staff were unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Their attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even worse. The breakfast was very poor in terms of quality and variety and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

• Agustina Oliva (1/5): El peor hotel en el que me he quedado :( - La ubicación. Lo único. Y nos cambiaron las toallas cada día, pero no considero eso ecológico. No es necesario y no ayuda al medioambiente.. El hotel en si es viejísimo. Las habitaciones son DIMINUTAS. No pueden estar dos personas en una habitación, no entran ni las personas ni el equipaje. Son antiguas, tienen defectos de mantenimiento, cables sueltos, humedades. Pero el mayor problema es que LAS PAREDES SON DE PAPEL. Escuchas al vecino como si estuviera contigo en tu habitación gritando, a los que pasan por la escalera a toda hora, es terrible. Imposible descansar, imposible moverse por la habitación. Qué decir del desayuno. Para eso mejor que no ofrezcan. Al tercer día ya ni bajé a desayunar, porque solo hay PAN DURO y depende el día alguna salsa y verdura sin sabor. La verdad es que por el precio que hemos pagado, me deberían devolver el dinero.

• Laetitia (8/5): Emplacement top, confortable, propre - L essentiel y est pour un bon séjour : Emplacement top juste derrière la Mosquée bleue. Literie confortable. Hôtel très propre. Séjour au calme. Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec douche bien chaude. Sans gâcher le séjour, la chambre triple est très petite : les 3 lits sont collés les 1 aux autres. Pas de table de nuit. Pour plus de confort: préférer une suite pour 4, nettement plus spacieuse et un très bon rapport qualité prix au vue de l' emplacement.

• Stefania (4/5): - Locația este foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice. Micul dejun este foarte sărăcăcios, dar găsești ceva, lucrurile în cameră sunt învechite.

Doamnele de la curățenie au întrat in fiecare zi in camera, au schimbat sacul la baie, au spălat pe jos., așezat putin prin camera si la prosoape. Mic dejun proaspăt dar nu prea variat. Din păcate, camera pe care am primit-o noi nu era cea din descrierea rezervării. Asta nu ar fi fost o problema daca nu ar fi fost mucegai in baie, la fiecare îmbinare a dusului, dar si pe tavan. Colacul de la wc fugea in orice parte posibila prindea loc. Mobilierul umflat si cojit pe alocuri, chiuveta extrem de crăpata . De asemenea, era mucegai si pe pervazul geamului.

У отеля хорошее расположение: недалеко находится берег для прогулок, а также удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. В целом, проживание оставило очень приятное впечатление.

Завтрак - есть базовый минимум, чтобы ходить сытым до обеда: вареные яйца, хлеб, масло, сыры, оливки , помидоры, огурцы, джемы, чай кофе ( есть еще салаты, колбаса, сосиски на любителя). Расположение удобное, до голубой мечети, Базилики, Айи Софии - 8 минут прогулочным шагом. Прекрасная терраса, где нас поили чаем и на разу не взяли за это деньги! Кто бронирует - внимательно обращайте внимание на размеры номеров, наш был очень маленьким и без окна ( оно было, но выходило в стену сразу же и возможности проветрить не было) возможно это станет проблемой для тех кому сложно находиться в замкнутом пространстве или кому нужно больше пространства. Нам с дочерью было нормально, мы приходили только спать - я даже шутила, что такой номер располагает только лежать ))) зашел и сразу лёг на кровать )

• Claudia (7/5): Ottima posizione, centralissima. Peccato per la colazione! Buona scelta per un soggiorno breve - Posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimi, struttura ben tenuta. La colazione purtroppo non era varia, dolci assenti e prettamente salato tra insalata russa e stufati vari. Purtroppo li aveva attirato da subito la foto della terrazza ma al momento era chiusa per lavori. Sicuramente la prossima volta!
• Patricia (5/5): Ubicación perfecta, hotel malo - Lo mejor es la ubicación. El desayuno es nefasto, una mesa con pan blando, un poco de queso y mortadela sin sabor y cuatro ensaladas, siempre las mismas. No reponen cuando se gasta, si bajas la última hora el café, de máquina, no sale ni leche. Las camareras de piso te llaman a las 8.30, si aún estás dentro, les dices que vuelvan más tarde y ya no vuelven. El desayuno y el personal.

• A. Dekker (8/5): Top locatie, goede prijs/kwaliteit, maar ontbijt ergens anders - Locatie is top. Je loopt de straat uit en bent bij de Blauwe Moskee. Hartje oude centrum. Ongeveer 45-60 min vanaf airport. De gezinskamer is ruim en was goed voor ons gezin van 5 personen. Voor een paar nachten goed te doen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam in meerdere talen. Het ontbijt wat niet goed. Te weinig plek voor alle gasten, te weinig items en voorraad. Was echt mager, dus dat kun je beter elders in de stad nuttigen, en uitgebreider!
• ibtissem (8/5): - Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux durant notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Un hôtel en complete adéquation rapport/qualité prix. Il est très bien situé à 2 min du bazar Arasta et des différentes mosquées. Je tiens à remercier tout particulierement Fatma en réception et Yelcin qui s'occupe du service petit déjeuner pour leur bienveillance, leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour.
• Fábio Simões (5/5): - Localização. Pequeno almoço muito básico, sala com pouco espaço para os clientes. Imenso barulho até às 1:30AM. Limpeza do quarto deficiente, box do chuveiro danificada colada com fita cola, o aquecimento não funcionava e onar condicionado estava apenas para o frio.
