• Michael (10/5): - The front desk agent was very helpful. My wife has difficulty walking, so the agent was able to provide a room that was much closer to the elevator. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

• Mark (6/5): It was ok. The lady at check in was very sweet. The toilet issue was very annoying and surely housekeeping could have pi - Close to I-65. Good for dog walking. The toilet was partial block when we got to the room and it got worse with use.

• Patrica (7/5): Adequate but not comfortable - Good location from freeway The first room we were assigned had a TV that didn’t work. We had all our luggage in, half unpacked and had to move rooms. The room we were assigned had no where for second person to sit except the bed. Very uncomfortable. When asked if we could at least have a folding chair to sit on the answer was no. Advertised as pet friendly but charged $75 pet fee 😳. We wouldn’t stay here again and we usually love Hampton Inns

After wrongfully charging me for smoking in the room & calling Booking.com, they did recognize it & refund my money. When checking in, the lady at the desk acted like I shouldn't have used Booking.com.. Seemed very cold about the fact that she couldn't find my reservation, before finally finding it. In the morning at breakfast one of the housekeepers were yelling & cussing with one of the other employees. After my stay, they charged me $200 for smoking in the room. No one in our room were smokers.

• Tammy (10/5): Quick stop on a long drive. Big king bed room, lots of space, very comfortable - Very clean, big room Had no issues with the property
• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - I liked that the hotel was close to stores and restaurants. Meijer is close by too, so if you forgot anything you could go to the store and pick it up. Our room had a stale smoke smell. It was very strong the mini we opened the door to our room.

• Jeff (7/5): disappointing, gross, and uncomfortable - location and breakfast beds were kind of dirty with black hairs scattered on the pillow cases, sheets and floor. beds were also very uncomfortable, rooms small and no place to sit. Breakfast was ok but no cinnamon rolls which we were looking forward to.

• Susan (8/5): Overall, stay was good except for the cleaning person who took my medication. - complimentary breakfast was good. Cleaning people took my individual foil packets that contained my daily medication off my night table. I never got them back. They also moved my toiletry bag on the bathroom counter and spilled out the contents of my oral appliance container into the bag. I don't think they should have moved things around that were neatly laid out the way I needed them.

• Jill (4/5): Fake Fingernail in Bedding - Location. There was a large fake fingernail found when we turned down the bedding. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately, the room next to us was very noisy up until midnight.
