- LEE KONG (10/5): - 整體環境有完整渡假村的感覺，房間跟空間清新維持得非常棒，員工服務非常親切和善，展現40年飯店歷史的精隨。尤其整體建築結構與大規模綠美化設計（牆上黑白照片，看起來早期並沒有這樣綠化的設計），完全超越一般高級飯店的建築格局，非常、非常、非常有創意，這也是我選擇這家酒店，讓青春期孩子們可以感受不同的飯店住宿體驗跟呈現出來的美感。 附近生活機能優，有不少餐廳可享用。早餐精緻好吃，面海餐廳讓人深曠神怡，很值得下次再來。 太後悔只住一天了......哈哈！

- Artur (9/5): Tolles Hotel in einer traumhaften Bucht - Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber, man bekommt ausserdem jeden Tag einen neuen Pyjama. Das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert, es war schon wie ein Brunch, die Auswahl war riesig.Man konnte anstelle des Frühstücksbuffet auch zum Mittagsbuffet wechseln, was wir auch einmal getan haben. Die Lage ist super, alles ( Restaurants/ 7eleven/Lawson/Family Mart/ Busstation) in der nähe. Die Bucht ist traumhaft schön und die Sonnenuntergänge kann man an der Bar bei einem Cocktail sehr gut geniessen.

- Kimberly (10/5): Beautiful resort with friendly staff and great amenities - We love everything about moon beach. It is far enough away from the busyness of Naha. Lots of amenities. Waking distance to great restaurants and Lawsons which is a bonus for our family. We have stayed here twice and would recommend. Staff is very friendly and the beach and property are beautiful! 10 stars!!
- Penelope (9/5): Great hotel. Could do with updating in a few areas but that didn't spoil our stay. - Location of hotel was great. Right on a beautiful beach, overlooked by the hotel's infinity pool. There is a danger of stinging jellyfish in the sea so there was a net stopping them from entering a large area of the sea that made you feel safe when swimming. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, both Japanese and Western style breakfast. Rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Air con was a life saver in June! We paid extra for a room with a sea view and it was well worth it (amazing sunsets!). There are several restaurants and bars a short walk from the hotel. Although we did eat in the hotel one evening for 6000 yen and it was very good. It's an all you can eat buffet with lots of choice. Everything was very clean in the hotel in general and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle bus to get to and from Naha airport to the hotel. It took around 1 hour 15 minutes and cost 1600 yen each. You can get a taxi but it's pretty expensive. Hotel was good but decor was a bit tired. We found the options to get around to see the rest of the island from Onna was limited unless you hired a car. You have to pay extra to use the sunbeds on the beach.

- Elaine (7/5): Enjoyable . Would have been fab if better weather - Beautiful setting. Beach and seating areas. Food expensive in hotel. Some facilities like cafe and bar not open. Loads of school children came all days we stayed. They were well behaved but noisy. Good rules about pool usage. Then all the school kids took off there wetsuits including sand in the indoor pool!!!
- Tapas (10/5): Great service, good size comfortable nice clean room, good location - Staff and their service was outstanding. Our check in was very smooth. After the paperwork, one staff took us to the room and explained everything. Room was very clean, nice and big. We had a problem with aircon at first night. Next day they changed our room to an upgraded bigger room with sea view. They have a common microwave oven, coffee machine, water point for anybody to use. Staff even helped to heat up the food. About 100m from the hotel, there is Lawson, Family mart & 7 Eleven. Also along the road there are many restaurants for dinner. No coffee in the room. Wi-fi signal was poor.

- Alexandre (7/5): Great hotel, 0 added value services included - Nice beach and building, lush vegetation and convenient stores and restaurants and restaurants nearby Everything is extra - ping-pong, tennis, gym, basketball, beach chairs and tennis and umbrellas… buffet is great while at the evening price wine and beer should be included. Basically you have a nice room and bed, that’s it, if you are lucky you will have one of the few free chairs by the pools or you’ll have to pay for the old one on the beach. Price / Value deal is simply not there for a large family.
- Jeremie (6/5): Not worth it - Room was clean and spacious with a small beach view balcony. There were twin beds and also futons available in the closet. The beach is nice. But the beach water is dirty, with sticky stuff floating. Also even hotel guests have to pay for sun beds which feels like a rip off when the room is already clearly not cheap. The pool is small and crowded with kids. Location isn’t so good if you’re willing to walk out, only a handful of food options around and most of them were fully booked, or need to queue.
- Fiona (10/5): Beautiful beach resort for a relaxed get away. - We loved the beach being right in front of your doorstep. The room was clean and recently renovated. The staff were more than helpful and even gave us personal recommendations on where to eat. The views are stunning from the hotel. The close proximity to shops and local restaurants was extremely convenient. The residents bar closing at 9pm was too early.

- John (10/5): - Palace in Moon Beach exceeded our expectations! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located on a picturesque section of beach and the grounds are well laid out and appealing, with beautiful plants, trees, flowers and other foliage. The interior and common areas are clean and well maintained and the interior plants and fish ponds are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the style may be a bit dated. FYI: bed mattresses are quite firm and the beds are a little smaller than their American counterparts. The hotel location is convenient, with a Lawson's store near the property entrance, and dozens of shops and restaurants within a half mile walk from the hotel. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with many, and varying food options and an excellent dinner buffet, as well. There are two other restaurants on the property (though we did not try them) and a bar overlooking the beach. Parking is ample and easy to get in and out. The hotel has several stores with toiletries, snacks, artwork, clothing, etc. and vending machines, too. There is also an outdoor smoking area, complete with a garden and water feature. The hotel has two pools and the beach has rentable lounge chairs and umbrellas and a number of water activities are available for a fee. We were traveling with a wheelchair and the hotel and grounds were accessible, with staff members who were happy to assist, if needed.

- Armin (9/5): Superb - Very nice hotel located directly on the beach, architecture from the 70s therefore very nice and spacious. The outdoor pools are fantastic. The buffet restaurant is highly recommended, there were always new things to discover. The staff is extremely friendly and very willing to help, even if not everyone can speak English. We were helped a lot with our very early departure. Another important information: the airport in Naha doesn't open until 6 a.m.

- shuichi (8/5): 外見は古いですが、費用を考えるとお得です。 - 昔からあるホテルで作りは古いですが、部屋ごとにリニューアルを進めています。 今回は、新しくリニューアルされた部屋でしたので快適に過ごせました。 温泉まB1に付いていますが、別料金で1600円掛かりました。 混んでいなかったので静かでゆっくり入れました。
- Mitja (8/5): Very good - Really beautiful location and stylish hotel Many of the facilities were closed in December and it was hard to even find time when bar or restaurants were open. But luckily there are plenty of choices nearby and excellent food everywhere
