• KRN816 (10/5): Great hotel near conference center - Stayed at the Hampton for a business conference nearby. Great location near the interstate and conference center. Many restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Free parking adjoining the hotel. Breakfast and coffee available in the lobby. The lobby has ample seating and tables and chairs for working or playing games/cards. There is a pool/ hot tub area and small gym. Both areas were cleaned and well maintained Very nice property and would recommend.

• V4558GXmelissad (4/5): Worst beds EVER! - The place was clean and had a nice pool for the kids. If you want a good night's sleep however, I would not recommend staying here. I've been to many hotels, and the beds here were the absolute worst. They were the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on in a hotel. They were rock hard and lumpy and I laid awake all night listening to the traffic on I-80 because the walls are so paper thin. The breakfast was also disappointing. This place is WAY overpriced for the experience. I told the front desk how uncomfortable the bed was and she informed me, without apology, that "most" people like the beds.

• 2bluewater (10/5): Positive Experience at this property! - In Kearney for work, but just my luck it's the same week as a huge Educators conference and the Buffalo County fair. Vacant rooms were very hard to find. I was able to snag 2 nights at this Hampton and got on a wait list for an additional night. The 2 queen room was comfortable. Huge TV. Mini Bar area with small fridge and microwave. The window has a screen, but it was 90+ degrees each day so A/C was required. Special shoutout to the GM who was very accommodating with an arrival date change and being on the lookout for 1 additional night. A room didn't open up in time for my last night, so I made alternate arrangements. At check-out, I was informed there was a last-minute cancellation, but I was already committed elsewhere. I would've like to have stayed at this Hampton another night, service was excellent and the room was 2 thumbs up.

The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and everything felt well cared for. Located right off the interstate with quick access to things in Kearney. Whether a quick stop line ours or extended stay, thos would be a great stop for everyone.

Room was super clean and bath amenities were good. Breakfast was coffee and danish so did not have full breakfast. More signage on interstate would have been very helpful.

We were there for a soccer tournament and had a game on Sunday and needed a little extra time after our 1st game to cool off & check out and we’re granted a late check out which was so incredibly helpful! We received text messages to check on how our stay was with very prompt replies and service. Excellent breakfast! The only thing I would say is that the pool was way too hot.

• HuskerFlyer (10/5): Another great visit - This was a return visit to the Kearney Hampton Inn, as my family made our way back from Colorado. As always, the room was clean and Fredo was a rock star...efficiently checking my family in and confirming a bit later that everything was good with our stay. The one-bedroom suite was very spacious with a fold-out sectional in the living room area and jetted tub alongside a shower in the main bathroom. Windows throughout the living room and bedroom offered different views, and all had blackout curtains to allow as much or as little light as desired into the room. During breakfast, items were being refilled by the serving team and empty tables had been cleaned between diners. The Kearney Hampton Inn continues to be our hotel of choice when in the area.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Only negative is rooms seem a tad pricey for the area.

• f2titan (8/5): Nice area, but… - Really wanted to go with 3 stars. But, there are a lot of restaurants close, just a walk outside. My room, had a noisy fridge, that I finally had to unplug. The window shade was stuck and would not close all the way for lights out. And, the show was about 1/2 the pressure cause the tub lever wouldn’t fully close. Breakfast was good, nice grilled sausage!
