• Narelle (8/5): - The room we had was reasonably big: studio for 2 people although the size of these rooms can vary considerably. On a previous visit we were initially given a tiny room where it was impossible to walk around the bed once the bags were on the floor. The staff are helpful so don’t be afraid to ask (nicely!) for a bigger room. It had a very good shower and the kitchenette with a fridge was useful. It also had an opening window which is important for fresh air, even though the rooms were airconditioned. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Greenwich but closer to the DLR and overground. Minor issue but luggage racks would have be good. For longer stays , bags on the floor get a bit tedious in terms of bending down to use them.

• Naomi (8/5): Rustig hotel met keuken in leuke wijk Greenwich - K226 lag op de achterkant. Hierdoor rustig. Keuken was fijn. Nespresso machine met 4 cupjes. Drop off van bagage is heel fijn. Op 8 min lopen van bus, metro en trein. Op 15 min lopen van Greenwich Market. Hotel zit tegenover Golden chippy voor fish and chips tot 23.00 uur. Aldi op 10 minuten Ramen konden niet open. Daardoor deur naar gang regelmatig open gezet om te luchten, op gangen stonden ramen open. Vroegen om een tweede sleutel. Deze werkte tweemaal niet. Bij de receptie weer in orde gemaakt. Slaapbank voor derde persoon moesten we zelf opmaken. Lakens lagen in zak van dekbed. Dit wisten we niet. Na contact met receptie opgelost. 40-60 min van centrum van Londen.

• Frances (8/5): Functional and comfortable. - Bed was comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Lovely shower. Slightly odd layout. No dishwasher but no space to wash plates either. So despite lots of facilities for self catering not really designed for it. More basic than i expected but a good size room and well located and easy to find.

• Sasaki (4/5): Would not recommend this hotel, especially to overseas travelers. You had a high rating, confirm. - Location was appropriate, as we were attending the London Marathon. Close to the starting point of the marathon, with easy access to the train system. Greenwich is a good location for shopping and restaurants. The room was quit small for three adults. The rooms air condition was not functional and the room was warm throughout our visit. Unfortunately was not very helpful with this issue, it was never addressed during our stay. We had reservation for 6 days, but the room was never cleaned or towels replaced. We put a sign on our door request these service, but it was not addressed. There was not instructions about our accommodations from the staff or any instructions in the room. A telephone in each room would support this issue. In addition, this would be a security issue, if a customer had an emergency.

The air conditioner was broken for all 5 nights of our stay. The room was quite stuffy and didn’t want to open the window at night per street noise. We inquired every day regarding the status of it being fixed, however the answer was always “ maybe tomorrow “.

À notre arrivée, le sol n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé à l’accueil s’il était possible d’effectuer un nettoyage, mais cela nous a été refusé au motif que ce service est réservé aux séjours de 7 jours minimum. C'est bien dommage.

• Vinko (2/5): Worn out, not maintained, probably once nice, but not anymore :-( - Helpful staff, price, easy check in and check out, coffee and coffee machine in the room, quiet and OK neighborhood. Even though the staff is compensating by being nice and helpful, this hotel has number of issues and most of them are caused by ageing of the facility and not being properly maintained. For example, two of three USB charging ports not working, shower curtain turning brownish - should have been replaced long ago, bathroom sink, safety cap malfunctioning, mold and damage in some grouts in the shower, on metal parts rust, mirrors peel off on edges.... The apartment is not being supplied with the replacement toilet paper or towels, but when you ask on reception, which is close, you get it right away. My major issue in this apartment was with the fact that every few hours air conditioner has been resetting itself to very low temperature on cooling. Even attempts of staff to switch it off completely on the main board were unsuccessful, so I basically had to wake up three or four times the night to manually turn it back to normal, which was quite annoying. This also shows poor management because in four days of my stay, they haven’t attempted to do anything with that. The price was lower than in other seemingly similar places, and that is the only consolation. Generally clean. Toilet bowl obviously cleaned, but stinks from the inside, needs replacement as many other things. Now after sending feedback I'm back adding my disappointment, as I just by accident caught a glimpse of a feedback from lady given back in 2025, describing exactly the same issue with AC as I had. So it is all "folklore", they actually do not care, and play dumb, and I feel like a fool!

• Martynas (9/5): - I stayed in this hotel again, as I liked it last year very much. Thanks for the staff, who fulfilled my requirement for the room with balcony (or with windows that could be opened, as last year windows were not openable). The roomed is well equipped, with small kitchen, which is very helpful for longer stays. The location is very good (train station is just several minutes away, bus stops are almost at hotel's doors). This is one of the best deals between level of comfort and reasonable price in London. Will pick this hotel next times as well. The room was with the balcony (as I asked), but much smaller than last year :) The balcony is not intended for usual use, as the floor is covered with stones, but you can easily take chairs/table from the room for permanent use. All rooms with balconies face main street (as far as I understand), so might be noisy in the room, if you sleep next to open balcony/window.

We liked mostly everything except we asked to empty our trash and they only emptied trash in the room and didn’t empty the bathroom trash. Probably just a mistake.

Air-con broke was stuck on heat mode on an already hot day, and staff could not get it working (they tried multiple times, so this is not on them). It made for a very uncomfortable night.

• Alina (9/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet place in a great location - Clean rooms, modern design, mini kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. The microwave had a grill function in addition to the microwave so that gave us flexibility in terms of meals. A nice touch was the milk in the fridge and the complimentary water at the reception. The bed was large and comfortable and the sheets nice and crisp. The train station was very close but you couldn't hear the trains. Staff was super nice and friendly. We would go back for sure. The ventilation system was not working too well, so it was kind of hot in the room on some days. In one of the warmer days, we asked the staff to do something about it and they reset it and it was bearable after that.

We had a king size bed, but they put a queen size duvet, in a king size cover, over the bed. As it was warm during our stay it didn't matter in the end, but if we had had any cold nights, it would have!

• Diana Daniela (8/5): Tolle Lage - gutes Hotel. - Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Ausklapp-Sofa. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - in 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug an der Station London Bridge. Gegenüber ist ein kleines Café, ein Supermarkt und ein kleiner Imbiss mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Betreiber der Geschäfte sind total nett und das Essen von guter Qualität. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Die Apfalleimer recht schnell voll und werden nicht jedennTag geleert. Einmal waren wir mittags kurz im Zimmer, da lief ein Heizungsprogramm, dass das Zimmer auf 27 Grad heizte und nicht abgestellt werden konnte. Das ist wahrscheinlich, damit die Freuchtigkeit vom Duschen weggeht und sich kein Schimmel bildet. Da wir nur kurz etwas holen wollte, war das nicht schlimm und normalerweise ist man mittags auch nicht im Zimmer wenn man in London ist.

• Susanne (8/5): - Schönes Hotel, man hört gar keinen Lärm, auch nicht vom Gang- Nebenzimmer. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen - ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Zugbahnhof entfernt. Wir hatten ein drei-Betten-Zimmer gebucht; hätten uns schon erwartet dass auch das Ausziehbett bezogen wäre. Das Zimmer - Bad wird während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt.

• ClaudiaK237 (10/5): Perfekt gelegen mit bester Ausstattung - Das Hotel liegt max. 500 m vom Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es 2 kleine Supermärkte, mehrere Pubs und auch Restaurants. Auf Anfrage bekam man jederzeit neue Handtücher, Kapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine und Spülmaschinentabs. Die Küchenzeile ist perfekt, es gab einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, 2 Herdplatten, Spülmaschine. Toaster, Wasserkocher und Nespresso Maschine. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ausziehbarem Sessel (für Erwachsene geeignet)gebucht. Der Sessel hatte eine komfortable Matratze und unsere Tochter konnte bequem schlafen. Der Parkplatz im angrenzenden Parkhaus kostet 13 Pfund. Diesen haben wir nach dem Check-out noch ein paar Stunden länger genutzt, um Greenwich Market zu besuchen. Nach dem Check -Out durften wir dann problemlos sie Toilette und Erfrischungsgetränke in der Lobby nutzen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Mir war nicht klar, dass man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen kann. Allerdings war die Lüftung im Bad und im gesamten Zimmer sehr gut.
