Pilar (4/5): - El servicio en recepcion El restaurante no funciona los festivos, lo cual es incoherente, un hotel 4 estrellas deberia prestar servicio de restaurante todos los dias. Por otro lado solo tienen disponible el servicio de terraza y piscina desde las 10 am, teniendo en cuenta que el checkout es a la 12, no le da tiempo a los huespedes de disfrutar el espacio un tiempo suficiente. La noche que me quede no tenian servicio de television por cable y la configuracion del televisor no permitio conectarse al wifi del hotel, sin embargo me cambiaron de habitación a una donde el televisor si funcionara.

Riveros (1/5): El personal del hotel hurta cosas de los equipajes de los huéspedes - La ubicación El personal hurtó mis gafas de sol cuando uno de los botones se ofreció a guardar temporalmente mi equipaje mientras tomaba el desayuno el día del checkout. La más triste de todo es que me comuniqué en 4 oportunidades con el hotel, directamente con el gerente, y a pesar de que tomo mis datos las 4 veces, nunca me dieron solución.

Muy descuidado en arreglo de puertas cortinas limpieza. El desayuno lo promocionan como bufet pero para mi no lo es. Es una persona q le sirve y por cierto muy poco la variedad es nula huevos arroz arepitas y un caldo escaso de proteína. Para un hotel de este nombre realmente me DESILUCIONO. Por último logré matar una cucaracha en la pared del baño y ahí permaneció los cuatro días q estuve. Eso dice mucho del aseo el q por cierto lo hacían sobre las tres o cuatro de la tarde.

Primero al llegar estuve esperando aproximadamente 20 minutos afuera del hotel, hasta que llame salió un recepcionista que fue bastante grosero y poco atento. La piscina tenía un letrero que señalaba que su horario era hasta las 10PM pero a las 6 ya estaba cerrada.

Gina (6/5): - El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a colaborar en todo. Las instalaciones están en un estado regular, además, como están haciendo arreglos en las calles aledañas hay mucho ruido y el acceso es terrible. Teníamos dos habitaciones, en una no funcionaba la luz del cuarto y en el segundo cuarto el aire acondicionado escurría agua.

Mariana (10/5): Buenisima mi estadia - Me encanto el hotel ,la comodidad ,su personal ,solo que el precio no estaba actualizado en la pagina y me lleve una sorpreza con el nuevo precio ,pero por lo demas excelente Que la paguna ,no estaba actualizada y abone el doble de lo que decia la pagina,y no aceptaban dolares como decia la pagina

cesar andres (10/5): Radisson Barranquilla excelente opción - la atención en recepción por parte de GUIDO, muy amable, atento a las diferentes solicitudes. la vía aledaña cerrada, dificulto un poco el acceso al transporte, pero es algo aislado no tiene nada que ver con el hotel en si.

CINDYCASTROP (5/5): REGULAR - El personal es muy amable Hay obras afuera y el hotel está aislado, las instalaciones se ven muy viejas y les falta mantenimiento, muchísimo ruido de maquinaria y en general el aseo del hotel malísimo habian cucarachas en el mueble de la habitación.

Tomas (3/5): Eher 3 als 5 Sterne Hotel. Sollte nicht Radisson heißen - Man kann locker zwei der fünf Sterne abziehen. Die Verwaltung ist sichtlich mangelhaft; egal wo man hinsieht, gibt es Probleme. Das Zimmer ist klein und durch das Halogenlicht unangenehm beleuchtet. Tagsüber bekommt man wegen der lila getönten Fenster kaum Tageslicht. Die Bettwäsche ist alt und fleckig, und die Steckdose im Bad funktioniert nicht. Das Bett ist hart, das Frühstück sehr dürftig – alles wirkt veraltet. Einzig das Personal verdient volle Sterne: Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit Außer das Personal, alles hat uns NICHT gefallen

jaime (6/5): No se cumplieron expectativas de la marca radisson - Servicio de la gente Habitación muy pequeña,desayuno no muy variado , alrededores del hotel muy deteriorado , tienen servicio de restaurante hasta las 7 pm y No hay cartas de servicio de room service en las habitaciones ( no hay interés en brindar el servicio) y cafetera en la habitación no sirve .
