É como se hospedar em um ponto turístico Quando precisei da ajuda dos funcionários eles foram extremamente prestativos e gentis. Gostaria de deixar um elogio especial a eles. Quarto lindo, lençóis confortáveis, banheiro amplo. Adorei.

• josefine (7/5): Naja... - Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, vieles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war einfach und nicht besonders gut. Die Zimmer wurden während unserer vier Nächte nie gereinigt. Vom Spa ist nichts zu bemerken gewesen.

Que las sábanas ajustables se salían del colchón. Que pedí dos veces un secador de pelo y en vez de disculparse que no había me dijeron que estaban ocupados y que me lo alcanzaban. Demasiados muebles en los pasillos para circular con valijas, la acústica del hotel en general muy mala se escuchaba todo Que estuvimos un domingo que es el día de mercado de pulgas y la calle era una mugre.

Au centre de la Candelaria, pas de sortie le soir dans le quartier mais très bien placé en journée pour accéder aux différentes visites, musée Botero, Plaza Bolivar, musée de l'or. La possibilité de commander à manger pour ne pas avoir à ressortir à la nuit tombée. la chambre sur la rue, très bruyante.

Less than 400€ per 9 nights (basic breakfasts and transfer from airport included). Only one guy from all personel speak English! In hotel in capitol in turistic area. They have 3 washing machines, but we could not use it.

Etwas dunkel alles, das Personal beim Frühstück ist extrem langsam, nach 30 Minuten kommt eine Tasse Kaffee, schlecht, wenn man los muss. Die Straße ist Sonntags eine Art Flohmarkt, der dann zur Müllhalde sich verwandelte. Man kann abends nicht mehr bummeln gehen, im Hotel gibt es aber auch keine Getränke.

Zimmer stilvoll möbliert, Holzfussboden, Innenhof mit Grünpflanzen, leckeres Frühstück, zentrale Lage zur Erkundung der Altstadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, freundliches Personal Die meisten Zimmer haben das Fenster zum Wandelgang im Innenhof, was die Privatsphäre und die Lüftungsmöglichkeit einschränkt. Die Fronttür war häufig abgeschlossen und man muss klingeln und warten, bis aufgeschlossen wird.
• Clara (2/5): The location of the hotel in downtown area is desirable but the services are not as promised. - The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. There is no WiFi. We had a room that was in the new annexed building. The room faced the street and it was very noisy every night, even in the early morning hours. It was impossible to sleep. Breakfast service was not friendly and food was inconsistent with the menu.

• Olivier (8/5): Nous avons bien dormi, l’emplacement est bon, mais ne tardez pas le soir ou utilisez un transport privé. - Au premier abord, l’hôtel ne semble ni incroyable ni très moderne, mais son emplacement est vraiment excellent. Il est toutefois déconseillé de rester dans les rues après 21 heures, car le quartier devient très glauque et mal fréquenté. Nous n’avons pas rendu la clé à la réception, donc la chambre n’a pas été faite. Aucune information ne nous avait été donnée concernant cette façon de procéder, et la réception ne s’est pas vraiment montrée impliquée lors de notre réclamation. J’avoue n’avoir jamais vu cela dans l’hôtellerie.

• sharon (5/5): Fine, but absolutely not 5 star!! - The room was big and clean with a large comfortable bed and quality bed linen. The breakfast was fine: juice, fruit, choice of 3 main dishes and tea/coffee. This is not a 5 star hotel. For 5 star you would expect toiletries (there was a tiny unmarked bottle of green liquid), bottled water (filtered water was not even available), a fridge, robe & slippers and a lift (given the height of the ceilings, the second floor felt more like the 4th and no assistance was given with luggage). In addition, the safe was operated by a key rather than number pad (seemed strange), we had to ask for the room to be cleaned (it didn’t seem to be an automatic daily event) and the soundproofing was appalling- if you’re a light sleeper, ensure you get a room at the back. Despite all the above, the hotel was fine - you just need to know what to expect, and that’s not 5 star!

• Andressa (8/5): Bom custo benefício. - O hotel está em excelente estado de conservação, possui espaços bem limpos, funcionários educados e a localização é muito central, perto de tudo, porém com os perigos dessa redondeza mais popular, mas sair de UBER foi bem fácil também. A campainha da recepção toca muitas vezes à noite e isso acaba sendo um incomodo.

SdB: Pas de sèche-cheveux, 1 minuscule bouteille shampooing-douche pour 2 et une petite savonnette. Situé à côté de la lingerie où on entendait bien les machines dans la journée. Le petit déjeuner vous laisse sur votre faim. L'hôtel n'est pas un 5*. Nous sommes partis après 3 nuits au lieu des 4 réservées.

Arquitetura colonial muito interessante e típica, um verdadeiro charme. Custo-benefício excepcional. O pior ponto negativo é ter que depender da liberação por parte da recepção para entrar no prédio sempre que saímos e voltamos. Não fornecem chave para entrar no prédio direto, creio que por motivos de segurança. Também não havia frigobar no quarto. E a vazão de água do chuveiro deixou a desejar. Em todo caso, o custo-benefício compensa demais.

• martin (10/5): A brilliant,small but welcoming hotel.Perfect location in heart of city. - The staff made you feel welcomed.And made you feel secure.As there is a lot of robbery that occurs in the area as I am informed But there is a lot of police presence in the local area.But it should not put you off this pleasant hotel.I will use it again in the future.As the room is big,spacious and a very comfortable bed.And the location is perfect if you want to visit museums,climb monserrate or just walk to Simon Bolivar square.Lots of shops,bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel bar was a little sparse.But doubt you need to be stuck to the hotel.With all bars in the area
• José Santos (8/5): Acomodação em Um Prédio Clássico no Centro - Gostei muito das acomodações, do conforto, estilo, beleza e amplitude do quarto. O prédio possui um estrutura de madeira belíssima, composta por pórticos e tesouras. Também há uma imponente escada de madeira ligando os andares. Gostei também da localização, próxima às atrações do centro histórico. 1 - O café da manhã não era do tipo self-service e tinha poucas opções. 2 - Apesar de bem localizado em relação às atracações, a região é um pouco degradada.
