- Nico (9/5): Empfehlenswert mit freundlichem Mitarbeiter - Grundsätzlich liegt das Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, nur in der zweiten Reihe zum Strand. Zudem ist alles bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind sehr klein, was für Alleinreisende grundsätzlich kein großes Problem darstellt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wurde. Leider merkt man jedoch, dass die Reinigung eher oberflächlich erfolgt, da einige Ecken und andere Bereiche deutlich verschmutzt waren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal, insbesondere der Hauptverantworliche Rezeptionist an der Rezeption. Er war wirklich sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, kümmern sich engagiert um alle Anliegen und macht seine Arbeit mit Herz. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel dennoch sehr empfehlenswert. Leider merkt man dem Hotel deutlich an, dass es bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine Renovierung notwendig wäre. Die Zimmer sowie Teile der allgemeinen Ausstattung wirken abgenutzt. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Zwar wurde täglich gereinigt, allerdings nur sehr oberflächlich. Viele Ecken, Ablagen und andere Bereiche wurden offensichtlich über längere Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

- שלומי (9/5): אנחנו מתארחים במלון באופן קבוע ובסך הכל מרוצים מאוד. - המארח דניאל היה מיוחד במינו עם סבר פנים יוצא מן הכלל. תמיד היה שם על כל שאלה. סגרתי עם ארוחת בוקר וכששאלתי היכן אוכלים? המארח השיב לי בשל המלחמה הנושא הזה בוטל.

Hjælpsomt og nærværende personale, som er tilgængelige på hotellet og kontaktbare via WhatsApp. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til vandet og er nemt at komme til. Værelserne er små med få møbler og et lille køleskab. Der er mulighed for at låne strygebræt og bøjler i receptionen, og der er kaffe, te og vand til rådighed i lobbyen. Fint til kortere ophold, hvor man gerne vil være tæt på byens puls og vandet. Hotellet er placeret på en ret befærdet vej, og hotellet er lydt. Der er en utrolig kraftig duft i lobbyen.

The parking in nearby garage Opera was handy. Our rooms were really outdated. They looked like students’ dormitory. - Lian (10/5): מושלם! אחזור שוב ושוב! - הבחור שקיבל אותי היה מדהים, מחייך אדיב ועזר לי מאוד. צוות מדהים ומקצועי עם מוסר עבודה גבוהה, נתן להרגיש בנוח ובבית. החדרים מרווחים ונקיים ונעים לשהות בהם במהלך היום. תמיד יש מים חמים ורותחים, הכל 10/10. אני אחזור לפה בטוח. מיקום מרכזי, אנשים טובים, מלון מעולה והכל בזכות זה שקיבל אותי תחילה בקבלה נהנתי מאוד.

Hotal is the old-school kind of TLV hospitality that is hard to find these days. Much better than most Airbnbs.

He from the first day exceeded my expectations by storing my bag and allowing me to chill on balcony and swim at Jerusalem Beach while my room was getting prepared. 1 block from the beach, great breakfast spread at the Savoy and prices you can’t beat. Hospitality on 💯 Bathroom had a bit of a mildew smell but nothing that could ruin a stay or trip. Also hit my head the shelf under the tv but maybe I’m too tall

The smell from cleansers was overpowering, almost toxic, room was crummy. Moved to much nicer room. Staff gave conflicting basic information. - Elena (8/5): חוויה הייתה נעימה - מיקום מעולה, קו שני לטיילת , 3 דקות הליכה לחוף ירושליים . צוות נחמד, חדרים נקיים. עמדת קפה ועוגיות חופשית בלובי. תמורה מעולה למחיר 1. ארוחת בוקר לא קיימת במלון BLUE MARBLE, אלה במלון הקרוב BROWN שיש להם הסדר איתו . הארוחה לפי הזמנה מתפריט ולא בופה חופשי. אין הרבה מבחר ולטעמי היא גם לא כל כך טעימה . 2. אין חנייה פרטית במלון עצמו, יש להם הסדר עם בניין בית האופרה הסמוך , החניה שם בתשלום 105 ש''ח ליממה עם כניסה ויציאה חופשית. הגענו ברכב מסחרי גבוה ולא הצלחנו להיכנס לחניה כי יש הגבלת גובה עד 1.9 מטר. הפיתרון שמצאנו זה חניון 2 של שוק הכרמל . החנייה נמצאת במרחק של כ-850 מטר, 10 דקות הליכה מהמלון. מחיר החנייה מעולה לעומת שאר האופציות בתל האביב - 30 ש''ח ליממה לכניסה חד פעמית.
- EVANGELOS (3/5): Χάλια ξενοδοχείο. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κεντρικά. Ο υπάλληλος στην ρεσεψιόν από την Αργεντινή. Πολύ αγενής και ειρωνικός. Επίσης το 1ο δωμάτιο χωρίς παράθυρο, με θόρυβο και μούχλα. Ευτυχώς άλλαξα.
