• L2990LYjulies (10/5): A wonderful stay - We stayed with our grandson in a family suite. There were two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a kitchenette, large living area and a balcony. It was clean, light and had everything we needed. Onsite parking was included and our grandson had fun swimming in the pool. We had dinner across the road at the Breakfast Creek Hotel. The Quest is in a perfect location to events all across the city. The staff were all very helpful. We had a wonderful stay so I highly recommend The Quest Breakfast Creek.

Spacious room, large bathroom, for our ‘standard room’ booking. Much more than we expected. The on site Thai restaurant, with lovely reasonably priced food, an added bonus. The reception staff was so helpful finding us an undercover park for the night, much appreciated. Would stay again. The bed needed a topper, as we could feel the studs of the mattress, which made it uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom light flickered when turned off, but wasn’t a problem as we closed the door. Staff were very appreciative when I reported it to them, at check out.

My elderly parents needed assistance after my mother had a fall before arriving and the staff went above and beyond to assist her and ensure their comfort, including allowing early access to the apartment. 10/10 to the wonderful staff.

• Vanessa-Joy (8/5): Sensible choice for the area. - Everything you would expect. Staff were very helpful and understanding. Great pub accross the road, but busy. Noones fault but booked disability access room, this was an attached room to to the one next door if required. A nice touch if you need it but not if you don't. Sadly you could hear everything from next door. We had to request to be moved. The new room was more compact so awkward to navigate. As I said, noones fault and staff were amazing and quick to help. Pillows were very soft.

We LOVED the pool, it was crispy cold, if it was heated, we'd probably would have never left it 🤣. The only small thing I was a little disappointed in was, travelling with 6 people, we didnt get a shared room together or even on the same floor, unfortunately, we arrived to having one of the rooms ready and the staff had told us the second should be ready at 12-1pm, however we waiting until 2pm. We stayed by the pool until it was ready so it wasn't so bad waiting around.

The hotel apartment is also located just across the famous Brekky Creek which offers a great food and ambiance. There is also Bangkok Milton restaurant right outside Quest. Special thanks to Mike, Skye and Aidan for taking care of us, before and during our stay.
