- Soudabeh (2/5): - Room may have been cleaned some years ago. Noise from the street into the room as the building needs a big upgrade. The water does not go through the sweag in the shower. The shower was broken. Dust and dirt all over the place, inside the room and outside. Staff were friendly.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff is very unprofessional and rude we made the reservation in this hotel because it was near my brother’s exam and when we asked for a late checkout they said it is not possible and the room is already booked, however when some circumstances happened we had to extend for 2 days so we went to the reception to ask for extension even if they will change the room but they refused and said there are no rooms available and all are sold out so we checked expedia and found availability and made the booking in the same hotel so they changed the room which was very poor and when tried to change the room they said you are registered in that room and we are not allowed to change it also whatever we ask for either not available no one is answering The staff is very rude and unhelpful by any means and does not know how to treat a guest who is paying for his stay and they are not paying us anything

- Ratna Prasad (6/5): Strictlly for Budget Travellers without expectatio - Looks like when they started it was a good 3* sea facing hotel and now they are just manging it with all the same old furniture which i guess has not been upgraded in the last few years, so i would say it as a old 2* hotel and people should go for short stays without expectations. The beds have a sound when ever you move, doors needs to be hard pushed or pulled, However the Restaurant in 1st Floor was looking very good and looks like they have changed the interiors for it. Breakfast was Good and i have no complaints. It looks like all Rooms are Sea Facing only in this Hotel, but you can hear the Traffic all thru the Night luckily Egyptians dont use much of Horn like India so that was a plus. There are Shops around the Hotel for Water/Carobnated Drinks etc.
- Ahmad (2/5): Worst stay ever - The room I got was very dirty. There were no dinner options in the hotels & I had to order sandwiches after a long working day. The stay is very bad. Only 2G mobile network available right beside the window & no network at all in the rest of the room. I hardly made any calls & had to leave the hotel & stay in a neighboring cafe to check my emails & do important online tasks. I reserved 2 nights & asked the reception to check out after the first one & get a refund, they told me to contact Expedia. No options on the website to do so. It was a really miserable experience regarding the hotel & the booking site. Thanks a lot!!!

The hotel is great for people whom looking for a full sea view hotel with a low price.
