• Barry (3/5): It could be a good hotel, however its definitely not four star. - I enjoyed the location of the hotel and from the front it looks quite impressive The beds are cumfy The air conditioning in the rooms was not functioning properly and was also very noisy. My room was located near both the lifts and the water station, which meant there was constant noise from guests talking outside the room late into the night. Several television channels, including ITV, were unavailable. Some of the lights in the room were broken on arrival. Although these were reported and subsequently repaired, they should have been checked prior to guests arriving. The room itself appeared tired and in need of refurbishment, particularly the décor and bed bases. The carpets were stained and appeared dirty, while the furniture was marked and chipped. Overall, this did not reflect the standard of an “Executive Room” as advertised. We had booked four rooms for the week, and all had similar issues. The windows could not be opened, and due to the frosted glass it was impossible to see outside, which made the rooms feel quite enclosed and uncomfortable. The bar service was slow and below expectations. In addition, when requesting drinks to be charged to the room, staff immediately asked for payment and card details, which seemed contradictory and inconvenient. The bar closing at 11:00pm was also disappointing, as this is often the time guests return to the hotel and may wish to relax with a drink before retiring for the evening. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt very quiet and lacked warmth or ambience. The hotel looked very appealing in the photographs, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations, and we would likely return to the Hilton for future stays. Although we tolerated the issues, as did my colleagues, this was largely because we were out during the day and most evenings. However, when we returned one evening at approximately 11:10pm, we were informed that the bar had already closed, so we ended up going to the hotel next door instead — which, in hindsight, may have been the better option.

• HARRIS (9/5): - Was the perfect location for the 02 empire. We only stayed one night due us seeing a concert, but the room was exceptional and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again and for a longer stay next time so we can experience more of London. Would of preferred having more tea facilities as was just enough for 1 cup each, so saved this for the morning.

I am that person into an open air and kinda easy to feel suffocated. Just a bit sad because we don't have an opening window where we can atleast open and have some fresh air. 🙁

• Alford (8/5): Lovely central hotel with a great happy hour, staff lovely, room comfy and spacious with options to upgrade. - Fabulous central location with excellent facilities close to tube station and huge undercover shopping centre (Westfield). Room was lovely although aircon could have been better! Bar on ground floor was lovely especially good prices during happy hour (4-7pm) on all drinks 😍 would stay again knowing what to expect. The need for a £50 deposit per night during our stay (although this is classes as pending and fully refunded) unfortunately for us there was an issue with the repayment, however this was resolved although not for a few days!!! Water could have done with being hotter!

Er kon geen venster opengezet worden. Kortom, absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

• Shelley (9/5): Great Hotel So Close to Shepherds Bush Empire. - Friendly staff who offered a warm welcome. We were given a Suite which was fabulous. Everything was clean and lovely. We enjoyed a drink in the bar area, which was very nice. The hotel was a minute from the Shepherds Bush Empire, so perfect for our event there. Our only complaint was the pillows. They were on the hard and lumpy side for us. But they may be satisfactory for someone else.

We ve also asked the staff to call a tax and thwy said no just telling us to go around the big park.in front.of the hotel. This to a couple on their 74years old that couldnt speak english (having my son write the review now) also they charge u 5 % service at the arrival. You can ask to remove it at the checkout but it s just a very uncomfortable thing to do. They put you on the spot. A big let down. We will never come back and last thing. The room wasnt clean one of the day we stsyed there at 3 pm......i mean. Are u serious?

• Adam (4/5): - The aesthetic and sound proofing of the hotel was nice. On the whole, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Starting with the biggest issue first, hygiene. The toilet seat had obviously not been cleaned properly because there were visible water/urination marks on the toilet seat. I would think a hotel that asks for £100+ a night would not cut corners over something so basic as hygiene. When selecting the room I was asked to pick between a large double bed or two single beds. I picked the large option. Upon arrival, it was extremely disappointing to see that they had just pushed two single beds together and put a sheet over it. Mattresses/ bed frames were not the same size and so using the two beds as large double was uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean and good size for twin room. Amazing location for The Shepherd's Bush Empire. It was next door and a very short walk to tube. Breakfast was perfect. Had everything you could think of. Gorgeous room with high ceilings and sky lights. You feel like you're somewhere a bit more special here. Would 100% recommend. I was a bit too hot in the room over night and air-conditioning only went down to 16.5 and still was too warm but that is probably just me. (If windows could open it would have been perfect)

• Ngo (7/5): Pleasant stay at hotel. - The design & colours of the hotel and rooms is good compared to the basic colour schemes of Premier Inn etc. I didn't know that some of the rooms faced inside the hotel, which didn't have any light so had to keep the light on during a sunny day.

• Ibtisam (7/5): Extremely disappointing as the poor service from the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend any friend - These was plenty of activities locally. The property was in a poor location as far as parking is concerned. There is no where to pick up or drop off, as there is no car park. The room was filthy, carpets were disgusting, the clock was wrong but 4 hours(that’s just low standards) the lamps were broken. Or not fixed in correctly. This could’ve been a potential health and safety issue.

• Russ (7/5): A cool hotel in a cool bit of London - Reasonably well priced, in a great part of London with lots of good eating and things to do nearby. The hotel was clean and tidy with very helpful, friendly staff. There was an electrical fault with my room which meant the lights tripped off a couple of times. No big deal for one night as I could reset the trip switch but a bit annoying. I reported it so I’m sure it’s fixed now.
• Miranda-Anosa (8/5): Great location and comfortable bed - Loved our room, it was comfortable, clean and the staff were really lovely and would recommend this hotel for sure. I wasnt too keen on the breakfast, there wasn't much of an option and not sure it was value for money.
• Freezerfrost (2/5): Awful stay - Unfortunately, our experience was affected by a number of significant issues. Firstly, the suite description states that each suite includes separate bedrooms and living areas, making them ideal for families. However, upon arrival, we found that there was only one bedroom. The second “separate” room did not contain a bed due to its size and instead had a single four-foot sofa bed. As my family consists of four adults, my grown-up children were expected to share this inadequate sleeping arrangement. Although my wife raised this concern, we were not offered an alternative suite; instead, a camp bed was placed in the lounge area. In addition, the room temperature was uncomfortably high throughout our stay. Despite setting the air conditioning to the lowest possible temperature, there was no noticeable effect. We attempted to open the windows, only to find that they were sealed shut. As a result, we endured these conditions for the duration of our two-night stay. Further issues arose the following morning when we discovered that only one bath towel had been provided. At approximately 7:15 a.m., I attempted to contact reception using the in-room telephone, only to find that none of the phones were functioning. I was therefore required to go down to reception in person to request additional towels. After waiting an hour without any delivery, I had to return to reception to follow up. Given that our room was located on the eighth floor—served by only one lift, with others only reaching the seventh floor—this proved particularly inconvenient. The towels were eventually delivered approximately 20 minutes after my second request. The lift issues persisted throughout our stay, which was especially problematic as my wife is disabled and unable to use the stairs. Another issue occurred on our second evening when we returned to the hotel after attending a wedding. None of the three key cards issued to us were functioning. We were advised that this may have been caused by the cards being kept near a mobile phone; however, this was not the case, as they had been stored separately in their own pocket. Overall, our stay was repeatedly disrupted by these ongoing problems. I must express that I felt reluctant to settle the balance for the second night given the circumstances, although I ultimately did so. It was particularly disappointing to receive a reminder letter under our door regarding payment, given the numerous unresolved issues we had experienced. Having travelled extensively for both business and leisure, I can confidently say that this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have encountered at a hotel of this supposed standard.

• Jan (5/5): - Location was good. Musty smell in the room. Two tiny holes in the ceiling called windows and so high that you couldnt see out. Overpriced.
• Mark (4/5): Poor and frustrating - My wife & I have used the hotel many times and have usually been happy. Stifling overheated room. We bought this to the attention of reception several times. We were told it would be fixed if another room provided. Neither happened. We were offered a 20% refund and were only given 10%. Two nights of poor sleep due to overheating!
• Ann-Katrin (4/5): Hire new cleaning staff - Very, very nice boss at breakfast The place has become very dated since our last visit, the rooms are very unclean, it's better to stay in a hotel in this area in the evenings
• Leanne (10/5): Perfect for concerts and shopping - My 2nd stay here, very luxurious and central to Shepherds Bush Market station. 5 minute walk to West Field shopping centre and next door to 02 academy for any concerts.
