- Joanne (10/5): Perfect place to stay for Tottenham stadium - Lovely pub downstairs, lady behind the bar who showed us to our room was very friendly and helpful. She gave us advice on how to get to the concert. The room was clean and comfy. Had a little fridge which was great to store cold drinks as the weather was boiling. There was a fan too. The building was newly decorated and looked fresh and clean. Great stay overall.

Tried to contact property to get a partial refund through Expedia and they’re not picking up the phone so refund attempt unsuccessful. They also randomly cancelled another booking I had with no reason beforehand. Do not use
- Leanne (6/5): O - Staff wasn’t too friendly, room had screws on the table looks like some repair work had been done. Floor was dirty but bathroom was clean.
- Justin (2/5): Don't stay here when the weather is hot - Room was too hot. I appreciate it was an unusually hot day, but there was no way to ventilate the room, and it retained the heat all through the night. This made for a very uncomfortable night. The skylight controls did not work. The TV could not pick up any channels and the shower head sprayed wat in all directions.

- Sarah (8/5): Overnight stay - Booked for an overnight stay for a concert, we did have room with no window and a velux window in the roof, which you could open also a fan was provided to keep us cool. Room looked like it has a new shower room which was lovely and clean.

- KENNETH (6/5): Basic but clean - From the outside hotel didn’t look great. Went in to the bar. Checked in at the bar. Back outside to get into rooms through a door that has seen better days. Pleasantly surprised when we got in to see that it was clean basic but clean. A bit over priced for location. There was no Food to order in bar either.

- Robert (10/5): Hidden Gem - This place is a diamond in the rough. My family needed a place to stay for 1 night after the Tottenham Hotspur match was rescheduled unexpectedly. Though the surroundings seem less than inviting, once we entered the hotel, it was perfect. The room was immaculate and spacious and we felt entirely safe. The free cereal bar was a nice touch, too. The room was a little warm which some people might prefer. (We should have asked how to adjust the temperature.) We would definitely stay here again.
- Oliver (8/5): The fountain stay - Nice stay here. Some of the reviews didn’t look the best but we gave it a go and glad we did. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed including breakfast cereals, milk, teas, coffees, bed was comfortable, good nights sleep, reasonable price.

- Graham (8/5): Hidden gem - This place is a real gem. The check in via the pub was swift and helpful. The room itself, really well set out and comfort. Very clean and tidy. The bed was superb and real milk in the fridge. If ever I’m local again, I’d be happy to pay again, what was very reasonable indeed

- My (4/5): - The beds were horrible didnt sleep a wink. The bed didnt feel safe was like it was gonna snap, and to move in it was even worse. Front door window on arrival was also smashed. We had to check out at 11 but couldnt stay so we checked out at 7am

Location was short walk to Seven Sisters and had many options for food whether dine in or takeaway. Room was clean, blackout blinds geat and decent bathroom. Came with some complimentary cereal and tea/coffee. Pub was nice downstairs and staff helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again.

- Jarrod (6/5): - The interior decor was pleasant enough. The entrance to the hotel area is separate to the pub. The window in the door is severely cracked and needs replacing. The tiling throughout and all wooden staircases reminded us of a Greek hotel. Room was fine, no window but there was a skylight letting in some light. Ensuite was clean and shower gel was provided. Tea, coffee, cereal and milk was provided. Milk was stored in a small fridge under the desk. There was one issue, the heat. The room had got unbearably hot by the time we returned later that night. There was no working thermostat and no windows to open. Undoubtedly the fridge was adding to the heat in the room. We resorted to wedging the door of the room open for an hour or so to allow cool air from the corridor to cool the room slightly. We'd have said something in the morning but the pub was shut and keys were dropped into a letterbox for checking out.

- Phil (10/5): Friendly Local London Pub - I have stayed here once before, rooms are above the pub but with a separate entrance next door. Parking is limited but I have managed to get a spot in front of the pub both times. Not sure what the score is about parking on the roads but but did not matter for me at least. The pub is a friendly pub for locals, no food but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are fine and have a decent shower and fridge. There was milk, capri sun in there and cornflakes on the small table with a bowl spoon etc which I was not expecting. Had a couple of beers on the night and played pool with the regulars. All in all good value for London.

- Tony (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - Happy with stay. Ten minute walk from tube. We checked in at the bar and was shown to room which was through another entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. Although room was on main road, noise wasn't an issue for me. I would stay again.

From the photographs on the website I think there are better rooms available but we were only there for 1 night so weren't overly fussed.
- oleg (6/5): Clean inside but terrible outside - Outside looks scary but inside clean and just renovated. Based on the London price range I think this is good deal. Some small issues are: no shampoo in the shower and cant catch wifi using the iphone, but the laptop catches it.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Don't judge a book by it's cover - Staff very welcoming. Lots of local shops. Don't judge a book by it's cover, there's some external work ongoing but the route through to the rooms has been renovated and is nice and bright, the rooms are fine and yes I would stay again.
- Anne (8/5): Don't judge it from the outside - Initially I was slightly concerned when we pulled up outside the hotel as it was surrounded by scaffolding. The staff were friendly and once inside the side entrance it was a completely different to the outside. Our room was adequate, although in need of a lick of paint to freshen it up the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Don't stay if you like peace and quiet as the noise from the pub does go on until the early hours, although this didn't bother us. Great location for going to the football at White Heart Lane. Plenty of shops and eateries along West Green Lane. We managed to park outside the hotel which was convenient.

- Stephen Palmer (8/5): Don't judge this hotel by the it's outside and bar - On entering the pub to check-in, I wondered why have I booked here. My attitude quickly changed as I was greeted by a lovely girl on reception/bar who checked us in and escorted us to our rooms. As soon as I entered the hotel I was pleasantly surprised to fine a clean modern finish in hallways and rooms. I had a pleasant stay as my room was perfect for what I needed. Also the free fruit drink in the fridge was perfect as it was so hot. While the hotel could benefit from a better check-in system or upgraded pub the hotel and rooms were fine and I would recommend.

The maid slammed the door shut and said they they were not open until 1pm. No waiting area and it was cold wet and rainy. No breakfast, shower mat.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Opened too soon - still a 'construction site' - Terrible service and no one to speak to on check out, just a key drop which we were not told about. Renovations are ongoing, dust everywhere, and many things in the room don't work, e.g. some lights, bathroom fan, etc. Has long term potential to be nice, but not there yet.

- alessio (4/5): just nice and clean room...that s it!!!! - as soon you get inyo the room looks pretty nice...clean and good smelling..but then you will find out the internet is terrible(especially if you are on 2floor) the most noisy bed ever!!!!!! during in week-end you can sleep because downstairs there is a pub with disco...cold room heater doesnt work properly... through the windows pass a very cold air coming from outside...terrible week....no anymore here!!!!!
- George (10/5): Great Place to Stay - It was a great place to stay. Close enough to everything that you want to see. The Underground is close and gets you where you want to be within 30 minutes. The area of the hotel is a little rough but that did not take away from my stay. I would definitely stay there again.
- bob (6/5): good hotel poor surroundings - hotel rooms and cleanliness is very good. location is poor (surroundings). parking available. very noisy the night we stayed due to traffic and bin collections. unfortunately the only food available was Japanese.
- Holly (2/5): Terrible neighborhood-very far away from the sight - We didn't even stay and they tried to charge us for all 3 nights we booked.....I had to argue with them and show then the reservation that states we would only pay 1 day if we decided to cancel. The place was much nicer in the pictures. Even our taxi driver told us that it is a bad part of town and he wouldn't stay there.....Our second cab driver that took us back to cancel couldn't believe hotels.com would back the place!! Very dissatisfied!!

Great friendly staff, the pub may not be everyones taste, good beers, inexpensive and nice people.Food from the Japanese menu is stunning but is served in the pub surroundings so dont expect little wind chimes and Geisha girls.Shown through to the hotel accommodation and the contrast is amazing, obviously alot of time and thought into the decor and layout, not massive rooms but decor and layout are top notch. Accommodation, meal beer, parking wifi all for about £100!!

- Adam (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - The pub served great food and was home to a colorful warm crowd, the hotel part was shockingly modern and clean, never would have guessed from the outside but the inside is very sleek
- Tina (10/5): Excellent place to stay with great price - We were a bit worried at first as the neighborhood is rather low income but found out from hotel staff which places were good to eat. The pub is a bit rustic but staff are friendly, Japanese food there is awesome, there are grocery stores around and the hotel kitchen had everything we needed. Staff stocked and cleaned our room every couple days which was great. The rooms and whole hotel part of it are brand new and we just really enjoyed staying there. Seven sisters tube station was only 10 minute walk away and it is a very central station to get anywhere in the London or outlying areas. Cost of the hotel was very affordable. We will definetely stay there again.
- Tamba (10/5): Hotel right on top of an excellent pub, sports bar - I appreciated the privacy offered by the hotel in that it does away with the formality of the orthodox reception. You feel as if you are entering your own accommodation building. The pub and club downstairs means you don't have to take transport to be entertained. Yet the rooms are soundproof, so that when you eventual retire to your room. It seems as if the club and pub are miles away. Breakfast is stocked in your room and you do not have to wake up before 10am to eat no be disturbed for room cleaning. If you have danced till wee wee hours and want to stay in bed to recover.
