• Hiroyuki (8/5): - 羅東駅を出て通りの左側ですが、横道（駐車場）を入って裏にあるので、ホテルの建物は通りから見えません。看板ゲートを見落とさないように。うっかり通り過ぎました。 ホテル自体は古いので値段なりですが駅からの近さは便利です。駅反対側のバスターミナルへもすぐ行けます。宿の朝食はやってないとのことでした。 羅東夜市へも徒歩10分以内です。 宿近くにコンビニもあります。

• Choon Hwee (8/5): Great for family in town area - The entrance of the hotel was not notice, as it have a small ally to get there. But the great thing they have a private carpark. And friendly front desk. The look on the outside is very old, but the room are still acceptable. It is walking distance to night market, about 10 min.

• K (4/5): 駅に近いが古いホテル - 入り口がわかりにくいものの、駅に近く便利。ただし、設備は古く、エレベーターホールにゴキブリがいたり部屋の水周りに古臭さを感じる。また、ベッドの下はホコリだらけで掃除していない様子。2泊したが、中日に清掃やタオル交換はなかった。 食事は初日は隣の建物でビュッフェスタイル、翌日は部屋まで弁当を届けるという変則パターン（理由は中国語のため良くわからず）。ビュッフェは味はそこそこだが、虫が多く衛生面で気になる。とはいえ、台湾風の朝食が味わえるのは○。また、wi-fiは問題なく使えた。 フロントは英語ができる人もいるが全員ではない。

• CHIEN LIN (8/5): 在巷弄內的飯店 - 由於是過年期間入住，所以房價較貴是在預期內的，此飯店雖然無豪華裝潢，但有附早餐，櫃檯人員也提供親切的服務，但房間內電視僅有數位頻道無第四台，浴缸的排水較慢是唯二的美中不足，不過整體而言還算是ok!

• kazuki (8/5): 駅至近、羅東夜市も徒歩圏内です - 駅から3分ほど、近隣にセブンイレブンやファミリーマートがあります。羅東夜市も歩いて10分かからず、美味しい朝食屋(品味早点)さんも近くです。 部屋は普通のダブルルーム、窓が開いていて寒かった。。エアコンのリモコンが壊れていて暖房がかからないのでその旨伝えたら、大急ぎで換えのリモコンを持ってきてくれました。 総じてきれいで安心です。利用しませんでしたが朝食のサービスもあり、値段に見合っていると思います。

Comfy bed, functioning shower and dryer, sumptous spread of free breakfast, couldn't ask for more. Oh and there's a small stall near this hotel that sells superb soup noodles and other local dishes. Recommend a try!

• Ussie (8/5): 設備は古めですが、よく手入れされているいいホテルです - 建物は古いですが、よく清掃されていました。 台湾では珍しい、温水洗浄便座が客室に設置されています。 今回の旅の目的の一つに、台湾でスクーターを運転したいということがあり、そのために日本で自動二輪免許を取得してきましたが、台湾のレンタルバイク店は、外国人には貸してくれない店も多いと聞き、このホテルで、この近くで外国人OKなレンタルバイク店はないか聞いたところ、近隣のお店を何カ所か教えてくれました。 翌朝教えてもらったお店に行ったところ、すぐに貸してくれました。 旅の目的の一つを達成できて、感謝しています。ありがとうごさいました。

• ももりえ (8/5): 羅東駅にも羅東夜市にも近いホテル - 駅からすぐでしたが、ほかの方のレビューにもありましたが、「キングタウンホテル」で探してたら到着はできません。「金城客桟」という漢字表記が知識として必要です。駅前通りの入り口から駐車スペースを抜けて奥まったところにホテルがあります。ホテルの外観が大通りから見えないので、注意が必要かと思います。フロントの女性が英語が堪能でチェックインは英語での対応となります。何人か若い女性スタッフをお見掛けしましたが皆さんにこやかで感じの良い方々でした。部屋は古く狭いですが、私は汚い印象はありませんでした。土日2泊しましたが、部屋の印象の割に少し高いかな？という印象はありました。でも駅が近いので仕方ないですかね。羅東駅から電車で宜蘭、礁渓へも遊びに出向いたので、駅ちかはやはり便利でした。
• The McCafferys (6/5): Good for a one night stay. Convenient location. - Just minutes away from scooter/car rentals, train/bus station, and night market. Hotel carpet, bathroom tiles and tub needs replacement. Otherwise the room is comfortable and bedding are clean. I left money laying around not expecting room service and the staff did a great job cleaning up after us. Reception staff are welcoming and speaks English.
• Verified traveler (8/5): CP值高，飯店整體感覺還不錯，下次還會去住!! - 地點佳，離羅東火車站很近，離羅東夜市也很近，櫃台服務人員很親切，去住之前看過別的旅客曾評語，說這家"早餐很差"等等，所以還特別早訂了附早餐的2人房住宿，早餐會送到房間，雖然是"簡單的一人一份(袋)之漢堡套餐或中式套餐"，其實還蠻好吃的，中餐西餐兩者的口味也都可以，可以感覺老闆有用心處理早餐訂購，也不是隨便亂訂一家早餐店，就外送過來，品質OK啦，頗適合預算有限的旅人，乾淨，整潔，也許我們住宿時並非旅遊旺季(5月)，一層樓還是將近7-8間客房有客入住，也沒有碰到隔音不佳的問題，整體感覺不錯，下次還會去住。
• Han (6/5): - Staff is welcoming and warm. Room condition is good and clean. Had difficulty to locate the hotel as the entrance is not obvious.

• joyance (10/5): Clean room with simple breakfast and great good location - Clean room and space with good enough for 4 of us. There was free hot and cold water dispenser for guests. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy, accept credit card payment and staff were friendly. They can speak simple English too. Breakfast was great with simple chinese spread with eggs, vegetables and meat items as well as western spread like bread and peanut butter, jam etc... Beancurd drink, tea and coffee was provided too. Location is great, minutes away from Luodong night market where you can find great food and cheap shopping. We had a driver thus can't comment on location via public transport. Value for money.

• たい (6/5): 平均的なホテルです - 特に目立った特徴はありません。 ただし、不満材料もありません。 料金なりだと思います。 大陸のお客様が大勢いらしていたようで、廊下が少しわさわさしてました。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 近臺鐵車站. - 近臺鐵車站交通十分方便，由洒店步行到羅東夜市都只須要十至十五分鐘;服務員有禮貌又親切，還有免費早餐送到房間，洒店有升降機，基本設施齊全。
• Huey-Jiuan (2/5): 爛透了 - 接待的服務人員態度差透了！浴室非常噁心！房間地板黏黏的，床帶還有黑點似發霉
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 地點方便就在羅東火車站前，走路五分鐘可以到夜市，生活機能非常方便，櫃台服務態度也很親切，but..房間霉味很重棉被很潮濕，冬天還必須開冷氣保持空氣清新，隔音很差半夜會聽到隔壁開Party，走廊都是煙味，下次不會考慮入住。
• Yun (6/5): 除了隔音之外都很棒！ - 離羅東車站只有200公尺、離夜市只有400公尺這點真是太方便了！價錢也很合理。早餐雖然是清粥小菜，但熱菜部分也很好吃！ 唯一讓人覺得困擾的是，隔音效果真的太差了。隔壁房間講話、用吹風機的聲音擾人清夢，實在可惜！
