The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee of 2 EUR per night is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.

Oproti předchozím pobytům byl slabší výběr jídel na snídani i večeři. Snad to bylo tím, že byl první týden po hlavní sezóně.

- Michaela (4/5): Nie mehr Hotel Kanada, seh unfreundliche Besitzer, die einen permanent beobachten. Man kommt sich eher vor wie in einem - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal vom Frühstück auch sehr höflich und kompetent, ebenso die Zimmerreinigung mitsamt dem Personal. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einem Herrn mittleren Alters (es war wohl einer der familiären Mitbesitzer des Hotels) sofort aufmerksam gemacht, das pro Zimmer nur 1 Hund erlaubt ist (dieser Zusatz stand bei Buchung nirgends geschrieben) und wir hatten dann abends sofort unsere zwei Rauhhaardackel -ein Geschwisterpäärchen- gemeldet, daraufhin wurde er ziemlich sauer und hätte uns am liebsten das Zimmer verweigert, wir baten ihn aber trotzdem um Beherbung, da wir aufgrund der Olympiade jetzt nirgendwo anders unterkommen können. Mürrisch hat er uns dann die Schlüssel gegeben. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir dann wieder von diesem Herrn beschuldigt, das unsere Hunde an die Wand an der Rezeption gepinkelt hätten,, was a unsere Hunde nie machen würden und wir b immer darauf achten nicht so dicht an die Wände zu kommen. Dann kam eine Dame vom Service und fragte was los sei und wischte eine Minipfütze weg und meinte aufgrund der Farbe nämlich ganz klar, das das nur Wasser oder ein Überschuss aus dem dort stehenden Hygienespender sein könne, worauf der Mann kopfschüttelnd hinter seine Rezeption ging. Wir wurden den ganzen Aufenthalt von dem Herrn und seiner Familie behandelt als wären wir Gäste 2. Wahl und nicht willkommen. Echt peinlich für so ein Hotel der mittleren Preiskategorie, wegen Olympia eher gehobene Preise. Der Komfort des völlig überteuerten angeblich Lodge-Zimmer war der nächste Witz. Mobiliar und Matratzen anno peng, mit Kindern besser nicht buchen wegen Verletzungsgefahren. Das Kopfteil des Bettes war aus massiven Holz mit vielen Löchern. Wenn man nachts schlafen wollte, Fehlanzeige, denn sobald das Licht ausging begannen die Holzwürmer im Kopfteil mit Ihrer Arbeit und es begann ein heftiges lautes Gekruschel hinter unseren Köpfen, was sehr ekelhaft war.

- Larissa (7/5): - Beautiful scenery, clean rooms , nice spa area and private sauna with outdoor jacuzzi with amazing views Well overpriced for 3 star hotel for basic room, but we were there for the Olympics, so it must have been the reason every accommodation in the area was extremely expensive. Dinner times was 19.30 till 20.00 ,so we never got a change to try the food , had to walk to another hotel for food.

- TomaszU (8/5): Bardzo sympatyczny hotel na zimę i lato. - Skusiłem się na obiadokolacje - były bardzo dobre. Szczególnie makarony oraz deser. Mniej usatysfakcjonowany byłem mięsami z grila - jedno wysuszone, boczek niedopieczony i żylasty (a powinien się rozpadać w ustach). Obsługa natomiast bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Miejsce parkingowe było. Sympatycznie, że barek był dostępny wieczorem. Co prawda miałem mieć pokój z widokiem na góry - ale miałem na drzewo, natomiast obsługa na tyle fajna, że przestało mieć to znaczenie. Łóżko wygodne (chociaż ma wrażenie, że nie była to 90 cm szer.). Łazienka - klasa i komplet ręczników oraz wyposażenia na saunę (lub basen). Mam wrażenie, że to też fajna miejscówka na lato. Cicha okolica. W moim osobistym odczuciu - nie mającym wpływu na bardzo dobrą ocenę obiektu - ale warto mieć świadomość pewnych minusów, które nie przysłaniają plusów: (1) wygłuszenie pokoju jest przeciętne (słychać w sypialni przy głowie szum lecącej wody, a przed 9 obsługa czyszcząc pokoje szura łóżkami co może być irytujące jeśli nie wychodzicie przed 9 rano;), (2) śniadania są do 09:30 - ale jak byłem raz o 09:15 to już posprzątane i nie było refleksji, żeby zaproponować jajecznicę czy coś dołożyć. Na śniadaniu byliśmy jeszcze ostatniego dnia - zero warzyw (co dziwne bo oferowano je wieczorem do obiadokolacji), (3) obiadokolację trzeba deklarować wcześniej do wskazanej godziny - wykluczony jest zatem spontan i zmiana planów, że nie chcieliście rano ale jednak chcecie zjeść.

Słaby basen i spa - zamknięcie o godz. 19:00. Spa niedostępne dla dzieci, basen dla dzieci jedynie do 17:00. Śniadania marne. Słabe wi-fi. Właściciele sprawiali wrażenie niemiłych (reszta obsługi super uprzejma).

La colazione molto varia, superiore a quella di un 3 stelle. Siamo stati veramente bene!

- Claudio (8/5): Vale la pena. - La posizione, tranquilla e in un bel posto vicino a san Martino di Castrozza. Purtroppo solo la nostra camera non aveva il bidè e non era il massimo. Per il resto la camera era grande e il letto buono.

- eckicbr (7/5): Tolles Hotel wo italienisch gesprochen wird. - Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut, wir waren da um Motorradtouren zu machen. Das Hotel ist schön ausgestattet und das Essen sehr gut. Leider hat sich das Personal keine Mühe gegeben mit und zu sprechen. Ok sie müssen nicht perfekt deutsch reden aber Englisch wäre schon gut. es wurde zwar viel italienisch gesprochen aber das haben wir nicht verstanden.
- Marcela (9/5): Perfektní pobyt - Skvělá lokalita, hotel má pěkně zrekonstruované pokoje, výbornou kuchyni a nejmilejší personál. Rádi se vrátíme.

- Federica (7/5): Peccato la stanza ..... - La posizione è perfetta. Vicina alla strada principale ma sufficientemente lontana dal rumore del traffico. Ampio parcheggio e grande cortesia e disponibilità del personale di sala sia a colazione che a cena. L'albergo è vicino ai principali impianti di risalita, comodi sia in estate che in inverno Credo di essere stata particolarmente sfortunata con la camera, visto che era molto piccola, non ristrutturata e con un bagno rovinatissimo. Sul sito avevo visto foto diverse e camere molto più belle ed ampie e anche confrontandomi con gli altri e le altre ospiti ho capito che la mia era una delle poche stanze "vecchie". Anche la pulizia della stanza e il cambio asciugamani lasciava a desiderare. Peccato perché con qualche accortezza in più o preventiva segnalazione della stanza l'esperienza complessiva sarebbe stata decisamente migliore

- Adamo (7/5): - In primis un complimento lo voglio fare a Nicodemo e Carlo, personale di sala, quando un lavoro viene fatto con passione e dedizione...Bravi. La cucina è ottima e abbondante Buon parcheggio e hotel pulito con una discreta sala wellness Solo una cosa, la mia camera era situata sopra le cucine e gli odori mi entravano, il personale usciva a fumare e l odore entrava, nn era climatizzato, e 2 cani che ogni tanto abbaiavano o piangevano mi disturbavano, il mio letto era un divano letto....scomodissimo. Comunque un bel hotel

- Michele (9/5): - Struttura in buona posizione, camera pulita e accogliente. Staff ospitale e disponibile alla cura del cliente. Molto interessante l'accesso alla SPA gratuitamente. E interessante anche la disponibilità delle e-bike a pagamento naturalmente. Cibo molto buono. Orario colazione: se fosse un pochino prima delle 7.45 sarebbe meglio. Così sia chi deve partire, che chi deve andare a fare escursioni può partire prima delle 9. Il prezzo....qualcosina si può limare. Un pochino caro.

- Francesco (6/5): Migliorabile - La sala da pranzo è ben curata, il personale gentile e attento, la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta poco distante dalle piste da sci in zona silenziosa, ampio parcheggio scoperto. La camera aveva il riscaldamento che non si chiudeva e c'erano sempre 22/25 gradi; la spa non la definirei nemmeno cosi, una micro piscina fredda in una sala rimbombante, con 6 sdraio ai bordi, metà delle lampadine erano bruciate, le due saune sono microscopiche e poco invitanti. Posti da sedere o sdraiarsi in tutto 10 (per pochi fortunati).

- Šárka (10/5): Výborné - Není co vytknout. Snad jen, že k snídani nebyla žádná zelenina. Jinak vše v naprostém pořádku. Určitě se budeme vracet.

Un voto in più per la gentilezza della signora che gestisce con la famiglia il posto. È stato un piacere sentire i suoi racconti passati e le sue spiegazioni sulle piante, clima e territorio locale.
