Bed seemed smaller than a queen. Room next to ally. Loud voices all night. Did not sleep at all. Considered moving to another location for night two but hotel was going to charge 160 dollars for cancellation.

- Roland (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtbezirk "Little Italy". Zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Haltestelle der Trolley-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die "Strandpromenade" mit dem Flugzeugträger "Midway", der besichtigt werden kann, ist nicht weit entfernt. Wie schon in anderen Kommentaren beschrieben, wird Frühstück angeboten. Dieses besteht aus Kaffee, Croissants, Joghurt und Saft. Einen Raum dafür gibt es leider nicht. Nur eine kleine Sitzbank ist vorhanden. Ich habe das im Vorfeld gelesen und akzeptiert. Wer jedoch Wert auf ein ausgedehntes Frühstück legt, ist in diesem Hotel falsch. Ich war zwei Nächte eingebucht. Jeweils um 05:00 morgens begannen LKW die umliegenden Restaurants zu beliefern, und parkten genau vor dem Hotel, die lauten Kühlaggregate der Lieferfahrzeuge waren doch sehr störend. Ob dies jeden Tag so ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Veel horeca in de buurt en andere wijken en het Convention Center te belopen binnen 30 minuten. Het ontbijt was erg karig: yoghurtjes een appel/sinaasappel en croissantjes met sap en koffie. Dat is lastig als je geen lactose mag eten en croissantjes te vet vindt.

My truck is only 2 inches higher than stock and it didn’t fit in there parking for the week

It’s right next to the Piazza del Famiglia in Little Italy so the evening feels so lively but not noisy; perfect for me especially when you close the windows so the buzz is just barely audible. Very cozy. The facilities are actually decent for the price, though of course not brand new because the building is heritage, yet the furniture and the paints and the items are not dilapidated at all. The bathroom door is rather drifty, meaning it won’t stay at one place and would shut itself if left open. Not a big deal but annoying to me. Showerhead is not detachable/mobile, just bear in mind.

- Sveto (10/5): Perfect Location, Relaxed Stay – We’ll Be Back! - We had a fantastic stay at the Urban Boutique Hotel and would absolutely come back. The biggest highlight is the location. It’s just one street away from India Street and about 50 meters from the lovely square with the fountain in Little Italy – perfect for exploring, dining, and enjoying the atmosphere of the neighborhood. The room was very clean and well maintained. A practical detail we really appreciated: the shower and toilet are in one separate room, while the sink is located in the hallway area. This makes it very convenient when staying as a couple, as you can get ready at the same time. The continental breakfast is typical American style, offering pastries, fruit yogurt, packaged juices, and a selection of fresh fruit. It’s simple but absolutely sufficient to start the day. We especially liked that you can enjoy breakfast outside at the tables in front of the hotel. All in all, a great stay in a perfect location with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely return to the Urban Boutique Hotel on our next trip to San Diego.

La colazione era molto scarsa, inoltre nn cè un posto o sedia dove potersi sedere ad eccezione di 2 tavoli da 3 posti esterni sempre occupati. LA pulizia non ottimale, ho spostato i comodini ritrovando polvere e capelli. Le prese usb non funzionavano e il bagno aveva problemi con lo scarico che hanno risolto dopo 3 giorni, in pratica il giorno del mo check-out. Per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo molto di più.

- Antonio (4/5): It's a 2 star hotel, not 3. - Staff was kind and always there. Location is good for safety and public transport. The room was not cleaned up properly and I found several long hair and dust. The windows were barely transparent and the curtains are so dirt. Room extremely small, the pictures have been taken with the wider camera angle possible. Breakfast is extremely minimal (oranges or apple, some cold and mini croissant/pain au chocolat, yogurt, coffee), and you have to find place in one of the 4 (no more, only four) chairs outside otherwise you have to go in your room again to eat.

- Gareth (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay at The Urban Boutique Hotel. - The location is excellent, very close to Little Italy, the urban transit station and within easy walking distance of attractions such as USS Midway and Seaport Village. Our room was a little dark but was perfectly comfortable.

- Alejandra (3/5): Horrible. No limpieza diaria. Desayuno horrible - Solo la cama era grande, pagamos por ello. Y la ubicación. El resto bastante mal Olor a humedad en la habitación. Instalaciones viejas. Desayuno muy pobre (te dicen que es gratis como si fuese una cortesia pero estas pagando por ello.....) Ducha vieja, se salia el agua. Cortina se tela, hay silla tipo geriatrico. El lavabo del baño es de metal tipo pila de cocina vieja con el desagüe oxidado. lo peor: nos quedamos 2 noches y cuando llegamos no nos habian hecho la habitacion. Le preguntamos al de recepcion y nos dijo que debido al Covid (estamos en 2026) y por que hay poca agua en California) que podian hacerla 1 vez cada 2 dias. Esto no es de recibo y pagamos un hotel, no un hostel. ESTAFADOS
