• David (10/5): An airport hotel that puts all others to shame. - Great location (literally across the street from the airport) and spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff, in particular, were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. After a chaotic rental car drop-off, the front desk personnel couldn't have been more pleasant. Our room was ready immediately (earlier than expected) and we enjoyed a complimentary welcome cocktail at the bar. I have to mention the charming cookie and porto cart that arrived at our room in the late afternoon. A very nice touch. And dinner in the hotel restaurant? Unlike any other we've enjoyed. Great food, wonderful wine steward, and efficient waitstaff. Excellent breakfast (included with room) as well. A+++ Not a single thing.

• Jeff (9/5): Excellent airport hotel - Very nice airport hotel. Only 5 minutes walking from Lisbon airport. There is a shuttle but it does not run after midnight and our flight arrived just after midnight. The walk to the hotel with bags in the dark is not really well marked and goes through lots of airport traffic. We tried to grab a cab and they refused to take us as it’s close - but really need better signage or run the shuttle later

• Emily (10/5): - The room was incredibly nice with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to just walk to the airport from the hotel. With all of the issues that Lisbon's airport has had, it reduced our stress to be able to just walk over for our departure.

I appreciated that the shuttle service started at 4am which is what we needed. The price was very high for the quality of the hotel. The sheets, towels, bedding, mattresses were not good quality for the $300+ room.

• Nitin (10/5): Ideal for Airport. - It is a stone throw from the airport. The place is clean, staff very courteous and the bed comfortable. The airport shuttle is great once you know where to catch it. Shower could be little bigger. We really did not need a bathtub in the bathroom. The airport shuttle should drop departing passengers on the departure level and not arrival.

Outdoor area was a bit noisy being on a roundabout.

E precisa ter um sistema de fila ou senha no embarque do hotel para não ter disputa insana. Precisei chamar um taxi pois estava chovendo e com quatro malas.

Didn't care for room design: 1)Except for bathroom, no mirror in room - important to my wife who uses an electric hair curler in the morning (bathroom/mirror plug is for 'shavers only.'). 2)Sink design not good - didn't care for square flat-bottomed sink - didn't drain well. Sink plug was frozen and thus didn't work. 3)Shower cubicle was very slippery on floor. 4). Shower door didn't seal completely resulting in some water on the floor after showering. 5)Complicated light switches were a guessing game as to what switch to control a light. 6). Hotel needs, but doesn't have, a concierge for travel/airport issues. 7). Expensive, i.e $400 per night with not so desirable Euro conversion factor plus hotel's added 5% fees, for what you get.

Não consegui sair do aeroporto com o transfer oferecido e NÃO CONSEGUI ir ao aeroporto no transfer supostamente gratuito oferecido pelo Hotel. Os serviços de transfer, segundo o hotel, ocorreriam a cada quinze minutos. Acontece que na minha saída do hotel, tive que esperar mais de trinta minutos para pegar o transfer oferecido. Por volta das 11:35 desci ao lobby do Hotel e fiquei esperando...O veículo chegou por voltas das 11:49 e passavam 2 minutos das 12:00 e nada do serviços ser feito.Tenco em vista que a pontualidade foi nenhuma, tive que chamar um táxi.

• Tracy (7/5): One night for an early flight ONLY - Proximity to the airport with shuttle every 15 minutes. The rooms are dated and dark. They used some sort of string room spray to create a pleasant scent but it was an awful chemical smell. The bar staff were rude.
