Julia (9/5): - Place is centrally located, clean. Room are bit small for two people, if you have a luggage it will be hard to move in a room. Otherwise clean and breakfast is nice. Recommend. They allowed us early check-in.

C'est la première fois que je vois ça dans un hôtel. Très bien situé. Vous avez tout autour. Travaux en cours 1er étage La connexion WiFi est à améliorer. Se déconnecte beaucoup et pas reconnexion automatique. La télé ne marchait pas (peut être les piles mais rien de méchant)

The location which i quiet, practical near to subway , surrounding by many options of food places and super markets, the breakfast which was simple but enough, the staff was always willing to help me in every od my questions. I would definitely choose that hotel again. I hope to see you soon my friends. Everything was awesome, no problem at all

Nomad57786606281 (10/5): Pleasant Hotel - Stayed for 4 nights. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but I didn’t hear any noise at all. I did have to change rooms as my air conditioning unit was dripping. The staff gave me the choice of 3 rooms. The room I picked was in need of a little refurbishment but was very clean and tidy. The showers are hot and powerful.

The only minor issue was a small gap around the door, which allowed light to enter the room and made it a bit harder to sleep.

Anna (8/5): - I was greeted warmly upon arrival and escorted to my room. I even received a free upgrade to a double bed, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good, with great music playing in the background. The staff were friendly, and the location was central and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The room had no daylight, which could be a bonus for anyone who prefers a dark sleeping environment.

Mustafa (4/5): Paid much more than it worth; could be much better if we had a better room - We were given an economic (standard room, this is what we choose initially), it is located in the basement, window is on the skylight, A/C was very noisy, room next to housekeeping staff, thus too much noise, we requested an upgrade and willing to pay, they gave us bad rooms, nothing on the street (as we requested); and the gentlemen on the reception was rough and not nice with us Staff are not good, no respect in dealing with us, we asked for upgrade and they gave us bad alternatives, so we stayed; room was not comfortable at all.
Tunahan (8/5): Preislich unschlagbar und dennoch zentral - Super Lage - direkt am Basmane Metro Station. Von dort aus kommt man überall hin - Flughafen, Cesme… An der Sauberkeit ist noch zu Pfeilen

Isabel (3/5): Habitación pequeña y ruidosa - La ubicación. Habitación pequeña. Era individual y la reserva era doble económica. Habitación muy ruidosa, la pared de al lado de la cama era donde estaban todos los compresores de los aires acondicionados. Por eso nos cambiaron a otra(individual) que también era muy ruidosa. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. El desayuno muy justo, pero correcto.

Younis (10/5): Overall, my stay was pleasant with great service and breakfast, but the noisy heaters and small room could be improved. - The staff are very friendly, especially the lady who works there. The breakfast is excellent with fresh food, and there are many different types to choose from. The place is very clean, and overall I had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel. However, the room is a little bit small, and the heaters next to the window make a lot of noise when they start heating. The other heaters also make noticeable noise, which can be disturbing.
