- Chia Yin (2/5): 訂房時詢問加床（表示需要+1500），後來選擇不加床，進到房間發現有加床，當下就打電話詢問櫃檯是否未取消到或是安排錯誤（入住16點多、快17點左右） 人員表示確認後回覆，再次來電的時候（大概10分鐘後）表示是免費提供體驗（但應該也是沒有交 - 訂房時詢問加床（表示需要+1500），後來選擇不加床，進到房間發現有加床，當下就打電話詢問櫃檯是否未取消到或是安排錯誤（入住16點多、快17點左右） 人員表示確認後回覆，再次來電的時候（大概10分鐘後）表示是免費提供體驗（但應該也是沒有交接好所以直接提供） 晚上21點多打來表示，房務人員安排錯誤，要把床收回去？？？ 雖然沒有任何影響，但入住當下就已經溝通確認，過了5、6小時又來說要收床 當大家都不用睡覺還是根本不在乎會影響客人？？ 隔天直接再去找櫃檯反應，說他們有被交接到（交接免費提供加床還是交接要再次收回？！） 是交接來煩客人嗎？櫃檯又自己說是他們房務安排錯誤，通常是會留給客戶人 我們也不是第一次住飯店，我不覺得掛四星的飯店真的好意思提供這種服務跟應對 到現在還是覺得莫名其妙，甚至荒謬到無言🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ 重點是房間一進去就有很重的濕霉味，很臭的臭頭味的味道，人員出動了空氣清淨機跟風扇通風才稍微散味（也隔了快4小時才再進房） 真的不會再去了！！

This was the best part of my staying experience, and I hope that the hotel at least keeps the status quo about the staff. The hotel location is not touristic (more in the industrial area) but close to the harbor. There are convenient stores in walking distance. The traffic in the hotel area was low during our visit. The parking in the hotel was convenient. We could drive in to find a parking space easily and drive out to our destination without getting stressed - quite suitable for customers coming with a car. Room facilities require better maintenance and better cleaning. I provided feedback on the survey paper and hope that the feedback reached the hotel management. After using the shower/shampoo gel provided in the room, my fingers felt sticky.
