They surprised me with a birthday cake too. Miss Fatma at the restaurant did a great job and even offered extra miles out of work just to help me with my inquiries The building is quiet old

Badly need training. Except for the smart Omani gentleman who checked us in, every single other staff needs training badly. Also the odor in the corridor leading up to rooms, needs to be scented as it badly smelled of sweat

Day time male staff at reception was really rude as was simply asked can check out by 1:00 pm as we checked in already late by 7:30 pm his reply was no more then 12.30 pm by any how even though hotel rooms were fully empty. Swimming pool was really cold. Limited breakfast (no buffet)

- Amelie (7/5): Okayish, a bit overpriced for what you get. - The pool area was nice, the location was okay even though only possible to get in and out with a vehicle. The breakfast was nice! The beds were super uncomfortable, the hotel is a bit dated, as the design and the doors to the balcony are quite old. Staff was nice but not super attentive as I passed reception they didn’t even look up to say good morning.

La navette aéroport qui n'était pas au rdv alors qu'on nous avait dit qu'une navette serait présente lors de chaque arrivée d'avion. II a fallu appeler l'hôtel pour qu'elle vienne.

- Joan (9/5): Alojamiento perfecte para una escapada en Khasab - El pueblo de Khasab no ofrece nada interesante. La localizacion de este hotel es perfecta, ya que dispone de buenas vistas y de un entorno envidable. Super recomendable.
- nadia ahmed (6/5): كانت اقامه جيده تشوبها بعض الملاحظات التي تم تحديدها سابقا - موقع الفندق ممتاز واطلالته الجميلة على البحر وسهل الوصول اليه تعامل موظفي الاستقبال الرحب قرب الفندق من الشواطيء والأماكن السياحية الأثاث مستهلك التكييف كان مزعج والأصوات مسموعة غير معزوله الفندق قديم يحتاج إلى صيانه وتجديد من ناحية الفرش والسراير والستائر وكذلك الكراسي مستهلكة (حتى ان الأسفنج بداخلها مستهلك) لا يوجد فيها شباشب/ نعل للغرفة
