Tonya (10/5): Staybridge was perfect for our family. - The property was very well maintained and quiet. The rooms were spacious with separate bedroom/bathroom areas so that the kids could go to bed and the adults could relax in the small living room.
DESIREE (9/5): Stayed for 3 nights. Had everything we needed. Property was clean and smelled clean. My only complaint is the swimming p - Excellent location. Great shopping and restaurants in area. Cold pool and no hot tub
Mark (8/5): Over-all it was a great stay. The location is perfect. - The location of the place is perfect since it is just across a mall/restaurants/shopping center. So thats a 10/10 score for that. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The 2nd room we transferred, the AC was so warm and room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat to the lowest temp. We all woke up midnight very sweaty. AC is an important factor so on this part its giving lowest score.

Macey (4/5): Paid too much money, not worth it. - It was close to shopping and restaurants Check in was at 3pm but we had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready so we didn't get to check in until almost 5pm. There was a clump of hair still in the bathtub. Floor was sticky. Microwave had food all over the inside like it hadn't been cleaned at all prior to our checkin. Indoor pool was freezing cold, not heated at all.
Christina (6/5): Ok I guess.... - It was a nice place to stay, I believe we were overcharged because it seemed alot was "broken". We were fully charge for the room ($347) and in addition a $75 incidental fee was added. The elevator close to our room was out of order so we had to park on the otherside of the building to unload and use that elevator. Stairs were an option of course, but we had alot of luggage and we were on 3rd floor. The ice machine was "broken" easy fix, we turned on the one that was in the fridge inside the room. I think because its on the "Booking" app we got the same room from a previous stay ....but for the most part the stay was OK. Our children got their own room, swimming pool was a plus, beds were great! Front desk staff could use more hospitality, he seemed bothered and tired, but its understandable, especially if he's the only one who has to work ;-) Broken elevator
ShellKnobRamsfan (10/5): Great stay at Staybridge Denver!!! - We are truck drivers with our beagle mix dog. Our truck needed serviced in Denver, and what should have been a 1-3 day fix turned into 11 days due to being Christmas week. We were able to stay in a 1bd suite, and keep the same room all week. There is complimentary breakfast. Social M-T-W night including drinks and hot appetizers, free laundry machines. The room was super clean, comfortable, and well stocked with a almost full kitchen with full size fridge, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dishes, silverware and a few pots and pans. Bed was great, shower was awesome as well with plenty of pressure and hot water. I was able to get late checkout every day while we waited to see if our repairs were done. Extending our stay was easy as calling the front desk. Breakfast was tasty, and plentiful. Our dog was welcomed, with minimal fees and good neighborhood to walk him in. Super target, bass pro across the street as well as plenty of food within walking distance, and endless door dash and grub hub options. I cannot say enough about how clean and well maintained the entire property was. We have been truly grateful to break down by such a comfortable and well appointed hotel at an affordable price.

From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel genuinely welcome which always sets the tone for a trip. The evening socials were a total highlight with tasty appetizers and drinks that made it easy to unwind. Breakfast each morning was just as impressive with plenty of options and everything fresh. My room was spotless comfortable and felt like a calm little retreat after long days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants friendly service great amenities and a relaxing stay.

No suitcase rack in rooms, I don’t like having it on the floor and do not wish to un pack ever item. The pool was closed for no reason posted or explained. Trek58451841495 (2/5): Go down the street, stay somewhere else, you’ll thank me later. - As a platinum Ambassador member this HAS to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHG property before. I stayed recently here with my dad who’s disabled and on oxygen btw and my experience was so bad, so bad I plan on contacting corporate. We stayed in a room that had no AC, the thermostat hit 80 degrees and what did the 2nd shift front desk lady call and ask me you maybe ask, she said “hey we can bring a couple of fans up”? I couldn’t believe she suggested that, especially in a 2 bedroom suite we were in #400. I asked if we could be moved to 2 rooms instead since I was with my dad and all of his medical equipment. She declined. To make matters worst she was very sarcastic in her apology for the whole situation and wasn’t willing to help at all, besides to move us to another room, another room that was a smaller room type than our current room. We ended up moving rooms and was told the AC would be fine in our room #101. Well, after the first night the thermostat was at 72, not to mention the thermostat would only go as low as 68 degrees and this is in all the rooms to find out! Honestly I stay in hundreds of hotel rooms annually and have NEVER stayed at a hotel that had a set limit for the temperature. The last night we were there my dad and I woke up sweating due to the thermostat being at 76 degrees, even though we had it set at 69 degrees. I was so mad and so glad to check out. The night before also the manager said he went to our old room #400 and supposedly fixed the AC so we could move back to our old room the last night staying there, luckily before we moved a member of housekeeping said the thermostat was still reading 80 and that the room didn’t cool down at all, even after a couple of hours of him “fixing it” so we didn’t move rooms, we stayed in the new room, the new room with no working AC also. What really makes me mad and irritated is when checking out Saturday 09-27 the manager I believe was Demitrus said he couldn’t compensate anything due to our issues, my dad asked to “make it right” and he wouldn’t. I’m telling you right now if you stay here you’re going to regret it. Once again I’ve stayed at HUNDREDS of hotels and have NEVER had issues like this with the room and unprofessional staff. The lady who worked nights was SO unprofessional and no willing to help. I will update my review if the hotel reaches out to me to make this right, but if I don’t hear anything in the next couple of days I will make sure to go thru corporate, IHG and my company also to make sure all my colleagues never stay here as well including all family and friends with my social media gathering. I would hate for someone else to be put thru this same situation. I have a background of running hotels in the past and I couldn’t imagine letting a guest go thru this without “making it right” and this is something they didn’t want to do, even after all of the issues. Stay away from this hotel, I wish I would’ve just stayed at the residence inn down the street, so much better of a property including staff I’ve realized. Make this right Staybridge Hotel in Northfield, please.

A big supermarket and a shopping mall are less than 10 minutes walk distance from this hotel. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Thank you very much. Nothing
JESSICA (2/5): - THERE WAS MOLD IN THE SHOWER WALL, BREAKFAST SERVICE WAS AWFUL, NEVER ENOUGH FOOD AND YOU HAD TO WAIT LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO EVEN TRY TO GET SOME BREAKFAST, BREAKFAST SERVICE PERSON SEEMED FRUSTRATED AND WOULD IGNORE ALL REQUEST. NO ROOM SERVICES ON WEEKENDS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT AT FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD ( ANNETTE) WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD LET HER KNOW MY COMPLAINT. NEVER HEARD FROM ANNETTE SO NOT SURE IF SHE WAS EVER TOLD. BAD EXPERIENCE

aschoono (8/5): Nice renovated Hotel - We were in Denver for basketball and were looking for a hotel between the airport and downtown. We chose the Staybridge Suites. We pretty much just slept there as we got in late and left early. Check in and out was simple. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had no issues

elco72 (9/5): - Conforme aux attentes de cette chaine, petit dejeuner plus que correct avec des patisseries faites maison semble t il rien à voir avec des petits muffins sous plastiques que l'on trouve dans ce type d'herbergement, chambre spacieuse, emplacement ideal dans zone commerciale et à 20 min max du downtown en voiture. Check out 12h au top. Une table dans la chambre studio et 2 chaises seraient bienvenues pour manger dans cet espace.

942cristinaw (2/5): - The front desk staff, Maria, messed up my reservation. Demitrio, the assistant manager, refused to resolve the issue, and the General Manager was rude as well. I called the hotel in advance, yet they denied the confirmation I have on my phone and in the IHG app. After staying at numerous IHG hotels, this has been my worst experience. The customer service was very disappointing.

Cutting (3/5): Great hotel, location, but disappointing stay. - Location is good. Hotel is nice when not under renovation. We arrived at the wrong time - upon leaving, the hotel was fine. We arrived in the midst of a sizeable renovation. Everything was poly'd off and no access to the front area. Our room windows were poly'd and they NEVER removed the poly in our entire stay. We spoke to the front desk receptionist who was "surprised" that they were still painting outside our room, but did not offer another room to us (we were working an annual event just outside the hotel). Breakfast was moved to a side room during the reno. We again spoke to another representative about the poly'd windows (we had no idea what the weather was outdoors for our outdoor event), and he said the other rep should never have put us in that room. We asked for a manager, left multiple emails and verbal messages for the manager and we were never once contacted.

Celeste (2/5): - The gals at the front desk were polite and helpful unfortunately the rooms left something to be desired. The first room I was given was a handicap room and had a horrible smell of dog urine and cleaning products. As soon as I opened the door I knew there was no way I was going to be able to stay in that room. I went to the front desk immediately and asked for a different room. Again the ladies at the desk were helpful and were able to switch my rooms. Went up with my luggage to my new room and keys don’t work. Have to go back down to the desk and get my keys programmed. I again told them the other room smelled horribly. The front desk lady said she would go spray some air freshener in the room. I told her that was not going to help. Finally got my new keys, got to my room and when I walked in it smelled like coffee. I didn’t think much of it just thought it was weird since it was 7pm. Next morning I go to the kitchen sink and I see why the rooms smelled like coffee. A fork and a square coffee pouch were in the sink.
Sandra (6/5): - Our first stay at the property was the weekend before and it was very nice. Our 2nd stay was not so great. We could hear the TV in the room next to us all night long. And we kept having to walk through a crowd of maybe athletes who sat outside and smoked weed and cigarettes all day and into the evening. I felt like our room smelled like smoke, too.

Jeffrey C (8/5): - The fact that I could do laundry for free after a dirty job I had to do was amazing. I wasn't planning to get dirty, but having the free laundry was perfect. It's a nice area with plenty around it. Just a little noisy from the street. Rooms on the Uinta Road side can be noisy from the intersection with Central Park. Other than that, it's a great place!

Caroline (10/5): Loved it! Will be back! - There is a little painting/remodeling going on at the front but no noise or distractions. The staff at the front desk were awesome. Very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me with figuring out how to get around. And the lady who checked me in gave my family and I an upgrade to a bigger room so my teenagers didn’t have to sleep on a small pullout. So sweet and greatly appreciated. The room was big and beautiful and clean and the beds were so comfy. I so wish it was more than a one night stay. I could’ve stayed for much longer!

However, the breakfasts were great with hot food, fresh fruit and more. Their happy hours M-W were really nice as well. Wine, beer and food.
Karla (8/5): - I had an issue being placed next to construction, as they were remodeling the lobby. The management worked with me and found another room for the rest of our stay. By the time we had checked out the remodel on the lower 3 levels were done, and it's a lovely hotel.

Nice area, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I was impressed by the healthy choices for breakfast. I give it 2 thumbs up.

Sandy (10/5): Great staff and very clean! - The staff were so friendly! Not with just me but with everyone. It felt like I was a family members house. Everything was very clean! Breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean! I took one of the BEST naps ever and we were even given an option for a late check out (checkout was already a late one which was also a bonus)! We will be back.

Jean6564 (10/5): Good place to stay in central park - We stay here often, and it did not disappoint again. They honored our request for a room at the back even though they were renovating. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is very good for motel type breakfast. The renovation caused us only one noisy evening and the hotel rectified the issue in a reasonable time.
Yen (10/5): Exceptional - Indoor pool was heated. Breakfast had many choices. Rooms were quiet. Bed was comfortable. Reminders about security and a safe stay. Plenty of entries and parking for easier access to the rooms. Close to eateries and big box store shopping. Pull out sofa was short and not comfortable.
