- trulyblue8 (4/5): Kind of dirty - It is dated and kind of dirty. Registers in the lobby are filthy. Served Sunny Delight or some other koolaid type drink in a pitcher instead of orange juice. The shower was treacherous. It had a little dip in the center and no grip at all. The elevator didn't work and we weren't told that until we had booked a room on the 3rd floor. The only good thing was the breakfast offerings, other than, of course the orange juice issue described above.

- Paul (4/5): Staff friendly but the hotel seemed a littlte bit run down. - Television and bed were good. Breakfast as good as one could expect at a place like this.. All the stains on cloth covered furniture gave an appearance of being unclean. Shower nozzle was corroded and delivered little water. A/C was very loud. Lots of traffic noise also. No vending for drinks. Only drinking water I saw available was in lobby dispensed in a small cup. Very few plugs in room and most were taken inoperable or being used by alarm clock, lamps, coffee maker or TV. Lamps with intergral plugs were very loose and did not work.

Carpet is gross and stains everywhere. The place is out dated. The sheets had stains and the pillows are tiny. It was difficult to get extra towels. We had to wait a few hours because they were locked up. Very strange. It was overpriced for what we experienced. Would not rebook.

- brandonhY7029CC (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever BED BUGS - Do not stay at this hotel unless you plan on sharing your bed with BED BUGS that are so big, they could be prehistoric from the dinosaur days!! The staff is no good, and thats if you can find one of them!! And if you do, good luck getting them to get off of their social media and put the phone down for two minutes to help you!
- charleswils0nv (4/5): Needs a renovation - The Quality Inn down the way is under construction, how would I stay at a place without windows or staff? The glass shower stall is screwed only into the gypsum wall board, flaking gypsum on you as it moved and dug a groove into the soft material. Wall unit would not turn off or go to a set temp & turn off. Indoor pool had cold water, like an outside pool, in November. Maria was great.

- Jalline (4/5): Better than expected for solo female traveller - After reading reviews I was nervous about staying at this hotel. I am a solo female business traveler and the cleanliness of a hotel is of utmost importance to me. This hotel was one of very few available in my approved price range headed into the Labor Day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, secure room. The hotel staff was friendly. The parking was well lit. I did have two negative notes: 1) the room was heavily perfumed 2) there was no safety bar in the shower While I would prefer to stay at a different chain, I would be comfortable booking this specific location again if needed.
- Sightsee278063 (2/5): Stay Elsewhere - Normally don't write reviews but did this to warn other travelers. I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip last week and really regret it. At check-in, I was told the King room I had reserved was unavailable and was instead given a double queen. From that point on, it became the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property is dingy, moldy, and rundown, with bad wear and tear throughout the room. The towels were old, thin, and yellowed; the bedsheets felt damp and sticky rather than fresh and crisp; the pillows were small and lumpy; and there were constant noise in the room, from AC and other unknown sources. The owners/operators were not welcoming and came across as cold and unapproachable. Like many hotels in Midland, this property likely gets steady business from oil field workers and business travelers. I normally stay at Hyatt properties (unfortunately, there isn’t a Hyatt in Midland), so my expectations may be a bit higher than the average traveler. Still, this hotel fell far below even basic standards. It was a terrible experience, and I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

And the hotel was clean. We only stayed one night while traveling home but it was a very pleasant experience. I did wake up a few times to check on my vehicle due to the location. It was fine. The staff is very nice I plan on staying again in the future.

The owner or Mayor Boss was very serviceable and understanding and did charge us a fee for the early am check in which is totally understandable and acceptable. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Cleaning staff was very polite and excellent. I will definitely stay agin at this location.

The heater in my room did not work very well i cranked it up to 80 when i got to the room and the room temp never got above 68 and it was 18 outside. I would not ever stay at this location again.

The accomodations were comfortable and bright. Bed was inviting, with fluffy pillows, and the King bed gave us a good nights sleep. My only comment is about the pool. I enjoy a swim in a pool and look for lodging with one that is heated (hopefully) to get some exercise in and I was disappointed that this. The Inn does have a pool but it is not heated at all, so you would be quite fridged to swim in it. That being said, the rest of our stay was very comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was adequate. - James (5/5): Passable - The rooms were clean. But they had the A/C set at 79 degrees when it’s 100 outside. The guest laundry wasn’t working. I didn’t find any vending machines for drinks. The breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs and bacon.

I couldn’t understand the person’s speech and she couldn’t understand mine. The room was worn. Stains on the carpet, broken lamp shades. Bathroom lights with no cover. Could not adjust the shower water to be anything other than hot. I decided to stay here for the price and a recent good experience at another Comfort Inn. Comfort Inns have no consistency, and this location reminds me of why I normally choose other brands.

A lot of posted signs to deter outside freeloaders from coming in, kinda felt uneasy at that, however it was safe and generally clean. When visiting guest laundry was out of order and so was pool area. Hallways were a bit dim for my taste. But room was clean, and comfortable. For my experience it was good close to Walmart and plenty of food options. Breakfast was good and kept filled. I would recommend staying there, after getting over initial impressions.

- SALMAN (4/5): - The room condition was not up to par with the rate/night I paid for. The room had a damp thick smell and the air conditioning unit was not working very well. The bed/pillows were not very comfortable. It is good for a $60/night room but not for a $100/night.

I cannot believe this building passed any inspection. All of the important amenities had out of order sighs. (Pool, laundry,etc.) The breakfast smelt absolutely horrific. We walked out in the morning holding out breaths and almost throwing up in the lobby. The elevator smelt like a dog peed in there and never was cleaned up. Also, the staff who worked there were so unhelpful and just rude over all. No wonder why there are now hiring flyers posted all over the front of the building.

- Cassandra (2/5): - No one is ever in front desk to great you the attitude that front desk has. Pool was out of order the room felt old and run down carpet was very fringed. Breakfast was limited and cold. The reviews that give 10s I feel like are FAKE stays to help get reviews because there is no way this stay is 8.0. Cleaning people are loud and disturb people
- Steve (2/5): Will never book a comfort Inn in Midland ever again. - Nothing! Wasn’t well maintained, mold in the showers, elevator wasn’t working. Booked a King room and was given a double Queen, if we wanted a King it was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast in the morning was late or not at all. Seemed like a pick up place for illegals for work.
- Chavaye (4/5): Disappointing - Location, staff & cleanliness The pool was closed and that’s the only reason I chose the hotel. There was no signs posted or anything. We got dressed and went to the pool just to see an out of order sign on the door
- Greg (2/5): - Rented this place because it had a indoor pool, come to find out the pool was out of order, that's the reason I choose this place to swim after being in the sun all day..
- Jordan (2/5): - Tried calling several times before arriving to confirm our stay and never got anyone to pick out. Arrived at hotel and the internet/wifi was down. No phone service. All ice machines were broken. Elevators were all down. Air xonditioner in our room was busted. One of the worst hotel stays we've ever had.
- Richard (3/5): Poor - No WiFi in room. Guest laundry out of order. Waffle maker and two juices out of order.
- Armando (2/5): Needs Attention - The front desk did not work so they had to check guests in on a piece of paper and run credit cards in the back. The elevator did not work for the entire stay and some exterior door handles were broken off so getting to our room was always difficult. The pool was closed as well so that was a bummer. Also, there was no Wi-Fi available all weekend.

- Sjortega (8/5): Very good - Facilities are clean, friendly staff. The swimming pool was closed the whole week. We were told it was going to get fix and open but it wasn't. We were mislead a couple times with the assurance that was going to be open.

- Ana72gaitan (6/5): It is ok, don't expect much though. - The hotel was close to where I needed to go. The breakfast was okay...I was expecting the breakfast to be so much better than it was. On line the hotel was built up to be better than it was, I was disappointed as soon as I got there. It was dirty as soon as I walked in the door & through the hall. We were looking forward to using the pool-it was closed as it was filled with green slime & dirt, yuck! The laundry room was out of order also! The front desk woman was very unfriendly, the rest of the employees were NOT friendly either. The entire hotel appears to be a bit rundown & kind of dirty.

- Ashlie (2/5): - Building was run down and dingy/dirty feeling. Breakfast essentials were minimal. Hazelnut was only type of coffee creamer with no milk substitute. Bagels were old and stale. Shower had no pressure on hot so had to have mostly cold to have enough pressure to wash your hair. Overall just unsatisfied.
- Thomas (7/5): It was good but what was the 25.00 charge. - They charged my card an extra 25.00 with out any explanation. Tried to call them but no answer they would answer the phone. Won’t answer the phone
