From the moment I arrived, the concierge welcomed me with warm, genuine smiles and helped with my luggage right away. The lobby was bright, airy, and beautifully decorated, making a great first impression. My room was a dream. The linens were soft, the bed was like a cloud, and the smart home system was a cool touch. Housekeeping kept it spotless daily. The on - site restaurant? Amazing. I had a steak that melted in my mouth. The pool area was also a highlight, with cabanas and a great view.

Unacceptable breakfast: the worst I have had in 20 years of travelling in China! Only at reception does anyone speak a little English, but even at the lobby bar I cannot understand anything. Very bad experience. Too bad, I have used it many times in the past but now it really is a disaster!

The most impressive thing was that one gentleman guided us to the underground car park to get our car out , because the night before there was a power outrage. Much appreciated. There’s no more water bottles outside of the elevator. Last year I stayed there in February, but there were plenty water outside of the elevator.

Estuve buscando en los alrededores de ese sitio y están edificios en construcción. Para peores, estaba lloviendo y nos mojamos Gracias al taxista que nos llevó, y como 1 hora después de no saber que hacer, buscó, envontro el hotel y nos llevó de gratis. Esto deberían corregirlo de inmediato. Está situada a muy poca distancia della estacion oeste del tren. Si duda, por lo demás. Me volvería a hospedar allí.

Everyone was always super nice , and smiled to me :) always when I had questions they were happy to help me . It’s close to the railway station , a small park is not far and a lot of food options are around.

We paid for room including breakfast however, we needed to fly early the next day for 6am hotel departure, but hotel breakfast started 6:30. When I checked out a 5:45am, the front desk staff knew of my early departure and prepared a nice breakfast bag and package for my taxi ride. Bacon, salad with eggs, 2 kinds of sausage, coffee, bread, etc. This was really special treatment that you rarely find in the USA or Europe. Fantastic.
