正瑞 (10/5): 三張單人床，家庭。 - 早餐好吃多樣，壽喜燒補肉很快，服務人員非常客氣積極，宵夜四神湯好喝，大廳有香味，地毯走起來舒適，房間乾淨沒有異味，熱水很快量大，吹風機很有力，冷氣很冷，床不會太軟很好睡，租借雨傘跟腳踏車很方便，氛圍良好，離東大門夜市走路5分鐘左右，名產中華路附近走路很快。應該多住幾晚，很chill啊
Oliver (9/5): A really nice hotel in the heart of the city. - The location and breakfast were top notch. The third floor indoor courtyard was spectacular. I loved how there was free food at all times of the day for weary travelers. Really a great hotel. The indoor parking was very helpful too. I felt like I was in such a fancy place, a nice treat! The showerhead was the worst one I used in Taiwan. It was supposed to be fancy (I think ), but it just launched the water out at a weird angle. Otherwise, I really liked this place.

Roselyne et Jean (10/5): - Vraiment un bel hôtel avec une chambre spacieuse propre tout confort. Du café, thé crackers et pâtisseries à disposition gratuitement toute l'après-midi jusqu'à 19h. Le soir une soupe également gratuite de 21h à 22h30. Et pour finir un petit déjeuner buffet excellent. L'emplacement est à côté du night market, d'une belle promenade sur la corniche et à proximité des arrêts de bus pour toutes les destinations.

I needed to contact an airline, and Mica at reception kindly allowed me to use the hotel phone, which I truly appreciated. There are many things I enjoyed about this hotel - the rooms are spacious, the walk-in shower is convenient, and the modern bidet is a nice touch. The hotel also offers great family-friendly amenities, including children’s play facilities, as well as thoughtful extras like afternoon tea during happy hour and supper soups in the evening.

Hannah (10/5): - I could not recommend Arsma enough for those visiting Hualien. The service is impeccable, the staff was so lovely and helpful at every point. The facilities are great, especially those travelling with kids. In the reception alone, there are small games (like ring toss and foosball) to occupy people, as well as a dedicated kids play room and games room with a switch. They also provided free shuttle and free bike rental (for the first 3 hours). The rooms themselves were quite clean and luxurious, and the included breakfast filled us up every morning. The location itself was 5 stars, we were a short walk to the night market as well as to the centre of town. All in all, we had a great stay, thank you Arsma!

Aleksandra (8/5): Perfect place to stay in Hualien!!! - Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and professional. Afternoon tea & snacks and late night meal free of charge were a positive surprise.

趙 (9/5): - 位置方便，去夜市跟吃包子都超方便！人員服務親切，反應快速有兒童遊戲區和電玩間超讚，下午茶跟宵夜（沒吃到超可惜）更是加分！！！剛入住時，房間有煙味，應該是浴室管道傳來的跟櫃檯反應，馬上送空氣清淨機來，順利排除氣味的問題！
