- Dragana (9/5): - Objekat je na dobroj lokaciji, plaza je blizu, osoblje se veoma trudi, cistoca je zadovoljavajuca Mnogo muva u oblasti bazena i rcepcoje, za koje nisu nasli resenje. Uplata VISA karticom u objektu je sa 17% provizije, sto za nedelju dana iznosi oko 50 E. O ovome nisam bila prethodno upozorena, tako da -pripremite gotovinu ili drugu karticu.

- Valeria (4/5): No volveremos - Nos gustó la ubicación y el acceso a la playa privada. En cuanto a la habitación y personal de aseo, estaba bien. El joven que aseaba la habitación se presentó el primer día y nos dijo que estaba para ayudarnos si necesitábamos algo. Lo que nos molestó mucho fue lo insistente que fueron los jóvenes que animan show en la noche. Todos los días que estuvimos en la playa privada del hotel o en la sala de estar de la recepción, iban a ofrecer sus actividades y a pesar de explicarles cortésmente que no asistiríamos porque buscábamos pasar una vacaciones relajadas ellos insistían al punto que nos pareció muy desagradable además de atrevidos. Finalmente hubo una situación con una persona de recepción que generó la perdida de confianza en el lugar y decidimos irnos y no reservar una noche más como queríamos. Si bien los encargados del hotel se dieron el tiempo en la tarde de escucharme y entregar las disculpas pertinentes, cambiamos de hotel.

Mon dieu, j’arrive à l’hôtel , l’hôtel de l’angoisse comme je l’ai renommé, on arrive à l’accueil pas 1 mot d’anglais donc déjà compliqué, pas de wifi ok pas de soucis. J’arrive MON DIEU j’ouvre ma couette des poiles des cheveux, dans la « ‘salle de bain » des poiles de barbes sur la savonnette donc qui a déjà était utilisé… L’odeur de la chambre , ça sentait le phoque … et j’exagère pas… je suis descendu tapez un scandale , on m’as gentillement dirigé vers un Mr je penses que c’était le responsable lui par contre parler français. Il nous a « surclassé » dans une chambre plus grande et vue sur la piscine … la piscine jamais de la vie je met un orteil dedans… et le buffet mon dieu mon dieu … PLUS JAMAIS , après niveau localisation c’est extra super super bien placé …

Det forkerte billeder som jeg har set på booking.com. meget dårligt rengøring alle steder på hotel. Om aftenen er mørkt på gangen, i restaurant, haven, pga af sparsomt. Der er ingenting man kan følte sig glade for at være her. Internet gælder kun reception area, hvor der er mange mosquito og insekter. Jeg skulle betale 180$ som var 8500 egyptian pound, men mænd siger at det koster gebyr 300 extra for credit card. Så jeg havde betalt 8800 egyptian pound. Det var meget irriterende fordi andre steder betale jeg ikke extra gebyr på det

- Joelle (3/5): À éviter ! - Son emplacement pas très loin du centre-ville. La piscine. Exceptée la piscine. Ensemble pas propre, pas entretenu. Des gravas, des fils électriques qui pendent, des ascenseurs qui font peur ! Il faut mettre ses doigts dans un trou pour les appeler. L’accès à la mer (fermé à 18 heures !), pas entretenu, des gravas, la « plage » minuscule entourée de gros bateaux. Le petit déjeuner… pas appétissant, la salle pas propre comme le reste, et l’odeur ! Épouvantable. Il y a mieux à 100 mètres sur le trottoir d’en face !

Правда посуду приходилось выбирать т. к. много битого было с трещинами 😒 Связи не было никакой. На сайте написано что есть ВайФай на всей террит . отеля ,но увы….Кондиц. вышел из строя, один вечер в номере моих детей а вторй вечер в нашем ,в номере было невыносимо жарко, ночью к 2-часам нас все таки переселили в другой номер, но постель была в пятнах и грязная и пока это все нам поменяли прошло около часа. Слив унитаза был поломан , нам пришлось снять крышку чтоб им пользоваться .Полотенца были настолько старые что они уже видимо и не отстирывались.Приходилось каждый день искать среди тех что приносили более светлые.После 18 ч. частный пляж закрывался и бассейн тоже . Кстати насчет пляжа-очень грязный ,маленький и с камнями….🤷♀️

- ELENA (3/5): Чистый отель. Негодный пляж. Очень милый персонал, всегда готов помочь. Всех поваров нужно уволить. - Понравился наш номер, после того, как нам поменяли номер три раза. Последний номер был прекрасен и соответствовал моему ожиданию. Очень милый персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Этот отель хороший, если покупать его вообще без еды. Никакую еду есть было невозможно. Даже простые и обычные макароны были сварены так, что мы не смогли их поесть. Когда нам нужно было уезжать в Каир и мы попросили ланч-боксы, то в них мы нашли немытые огурцы! В последний день нашего пребывания мы пошли на ужин и увидели арбузы. Мы обрадовались и подумали, что мы поедим хотя бы их, но они были совершенно незрелые. Это поразительно! Где в августе в Египте можно было найти незрелые зеленые арбузы? Но персонал нашего отеля их нашел. Также большой минус я ставлю для пляжа, потому что его фактически нет и информацию о пляже и реальных фото размера пляжа я не нашла в описании отеля, эта информация скрыта. Но там можно только зайти в море и остановиться, плавать нельзя, там перекрыто веревками и буйками. Получается, что это мелкий бассейн с морской водой. Поэтому я ставлю общую оценку 2 для этого отеля. Хотя я могу вернуться туда только для того, чтобы там переночевать, если мне снова дадут ту же комнату, потому что в ней были действительно удобные кровати.

- Drazen (10/5): Great value for money. - Great value for money. There are plenty of foods to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch and dinner each have a couple of options, plus fruits and sweets like different types of cake. As I said, great value for money. The bar is great, very cool with friendly staff. Drinks are served in plastic cups, which are not very sturdy, but I was mostly drinking gin and the cup was filled 2/3 — more than expected. It’s a bit tricky with beer since the cup is too small, but they refill it instantly, so it’s not really a problem. The room was excellent: big beds, a nice bathroom, and a large balcony with a view of the pool and the complex. The TV and fridge were working fine. The room was cleaned and tidied daily with fresh towels, though not always at the same exact time. On mornings when we needed towels earlier, we had to reach out to the staff — but they were always helpful. The beach nearby is decent, and the pool is fantastic — clean, with plenty of staff keeping an eye on things. The only real downside is that the pool closes at 6 PM. On vacation, I usually don’t even go out until 5 PM, so I had to adjust my routine to enjoy it. In my opinion, the pool should stay open until at least 9–10 PM. And then we come to the best part: every evening there is a small show. First, something fun for the kids — singing and dancing with the staff — and then a program for everyone, including belly dancers, fire performances, and other shows. Honestly, this evening entertainment combined with the bar is a solid 10+. It’s actually the main reason I would consider coming back to this same hotel if I return to Hurghada. The pool closes too early at 6 PM, which made it hard to enjoy in the evenings. Also, beer is served in very small cups, which is a bit inconvenient.

Biz oda kahvaltı olarak konakladık, gündüz turlara katılacağımız için konumu merkezi olsun, arada çocuklar sıkılırsa aquaparkı plajı olsun diye düşük puana rağmen rezervasyon yaptık. Otel beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Kahvaltıda omlet yaptırabiliyorsunuz bu sayede güzelce karnımızı doyurabildik. Odamız deniz manzaralı, geniş ve rahattı. Özellikle yatakları çok rahattı ve kliması güzel serinletiyordu. Çalışanları da güler yüzlü ve gerçekten yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Konukların geneli Mısırlı aileler. Biz kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bu fiyattaki 3 yıldızlı bir otelden tam olarak ne bekliyordunuz da bu kadar düşük puanlar verdiniz gerçekten anlamadım. Bu fiyata bu performansı beklemiyorduk, beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten kendilerini geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Havuzların sularının değiştiğine veya temizlendiğine 4 günlük konaklamamızda şahit olmadık. Otelin plaji mevcut ama hem plajı hem de denizi çöp içinde. Açıkçası temizlik konusunda tek beklentimiz hasta olmamaktı çünkü hijyen takıntılı insanlar değiliz, hasta da olmadık çok şükür. Ama temizlik takıntısı olan varsa bu otel size göre değil diyebilirim.

- Vahdela (9/5): Jako ugodno iskustvo i dragi i gostoljubivi djelatnici. Definitivno bi opet dosla. - Soba je bila jako lijepa i prostrana. Hrana je bila izvrsna. Usluga i osoblje za svaku pohvalu. Lokacija je savrsena jer mozes pjesice do svega. Bilo je puno muha na recepciji😅 Ali u sobi i restoranu nijedna👍🏼 I bilo bi zabavnije da je bilo sadrzaja preko dana, animacije.

- Nancy Shokry (6/5): Sun& Sea Hotel and aqua park Hurghada - Only the staff is good, kind and helpful, the location as well is good The front desk manager tried to put me in another room level than the level I paid for, I asked for a king size bed he wanted to put me in a Three beds room... I paid for a room with a sitting area and the one he wanted me to be at didn't have anything other than 3 beds and bathroom... I didn't take that room and that's when they changed it to what I asked for. The new room was fine but it doesn't have all that's described, None of this is there ; kittle, coffee machine, rugs, side lamps nor even soap bars and shampoo. The beach was so limited in comparison to the guests number . Pool was not clear and people were wearing cotton gel fabrics in there.

- Mandy (1/5): Het was verschrikkelijk - Helemaal niks Het hotel is ontzettend smerig, achterstallig & veel kapot. De glijbanen doen het niet, de lift is stuk en het eten is walgelijk. Paar keer naar de receptie gelopen aangezien de airco het niet deed in de kamer + een wc dat niet doorspoeld. Hier werd steeds niks mee gedaan. Het ontbijt was ontzettend vies en smaakloos. De koffie lepeltjes kon je pakken in een kopje water met andere vieze lepeltjes erin, het brood was droog & de koffie was niet te drinken. Verder was de kamer erg smerig en kwamen de stofwolken achter het bed vandaan. De kamers zien er achterstallig uit… ik heb zelfs met mijn slippers gedoucht omdat het niet werd schoongemaakt in de badkamer. Ik zou dit hotel sterk afraden en kom hier nooit meer terug!!!

- Melodee (5/5): - Some of the receptionists were incompetent. One wouldn't get off her phone long enough to figure out what she was doing. She had to call the porter to make me come back and tried to tell me that the hotel card machine wouldn't work when she didn't even turn it on.
