Вернемся еще раз! - Супер удобная локация, шикарный вид из номера, очень отзывчивый персонал Уборка номеров осуществлялась очень средне, за 3 дня не убрали бокал из под вина, как пример. Решалось при помощи менеджера, но все же Очень скудный завтрак, прям вот очень. Одно и тоже каждый день в максимально узком варианте

Вид на море просто потрясающий, можно бесконечно любоваться Босфором (выбирайте номер с видом на море). В номере есть кофе в капсулах, душистые чаи с заварочным чайником. Достойные завтраки. Приветливый и очень отзывчивый персонал. Номер был готов заранее, не пришлось ждать. Однозначно рекомендую и при возможности с удовольствием вернемся сами.

При въезде 1 раз наполняют минибар бесплатными безалкогольными напитками. Если спросить, рекомендовал бы я этот отель - однозначно да! На шведском столе нет разнообразия блюд - каждый день одно и тоже, но дополнительно по меню можно заказывать блюда из яиц - готовят вкусно, что компенсирует этот недостаток. В номере при уборке не добавляли ватные диски и палочки.

Locatie is top om Istanbul te ontdekken, met bushalte en metro voor de deur. Ondanks dat het in het drukke centrum ligt, is het in het hotel lekker rustig. Uitgebreid ontbijt en lekkere douche. Het was ook heel fijn dat we welkomstdrankjes op de kamer kregen en elke dag werd water, koffie en thee aangevuld. Alles was super, ga zo door!

The hotel is fairly new, and the staff were amazing—especially in the breakfast area, where we felt very welcomed every morning The rooms, although brand new, are quite small. The hotel itself is also on the smaller side—a boutique-style property with a compact lobby, small gym, and a modest restaurant.

- Daniel (9/5): Great location and exceptional staff - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Taksim, just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, which made getting around the city very easy. We booked two rooms. One was on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, for my mother and her caregiver. The room size was acceptable and functional, though a bit more space would have made movement even easier. Our second room was for three people, with a double bed and an extra bed provided by the hotel. It was comfortable for two and slightly tight for three, but still clean and well arranged. The staff were absolutely outstanding — extremely kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. They supported us in every possible way and showed great flexibility and cooperation throughout our stay. We are truly thankful for their hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfort, and especially the amazing staff.

- Sarah (10/5): Nice, clean, really good staff - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything we needed. A special thank-you goes to Turkan and Ayham, who assisted us during check-in. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. Truly the best! Their hospitality made our arrival smooth and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which gave us a spacious and beautifully arranged room. The view was stunning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would like to stay in Taksim.

- Nino (6/5): - Not impressed with this hotel at all. I do not think this hotel should be ranked as five star. The rooms are mediocre, quite small, weird shower/toilet configuration, not very clean (blinds and curtains had stains all over, electric outlets at the sink covered in stains) Breakfast is ok. Location is good. Staff is friendly, although I have been told multiple times that the security deposit would be released within a few days (as it normally should) it’s been over two weeks, still blocked. Also, I’m pretty sure that the Byredo shampoo and hand wash in the bathrooms are filled with some cheap hand soap.

- Eduard (8/5): I would recommend this hotel to the people who like a good level of service for a reasonable price. - Location is 10 from 10, 5 minutes to metro station and Havaist bus stop (Bus line from the city to international Istanbul airport). You can travel by foot to various historical and favorite tourist places. Our room was on the second floor with windows on the street. Unfortunately the windows soundproofing is not enough to sleep well. On the other hand you can upgrade the room on the option with view on Bosphorus, but be ready to pay 25-30% extra.

- Alaa (10/5): من اجمل الأماكن اللي سكنت فيها بتركيا - كل شي جميل حتى المنطقة قدام حديقة وقريب جدا تقريبا 5 دقايق على الأقدام من ميدان تقسيم والموظفين جدا متعاونين وكان المكيف حق الغرفة عطل ثاني يوم وتم تبديل الغرفة ان شاء الله الزيارة القادمة راح اسكن فيه

- Gianluca (7/5): Bene, ma non benissimo - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Piazza Taksim e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura è carina e ben curata, e il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile. La colazione è stata una delle parti migliori: buona, varia e abbondante. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che non rispecchiano pienamente lo standard di un 5 stelle. La camera era piuttosto piccola e alcuni dettagli sono stati trascurati: ad esempio la crema corpo non è stata rifornita nonostante la richiesta, mancavano accessori importanti come il dental kit o il kit per la barba, e gli asciugamani da mani non sono stati sostituiti. Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene e lo ritengo un buon hotel, ma alzare un po’ il livello dell’attenzione ai dettagli renderebbe davvero giustizia alla categoria a cui appartiene.
- Yumna (1/5): A total scam: Fake 5 Stars, Zero Soundproofing, Horrible Stay - Location was good and the staff were often pleasant, although not very helpful. We stayed at Lokalist Istanbul from for 10 nights, and it was a nightmare. This hotel is a scam: advertised as 5 stars with “soundproof rooms” for maximum comfort, but in reality, it’s a noisy boutique hotel with none of that. There is zero soundproofing in any of the rooms. We tried a city view room on the 2nd floor, and a sea view room on the 5th floor, you hear everything in both rooms: doors slamming, toilets flushing, guests talking, showers running, service cleaning. I have multiple videos proving how unbearable it was. Sleep was impossible for 10 nights. When we complained after the first night and asked to cancel, staff admitted the hotel is not 5-star and told us to cancel through Booking.com, but Booking.com is blocked in Turkey, which they knew and never disclosed, leaving us trapped. We tried to reach them tens of times, they were impossible to contact, through messages, emails, or calls. Instead of the hotel helping, they just moved us upstairs, but the noise was exactly the same. The problems continued: linens were dirty, torn, and stained (I have photos), the door lock was broken, the blackout curtains let in light, there was also a huge gap under the door letting in noise, water turned cold whenever other guests showered, and “streaming services” were a lie because only YouTube is available. Also confirmed by the staff. Booking.com confirmed the hotel was misrepresented and offered me compensation, but the hotel refuses to cooperate. Even worse, management dismissed my documented complaints as “allegations" and that I didn't complain to them on site, when I did, and they said there's nothing they can do. That is not just poor service, it’s dishonest and disrespectful. This hotel ruined our vacation, scammed us out of over €1000, and continues to mislead guests with fake advertising. Avoid at all costs – I will be posting my photos and videos to warn others.
- Vadim (6/5): - Идеальное месторасположение у площади Таксим, вблизи остановка метро. Уборка каждый день. Автоматически отключалось электричество в номере, судя по всему ради Обеспечения экономии. Для того, чтобы включить обратно приходилось открывать и закрывать входную дверь в номер. Отключение только через доступ с кодом. Неудобные ватные подушки, нет багажниц, а хранение чемоданов удобно на них. Завтраки довольно скудные.
