• Bon (10/5): A wonderful stay in a luxurious Ocean Village. Exceptional hospitality and beautiful resort - An exceptional hotel, beautifully located within a luxurious ocean village. Impeccable service, very good food, remarkable hospitality, and extremely functional architecture. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. It is the ideal place for a peaceful vacation. I will definitely return with another group, as everyone was truly impressed. The only issue — which obviously is not the hotel’s fault — is the ocean water. There are only 2–3 hours a day when you can really swim in the sea; otherwise, you mainly have the pool. However, the beach is excellent, very well maintained, with plenty of available sunbeds and space. To compensate for the ocean conditions, the hotel offers complimentary transfers to a platform surrounded entirely by turquoise water. Other water activities are also provided free of charge.

The most amazing thing was Firework! In was fantastic! The beach is uncomfortable for a swimming. It too windy and there are a corals on sand.

Breakfast was pretty good but dinner was absolutely fantastic and delicious every night! The staff were very helpful and so kind! The toilet which is independent space from the whole bathroom was really tiny and the ventilation system needs improvements. Some Items were taken from the minibar while we were away from the room, and we were initially charged despite explaining we had not consumed them. After a few discussions, the charge was removed, but the situation was unpleasant.
• Vic (8/5): Amazing Staffs - What we loved were the true hospitality of 'Mauritian staffs' they were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations. Mr Heert, Miss Shreeya and couple of other staffs looked after us so well. My 5yo daughter felt comfortable and told me how amazing these people were. So, a massive thank you to all. I had a disappointing experience at the bar on Saturday night. At 11:02 pm, I asked the friendly bartender for a last drink, but a manager intervened, saying 'PAS DONNE LI' in Creole, which I understood. I politely pointed out that I was asking for the last drink, he insisted they closed at 11 pm, but he finally let the bartender serve me a stubby of phoenix beer I asked for. However, to my surprise, he continued serving other customers after 11 pm. He was making cocktails or mocktails for the other customers! It's unfortunate that a double standard in customer service seems to persist at some hotels in Mauritius. Perhaps, he needs to be reminded of his roles. I rate this guy 0 for his professionalism.

A really relaxing and chilled place. There could have been more varieties for the breakfast and different foods for consecutive days. The dinner at The Nine did not meet our expectation.

Une optimisation du cote buffet rendrait l’experience meilleure - Le personnel du restaurant gioia est au petit soin ainsi que notre butler srivanth. La beaute du lieu et des chambres Le buffet est tres sommaire surtout pour le repas du soir. Plus de variete attendue car finalement la cuisine n’est pas si internationale que ça, la base reste tres axée autour de la cuisine indienne ce qui est limitant surtout quand on reste plusieurs jours. Le sens du service et la formation du personnel aussi doit être amélioree. Des reponses comme « non je n’ai pas le temps ou pas maintenant » ne sont pas acceptables quand il y a 10 personnes debout a rien faire a l’accueil, pour ce niveau de standing.

On top of thar, they were selling street fast-food three time more expensive than it usually price. 2. Noone told us that SPA is closed for renovation during our stay. 3. Staff was quite funny. They were telling us every 30 min that we have check out tomorrow and than mini bar is not included in the place price. Thank you,we know it;) I imagine it is hard to train local people to make any service, but you are international network of hotels and should make it all work. If to compare service in Hilton Mauritius and yours hotel, Hilton wins. Their staff are more conscious, proactive and not so bored.

The area is safe and secure, the rooms are very spacious with balconies, and the food is excellent—with different selections offered each day.

Shreeya, Heert and Alex in the restaurant were standout stars. If we were to return, it would be to see these charming people again! The resort's location didn't facilitate an evening walk to an external bar, etc. You would need to hire a taxi or rent a car.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches wir gebucht haben und haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und mussten nochmal umziehen während unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal hat unsere Beschwerden nicht wirklich ernst genommen. So waren die letzten Tage von unseren Flitterwochen leider sehr negativ behaftet

• Kader (8/5): - We have stayed over at Radisson for 2 nights. The attention and details that the hotel staff have is over the top quality. All of the staff are so helpful, friendly, solution oriented and professional. Shout out to very single person that made our stay lovely. The food that the hotel provided was quite average, fresh good quality but nothing that woo’s you, small diversity. The beach that the hotel has is also average, we have seen way more beautiful public beaches, but the hotel provides shuttle to the sister hotel and that one has a better beach. The hotel room we were staying (and I assume the others on that building) was quite old, some of the plugs were not working properly in the bathroom and in general the room felt old. The location and the view from the terrace was amazingly beautiful. The hotel is a spa hotel, when we arrived it was rainy so we tried to use the spa. However, it was under construction and that we were not made aware of it.

The rooms were thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking ocean views and every modern comfort imaginable. The showers were amazing . Restaurants were good . Staff was AMAZING, to name a few , Sheetal, Krisha and Raul. Although the Indian cuisine was nothing short of , the main dining could use a bit of variety on the dinner menu

Franchement, aucun bémol : tout était parfait. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

• Iain (6/5): - Overall it is a good resort but the quality of the food is poor. They need to rectify this. From what I have read and from my own experience this is a problem throughout Mauritius. I would not return to Mauritius.

• Lame (9/5): - The place is serene. I love that the water activities were free. The facilities were top tier. The experience is truly 5star. I would go back again. The bedroom cleaning could be much better. And the breakfast buffet could also be improved.
• Jennifer (6/5): Great water activities available at the beach - The complex where the hotel was located was very large and we managed to get lost from the gate to the hotel. The car had to be parked outside when you went in to the reception area but then you could move it inside and staff would valet park the car. It was a bit confusing to be honest. The hotel grounds isn't as big as you would expect but the available water activities were very good. The pool is literally steps away from the beach and the welcome sign on the bed was lovely. Breakfast was ok and dinner was ok too. The room we chose gave us the option of twin bed or double bed and we chose twin. We then had notice that this was a request and couldn't be confirmed. A few hotel rooms are being renovated and they didn't start any work until 9am but I think notice that this would/could happen should have been provided on the website before booking. The room itself whilst comfortable could do with updating i.e. the toilet being separate from the shower/bathroom itself is fine but why isn't there a sink in the toilet? Additionally, whilst it's lovely to eat al fresco, the birds eating the bread and pastries where everyone gets these items wasn't very nice. This could have been covered up to prevent this happening.

• Andrea (5/5): Poor Service - Not much. Overall, it was extremely disappointing. The food was not enjoyable- especially at the hotel restaurant. We only had breakfast there, but it was not great. The room was not what we requested, and there were so many things wrong with it. I also found the staff not forthcoming with assistance even when asked. It was like we were being difficult when we were the opposite of that. The staff never offered any advice, suggestions, or information unless asked, and then it was still not helpful or of much use.
• Alix (8/5): A lovely family friendly hotel in a beautiful location. - A pretty family friendly hotel in a gorgeous location. The heated pool was a real win with our 6 year old. The extra kids bed in our room was not very comfortable.
• Kuppam (8/5): Was good and decent experience - You could provide more Indian food options ! private pool was not temperature controlled !
• Hassen Chunara (4/5): - The room was amazing The hotel was decent enough although I expected more in terms of service . It is a bit out of the way in terms of location.
• Antonio (10/5): Piacevole e rilassante. - Ottima posizione, personale attentissimo. L'ospite viene trattato con cura, Io ho optato per la villa con piscina privata, un po' cara ma eccezionale. Buona anche la cena a buffet se la si sceglie, La piogga e il maltempo per un paio di giorni ma in questo, la Resort non ha responsabilità. Per il resto tuttp ok.
• Zulqarnain (8/5): Was not happy - The room was just luxury and there was great support from the team, great variety at breakfast everything was at the resort. I wish we had planned beforehand what we wanted the pool with our villa was dirty, limited choice at breakfast and the fact some staff at reception where a bit rude sometimes to be honest i am glad we where just there for 2 nights and not longer as we felt really uncomfortable
• Geraldine (3/5): Wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there - Garden were very well kept Rooms were not clean and needed upgrading Not enough beds by the pool Staff were not helpful and would agree but do nothing
