• Tryfosa (6/5): - Het bed was heerlijk. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 2 personen. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk De temperatuur in de kamer is aan de warme kant 25°C. We vroegen of de temperatuur naar 23°C te veranderen was blijkbaar niet mogelijk. Het werd een andere kamer aangeboden maar die kamer was ook erg warm, dus we hebben zo gelaten. Er is een kleine fitnesruimte, maar de airco is daar ook zo zwak dus de ruinte was al warm bij binnenkomen, het is niet te doen om daar te kunnen sporten, het was bloedje heet benauwd. Geen handdoek en water klaargelegd. Werd feedback gegeven. Ze hadden ernaar geluisterd en ons bedankt ervoor maar vervolgens was NIETS veranderd. Ontbijt werd naar ons kamer gebracht maar de koffie was al lauw en het gerecht dat warm gegeten moet zijn was ook lauw. De laatste dag van onze verblijf was de ontbijt een halfuur te laat gebracht en alles was al koud🫣🤨...dus dat gaf zeker een hele slechte indruk. Ze bleven wel vriendelijk town we dit meldden...maar dat hebben we toch niets aan🫩

Jimi at reception was very helpful, and the housekeeper (Imam) was kind and did his best to assist when I requested changes Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. The bedding I received on arrival had visible stains, and even the replacements brought up had marks, including a stained mattress protector. While the staff tried their best to fix it, these items shouldn’t have been in circulation at all. I was also woken early in the morning by loud and constant door-slamming, which made it difficult to rest.

J’ai dû ouvrir les portes bâtantes avec mon sac et ma valise sur roue, monter les escaliers … personne ds le hall n’a bougé ! Les explications manquant en général notamment pour l’ascenseur ou l’on doit badges pour différencier client et résidents selon les étages… Mention très bien à un personnel qui a fait preuve de bcp en accompagnement ! La chambre très bien et un personnel qui se bouge!! Pour les autres ils consultent leur portable avt tte chose…

• FARKHODJON MUZAFFAROVICH (9/5): I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager named Bayu. - I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was the closest hotel to the exhibition venue, which made it very convenient. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is also a shopping center nearby where you can easily find food and other necessities. Overall, the hotel was good and definitely worth the price. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager named Bayu. I had to urgently send some samples to Seoul, and he personally assisted me with the shipment. He didn't turn down my request and was very polite and professional throughout the process. Bayu, if you're reading this — thank you for your support, your time, and your dedication. I highly recommend this hotel — it offers great value for money.

They offered 2 of us a complimentary dinner, with pretty much ZERO on the menu, as they were out of stock of most of the menu. The lifts didn't work properly, the cards for the lifts didn't work

• Jacob (3/5): Good property but a lot of sacrifices. - The physical building was quite beautiful, especially the pool. The staff were also very kind. Constant smell of sulfur around the property. I saw roaches in my room. The keycard to my door failed multiple times and my door had to be reprogrammed twice. The room had the balcony door sealed shut with multiple ventilation units taking up the balcony. Room service didn’t make an appearance until past 5pm. Lack of staff for check out, I never got my deposit back!

It seemed the indicator next to the doorknob was not functioning (don't disturb, door bell, make up room).
• Fouad (1/5): Bad - Nothing Room is so unclean.. I found the pillow, blankets and boiler with some dirt and I had to ask them to change it. According to the bathroom it has a bad smell and the sit doesn’t look ok to use🤢…had to ask for an engineer for the bathroom fan and tea boiler coz they wr not working. Plus only one electricity outlet was working although we had 6 on the room… If I had the chance to go back with time I wouldn’t choose this hotel, so that I don’t go through this bad experience at all. However as long as you still have the chance to choose ran for your life and don’t think about reserving a room here.

Location of room had to walk through restaurant. Hallway leading to room smelt like something burning. Floor boards broken. Termites in wood door frame. Shower head broken. Towel rack broken. Floor waste partiality clogged. Sink hole 99% closed looks jammed. Told them about the broken things in the room, they said they fixed them, came back to the room and nothing fixed. Disappointing and I would not stay again. I expected much better considering the price and the reviews on this website.

Restaurant and breakfast because of the smell is very unpleasant. Purchased freshly squeezed orange and carrot juice advertised everywhere only to be given fake orange squash. The sky lounge out of use. Wi fi keeps dropping. Honestly one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Only positive thing I can say is that the staff were amazing but the actual place and its facilities nothing to do with 4 star hotel

L'hôtel est à proximité directe d'un lieu de culte passant des chants au micro pendant près d'une heure, toutes les 3 heures, à partir de 4h du matin. • Aastha (2/5): Disappointing stay despite nice hotel - I recently stayed at this hotel, my experience was marred by several issues. On arrival, the door in my initial room was missing a padlock, which was replaced upon request. Later on, they gave another guest access to my room, compromising my safety and privacy. The staff's response to these issues was underwhelming. They seemed unhelpful and unconcerned, which added to my frustration. After a day, I was moved to a new room, but unfortunately, it also had a missing padlock. The inconvenience continued with daily keycard updates required. Overall, my stay was disappointing due to the hotel's security oversights and unresponsive staff. While the hotel itself was nice, these critical issues outweighed its positive aspects.

The score should not be as high as 4 - Location to the exhibition hall ans shuttle service provided 1) Location : was not easily located as the locals knows it as an apartment block. Coming from airport , the driver could not locate it easily. Customers came to pick up experienced same issue 2) Cleanliness: many ants in the room on table, floor, toilets. I have to keep wiping despite there is no food. 3) Breakfast: not many internation dishes and the bakery were stale and un fresh. Even tea n coffee were tasteless

• Fatihah (7/5): everything is good except the smell. - I like how the staff is being very helpful and friendly. keep up the good work. the smell of the kitchen/restaurant. I booked the hotel with breakfast but i skip breakfast due to the smell. its makes me headache. pls do improve. and also got many ants in my room. and the fridge is not working.
• Isti (7/5): Room and facilities are nice. - The room was nice but the smell on 26th floor and in the receptionist was so bad. The clean and bed everything is good. The food was horrible. I ate on the restaurant for lunch and it was so take long and the food not really nice. I ordered chicken wing and chicken clear soup, both are sooooo bad.

• Rachel (1/5): This hotel is a slum - The worst place I have ever stayed - booked 3 nights and checked out after the first night because I needed to find something else Dirty , smelly , unheigenic, mouldy , scary people
• Zi (1/5): a 4 star hotel maybe around 40 years ago. - Did not like the stay at all, and moved to a different hotel right after checking in to this place. not a 4 star hotel lobby and room hall has a very pungent smell mixed between chemical, bleach, and bad smelling fragrance. Room provided to me smelt musty, like it's not been used for a very long time. Bedding was dirty, room was very dark even after opening the curtains everything was very old and on the verge of breaking down, things can still be used but hotel did not bother to fix anything or stabilize it.

• Susan (2/5): Very poor - Almost nothing .... The hallway to the rooms are sprayed with some room freshener and the smell is soo sharp that we got dizzy .. cleanliness is very poor .. with low maintenance ... slow responce from the housekeeping ....
• Nadia (7/5): Enjoyable stay - The staff were smiling, friendly and helpful. The hotel looks a bit tired and perhaps needs a bit of a facelift.
• Yulia (7/5): Ok stay - Close to jakarta fair and surrounding area. The hotel is in the apartment complex , so it’s a bit confusing. Book grab car and had to cancel 4 drivers as they have no idea about the entrance . The most annoying part is when I clearly booked Non-smoking room and when I entered my room it’s obviously smoking room and I just hate the smell. I went back to the reception and stated my disappointment and instead of apologising and owning it , he said “sorry it’s no available “ . I had to lie that I’m 7 weeks pregnant and if anything happened to my baby , I’ll sue them. Their attitude changed immediately and gave me my well deserved room which is non smoking . Weird that I had to lie to get what I have booked . Definitely more training for the front of house staffs , customer service is very poor.
