Tools on bathroom sink and shade was off lamp on bedside table. Went back down to check in desk and had to wait around 45 minutes to go back to room. Poor communication between desk and maintenance worker. Walls not in good shape with paint and damage to wall above doorway. Carpet tore up under air conditioner unit. Problems with pancake machine at breakfast.

Additionally, there were no extra pillows available for the couch. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they did not seem concerned or willing to resolve the matter. • Sm (4/5): Disappointing - Easy to get to Seymour Johnson. The TV in the room had no remote. Consequently, no way to turn on the TV, check the weather forecast, etc. The girl at the front desk tried to provide a universal remote, but was unable to get the TV to connect/ work via the codes she had. She stayed until around midnight trying to solve the problem but was unable. The guy who was working the night, said that he between taking care of customers, he was going to the empty rooms, trying to find a TV that he could trade with the TV in my room. By 12:45 AM, I told him, that I was going to bed, but thanks for the effort. Upon checking out the manager offered to take $30 dollars off my bill and said that the owners don't like to offer a free night to make up for inconveniences.

• Antreas (7/5): Disappointing - They advertise a pool being open , yet they don’t informed us the heat was out until after we checked in even after i had specifically called and asked about the pool. Our room was dirty ,and we had no hot water to shower . A repair man was sent up to fix the water when we were already in bed . He was working in the bathroom while my kids and i were in our pjs trying to sleep for a very early morning. It was overall a very stressful not at all the relaxing stay i had hoped and planned for.

My husband, granddaughter and myself really enjoyed the Tuesday happy hour and the food was so delicious. Please keep the Tuesday Happy hour going, Only thing I can say if if you have 4 people to a room, the towels in the room should be accomadating for 4 people and not 2, Example we only had 2 large towels, 2 face towels and 3 medium towels. I believe there should have been 4 large towels, 4 face towels and 4 medium towels. Other than that we love staying there and we will continue to stay there everytime we come to Goldsboro NC.
