I am writing regarding a very disappointing experience we had with our reservation at the hotel during our honeymoon last year. Due to an honest mistake made while booking under stress and while organizing our trip, I accidentally reserved the room for the same date one year later instead of the correct travel date. We only discovered the error upon arrival at the hotel. At check-in, we immediately explained the situation in good faith. The hotel staff informed us that we would need to pay again for the actual night of stay, which we completely understood and did without argument. However, we were also reassured that if we contacted Booking.com and the hotel afterward, the future reservation made by mistake would likely be refunded or adjusted considering the circumstances. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts by Booking.com to contact the hotel on our behalf, our requests were repeatedly ignored and no assistance or response was ever provided by the hotel management. As a result, we ended up paying for The actual night we stayed at the hotel An additional unused reservation for the following year that was clearly booked by mistake and never used This was not an attempt to cancel last minute or avoid payment. It was a genuine human error discovered immediately upon arrival, during our honeymoon, and handled transparently and honestly from our side. What saddens us most is not only the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy and communication afterward. We expected at least a response or willingness to review the situation fairly.

However need more chairs and space around the pool. Staff were very friendly and the location was great. Used room service a couple of times which were very quick. Also, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and needs improvement. Additionally, the cutlery and dining tools felt very outdated—it looks like they haven't been replaced in years.

Allison (8/5): Great - Breakfast was good, position in Patong was perfect I did the room to be a little bigger as we had booked a Deluxe Superior room and it just seemed a Norma room. Someone who booked separately from us and just booked the cheapest room had exactly the same room as us.

jacqueline (10/5): Absolutely fabulous - we booking again for 2027 - I liked the fact that it was central, as we preferred to be that side of town, we stayed at another hotel to experience a different side but we ended up every day at the side of quality beach resort. Very convenient 10/10 … the first time in my life that there were no bedbugs and I experienced no face rash… their bedding was 20/20 for being clean .thank you to the friendly staff well done to your team We could have liked to swim later than 10pm due to the heat,but we do understand that they needed to clean the pool for the next day.

Constanza (10/5): Maravilloso - Es un hotel excepcional, las instalaciones son muy lindas y todo está muy cuidado. El personal es muy amable y todos los servicios son de primera calidad. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todo lo necesario, la cama es muy cómoda. Está justo frente a la playa de Patogn y a pesar de que es céntrico y tiene mucho comercio cerca, no se siente el ruido en las habitaciones. Basta caminar un par de cuadras para encontrar de todo, a 5 minutos de la calle de bares. Finalmente, el desayuno es completo y de buena calidad. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos en este hotel. El único comentario que podría hacer es que falta una escalera de acceso a la piscina en la zona del bar.
Segev (10/5): מלון מצוין במיקום מושלם. - מיקום מושלם - אין יותר טוב! בלב פאטונג, קו ראשון לחוף הים ומרחק שתי דקות הליכה מרחוב באנגלה. מלון נפלא, נקי, שקט, מפואר ואותנטי. צוות נהדר ואדיב, מומלץ בחום. למרות שארוחת הבוקר מאוד עשירה, תיירים מישראל מעדיפים יותר מוצרי חלב לארוחת בוקר מאשר מוצרי בשר. יש מקום להוסיף יותר סוגי גבינות.

Ashley (10/5): Friendly staff, neat and tidy with access to everything you need - We loved the direct pool access, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location is ideal with easy access to all the activities we were interested in. The whole complex was always kept clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast equaled other hotels i have stayed in Thailand.

Derek (10/5): - I don't usually use hotel pools and whatnot. But being able to access it straight from my balcony, I found myself taking full advantage of it. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and helpful. The facility and location for me were spot on. I can't wait to come back in the future, especially for those killer pinacolada! I found that when you're in bed, your outlets and switches for the lights are out of reach. But that's just a me thing.

Oscar (10/5): We would definitely come back! - When we first arrived all the staffs were great, sweet and helpful. The whole place including our hotel room was beautiful and cleaned. The location was great! It was in the middle of everything so we were able to walk everywhere. From the beginning to the end we couldn’t asked for anything more. There was nothing for us to complained about!!!
