Helmut (10/5): Wunderbare Lage zum Relaxen u. Natur genießen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! - Wunderbare Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den See! Sehr ruhig, gemütliche kleine separate Häuschen für 4 Personen. Frühstück u. Abendessen im Haupthaus. Sehr freundliches u. zuvorkommendes Personal, man fühlte sich sehr willkommen u. sie waren sehr bemüht u. standen gleich bereit, wenn man Fragen hatte. Die Häuschen waren nicht sehr gut isoliert, also etwas kühl für windige Herbsttage. Aber dafür gab’s eine Gasheizung im Zimmer!

Jucelino (6/5): Poderia ser mais agradável. - Da localização e da vista para o lago Fagnano. Fomos alojados numa cabana minúscula. Assoalho rangia a cada passo. Por sorte o quarto ao lado não foi acupado. O valor pago pela diária foi 109,00 dólares, bem caro pelo padrão do quarto. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, não tem ovos, nem bacon, nenhuma proteína salgada quente. Pedimos se havia ovos mexidos, responderam positivamente, e trouxeram, e estava delicioso, quentinho, feito na hora. Quando já estávamos saindo recebi uma mensagem pelo WhatsApp , dizendo que estava pendente de pagamento os ovos mexidos que havíamos pedido, que não fazia parte do bufet do café da manhã. Situação chata e mesquinha. Quando argumentei que ninguém informou que não fazia parte do café e que na hora do pedido ninguém disse que seria cobrado, dispensaram a cobrança, mediante uma reprimenda, do tipo “só por esta vez”. Sugiro que coloquem um aviso: OVOS SERÃO COBRADOS A PARTE.

Nathália (9/5): - Quarto impecável, limpo e bonito! Não tem um frigobar para melhor acomodação. O café da manhã precisava pagar a parte, caso quisesse ovos. Entenda-se que ovos são parte essencial para uma dieta completa e o que normalmente é oferecido em hospedagens em geral. Uma coisa que não gostamos muito foi que, para jantar no restaurante o que já tem um custo elevado, ainda era cobrado a rolha, caso quisesse levar um vinho. Como era meu aniversário eu queria levar um vinho que ganhei em uma hospedagem aqui no Ushuaia. Porém tinha que pagar, por mais que fôssemos hóspedes. Sei que é comum em alguns lugares, mas penso que essa cortesia poderia ser proporcionada para as pessoas que estavam hospedadas.
Irene (9/5): Ein gastlicher Ort in traumhafter Lage - Die Hostaria Kaiken ist ein ganz besonderer Ort in traumhafter Lage. Sie liegt fernab der großen Touristenmassen. Wer dort hinfährt, sollte die Einsamkeit mögen. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Nichts.

Angela Maria (8/5): - Wunderbare Lage mit phantastischem Blick auf den Lago Fagnano. Schöne Zimmer, teilweise in kleinen Häuschen. Bequemes Bett. Gemütlich. Im Vorfeld wurde ich wegen der Zahlung mehrfach aufgefordert zu zahlen, obwohl die Buchung und Zahlung bereits durch Booking bestätigt war. Das Frühstück geht bis 10 Uhr, Check-out bis 11.. Ich kann verstehen, dass ein Hotel nicht möchte, dass Gäste endlos dort sitzen. Aber Punkt 10 wurde demonstrativ alles weggeräumt, obwohl noch etliche Gäste dort saßen. Ich habe das als Rauswurf und unangenehm empfunden. Die Zimmer müssten etwas renoviert werden (Armatur am Waschbecken undicht etc..) Insgesamt ein bisschen zu teuer für den kleinen Ort.

Annabell (9/5): Recomendation for a stop on the way to Ushuaia - We stopped here for one night on te way to Ushuaia because the hotel view looked really nice and we weren't disapointed. Very nice view and room. We had an external room which was very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was good and we also had dinner in the restaurant, too. Dinner was very good and also very reasonable and fair price - can only recommend it. The floor in the bathroom is extremely cold (tiles) and there doesn't seem to be a heater for only the bathroom.

Charlotte (6/5): Hatte ich mir toller vorgestellt, aber ist okay. - Schöner Blick, vernünftiges Bett, gutes Frühstück (auch für Europäer), hell. Die Leute waren jetzt nicht sooo freundlich. Die Hütten sind wirklich sehr basic. Bett, Fußboden, Bad, Stuhl, Spiegel. Die Hütten liegen in einer Haarnadelkurve, also fahren die Autos quasi durchs Bett. Ein Wasserkocher wäre schon klasse und ist eher Standard, auch einfacher.

Daniela (8/5): Good place with potential for more - A wonderful location on the lake, in a quiet environment just off the ruta 3. The description of “Basic” room is adequate as the room is appointed with the barest essentials. Everything is lived in and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly and dinner and breakfast are good. The site has a lot of potential for its location and with a little more effort, care and creativity in the building materials and interior design it would be outstanding.

The cabin is simple and super clean. We walked all the way to Enriqueta restaurant. Splendid pictures. None to complain
