- 魏 (4/5): 退宿時看到對面房間的廁所格局很正常，很吃運氣，住過對面的新苑庭園大飯店，好很多 - 地點離火車站很近，隔音不錯，床很大，有免治馬桶 廁所沒有門，只有簾子，味道很重，洗手台台面很小什麼都放不下，蓮蓬頭是壞的，無法調節出水口，導致水量很小，電視還一直當機

- Luisella (8/5): - La colazione è varia e si va a fare nell'hotel vicino che fa sempre parte della stessa struttura La camera era ampia, il letto comodo e nel bagno oltre a una grande doccia c'era anche la vasca idromassaggio. Il water è quello giapponese Zona tranquilla e vicina alla stazione degli autobus e dei treni.

My only true complaint though are the towels…super thin! Overall, it was still worth the price since I got a clean bed and a good hot shower in a great location.

- pascale (10/5): Agréable séjour - La chambre est grande, le lit est confortable, les douches ok. Le petit-déjeuner excellent et en plus il est modifié partiellement tous les jours. A améliorer : double rideaux plus occultant, et une climatisation moins bruyante.

- Aratrika (8/5): Very good - The location was good. There was a complication about the way they charged me for the booking. I made the booking on behalf of my professor and colleague. Initially they charged me for the entire booking. But when the guests arrived, they charged them again Saying that since the person who booked was not physically present, hence that will be refunded. So it was quite complicated. They could have just not charged me before and could have directly charged the guests when they arrived there physically.
- Ming Shu (6/5): 普普的住宿點. - 2點到飯店堅時到3點才給進,算是第一次遇到,不過飯店沒錯,因為入住時間是3點,我們自己早到.大廳等待區有一隻死的大蟑螂.3點過後,去問,有說明缺了點東西才比較慢,但一直等到3點主動去問,櫃枱才幫查, 才給房,也沒主動幫忙在等待的客人.算是很有原則的旅館.

- SUNNY S (6/5): - I had a 4 nights stay. The first night is was awesome i had a nice room as advertised on Expedia. However, I was asked to move to a smaller room in another building for night 2,3, and 4. The room i was assigned was small and the shower was so hard to get in, i couldnt imagine anyone over 40 could get in and out safely. I feel like they used some bait and switch tactics. I felt I got scammed, when i first checked in, they told me Expedia should have mentioned this kind of room switching in the first place. I didnt want to argue because they told me every room is booked out, i had a 14 hours flight. Too tired to argue.

Breakfast is plain in terms of options. The bedsheet had stain which was unusual. The worst is. I mentioned I have a kid of 6 years old and their bath tub needed climbing over for my kid. Perhaps there was nothing much to be done for this.
