• J Clancy (10/5): I loved staying here! - People at the front desk were very friendly & sooo helpful. I arrived at 2:30 & asked if I could start doing my laundry b4 I checked in at 5:00 (time my confirmation stated), but he said check-in time was actually 3:00 & he could check me in immediately. The room was so, confortable, I decided the heck with my laundry and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon/ evening. The next morning, the shower was like a power-massage--wonderful water pressure. I had left-overs for breakfast, so I went to the lobby & asked if I could eat there--"Of course!" I asked if they knew how the toll for the Chesapeake bridge/tunnel worked, i.e., whether I could pay by credit card or if it was cash only & if there were real people in the collection booths. They didn't know, but they found me a number to call & all my questions were answered. Wonderful place to stay. This didn't bother me because I'm a morning person, but construction noises began pretty early--b4 8am--which might be a problem for many people.

FINALLY THEY PICKED UP AND INFORM THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE ROOM. ALTHOUGH, I DID CHECK ALL MY BELONGINGS THROUGHLY. IM POSITIVE I LEFT MY HEADPHONES IN THAT ROOM. SAD ABOUT BECAUSE THEY WHERE A GIFT FROM WIFE. I WISHED CLEANING FACULTY WHERE MORE HONEST IT IS SO DISAPPOINTING.

Evening desk clerk was argumentative and lied to us regarding where our room was in the building. (Said it was in building one and it was in the further building number two)

• Ernesto (3/5): I did not like the place at all. - It would be alot better if there were no bugs in the room. I was mortified by the blood stains on the WHITE TOWELS. The smell in the hall way was terrible. My opinion is for it to be a Ramada Inn, it was not to my liking. I will not be staying there again ever.

• John (5/5): - Not a lot Very run-down, needs a revamp. Rokm.gloor was sticky underfoot. Strong chemical.smell.in room, might have been a cleaning chemical? Breakfast was awful, mostly inedible unless you like the idea of eating food so processed it us almost unrecognisable. A place to.avoid.

• Janet (1/5): - They canceled my reservation because I didn't check in at 2pm. When I booked my reservation I put in I'll be checking in between 4pm and 5 pm. My booking was for a room with 2 queen beds. They did put me in a room with 2 double beds and wanted to charge me $180.00 for the but when I showed my comfromation for my booking they reduce it to that price. I was very unhappy with what happened.

• Tina (4/5): - I liked the setting, backing up to woods. The trees were colorful in late October. The woodwork is dirty. There's no microwave. The refrigerator had old food in it and the door didn't close all the way, so it was full of ice. The tv didn't work, so I had no television to watch. The mattress had a stiff mattress pad underneath the sheets. A neighbor upstairs sat outside smoking stinkweed, and my fan picked up the fumes, so it started stinking inside my room. Plus I could hear every footstep overhead.

I alerted the front desk and they told me to email the owner. Then again proceeded to tell me no managers were available. Yet alone didn’t compensate me for the infested roach room even tho I provided them video proof.

I asked for another room explaining this and they gave me another room that wasnt much better. Front desk did not apologize. I decided to keep it because I was just there 1 night and visiting my sister. So i would only be in there a short time.
