Candyland was fantastic and perfect for families, the food throughout the resort was incredible, and Kelebek Restaurant was a real highlight with outstanding service and delicious dishes. The personal service across the hotel was exceptional, especially Atakan from Guest Relations, who made us feel so welcome and really helped make our stay special.

• Fahri (10/5): Een prachtig hotel - Mijn verblijf in het Vogue Hotel Bodrum was een bijzondere ervaring die luxe en comfort goed weet te combineren met een levendige vakantiesfeer. Het resort is prachtig gelegen aan de kust, met een indrukwekkend uitzicht over de Egeïsche Zee. Vooral de uitgestrekte tuinen en het privéstrand geven het geheel een exclusieve uitstraling. De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en goed onderhouden. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en oog voor detail zorgen ervoor dat je je direct op je gemak voelt. Wat vooral opvalt, is de variatie aan faciliteiten: van meerdere zwembaden en een groot aquapark tot wellnessvoorzieningen en sportactiviteiten. Hierdoor is het hotel geschikt voor zowel gezinnen als koppels. Het eten is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. De service is over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kan het tijdens drukke momenten soms wat langer duren. Een klein aandachtspunt is de drukte in het hoogseizoen; het hotel is populair en dat merk je bij zwembaden en restaurants. Toch doet dit weinig af aan de algehele kwaliteit van het verblijf. Al met al is het Vogue Hotel Bodrum een uitstekende keuze voor wie op zoek is naar een luxe all-inclusive vakantie met veel faciliteiten, een mooie ligging en een levendige sfeer. service duurt soms langer

• Teke (5/5): Très mauves , séjour gâché - Le seul point positif est le cadre : l’hôtel est entouré de verdure et le paysage est agréable. À part cela, il n’y a rien de bien. Honnêtement, j’ai été très déçu par cet hôtel. Malgré un prix assez élevé, la qualité n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous. La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise et le service encore pire. Pendant les repas, nous devions chercher les couverts nous-mêmes, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing. Très mauvais hôtel pour le prix, séjour gâché. Il n’y a pas de piscine pour enfants ni d’aire de jeux, et pendant tout le séjour, nous n’avons rien pu faire pour notre enfant. Pourtant, nous avions choisi cet hôtel spécialement pour des vacances en famille. Les tables étaient très sales, ce qui donnait une mauvaise impression générale. Le personnel semblait peu formé et assez amateur, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de ce niveau. L’hôtel se présente comme un hôtel pour enfants, mais en réalité, il n’y a presque rien de pratique ou adapté pour eux. Vu le prix payé, le service était largement en dessous des attentes. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Très mauvaise expérience.

• Sonia (10/5): The only resort you need in Bodrum! - What was not to like? Absolutely everything was amazing from even before we arrived received a text from the guest relations supervisor (Atakan) introducing himself 2 days prior and then again on day of arrival and checking what time our flight was due in and if we needed any special requirements. He was waiting at the door when our taxi pulled up and he made all check in arrangements whilst we sat enjoyed welcome drinks. This service continued throughout our full 7 nights not just from Atakan but every single member of staff we encountered from lobby bar to restaurant to housekeeping . The hotel facilities has every base covered that you could want or need to make your stay as easy, comfortable and enjoyable. The perfect resort for everyone, couples or families. The pictures don’t do justice the views are to die for. Perfect location from bodrum city, just a 10 min taxi ride away. Overall, a must visit highly recommend and we will be back for sure! Not one to leave reviews but couldn’t not share our experience as we were truly impressed. nothing at all

Yemekler çok lezzetli ve çeşit sayısı çok fazla her yiyecekten yemek istedim. Otel kullanım alanları ve odam çok temizdi. Personeller çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü en ufak soru işaretini bile gidermek için can ve baş ile çalışıyorlar. Candyland Tema Park ve Aqua park çok eğlenceli harika zaman geçirdim. Akşam eğlencelerinin vazgeçilmezi otel içerisindeki Arena Club oluyor bir an bile sıkılmaya vaktiniz olmuyor. Yeniden burada tatil yapıp daha çok deneyimlemek istiyorum.

What really disappointed me was the slow service, lack of cleanliness in both the rooms and dining areas, and the overall poor maintenance. The rooms felt outdated and more like a 3-star standard rather than 5-star, and the AC in the restaurant and lobby wasn’t working, which made the stay uncomfortable. Management could greatly improve in handling these issues. Overall, it’s not worth the money as there are much better options at the same price.

My daughter and I really loved and enjoyed the beach the pool and of course candy land. The buffet was great variety of food options and the staff were helpful. Finally, I would really thank Mr. Atakan Gürgülü for his hospitality and great service and help. The room I booked was a garden view, which meant it was not close to the main hotel but rather near Candy Land. Since it was a bit far, we needed to use the golf cart service to reach both our room and Candy Land. However, the golf carts were limited, and it often took a long time to get one.

Bu durumu defalarca söylememize rağmen yaptıkları tek açıklama “kalabalık, yetişemiyoruz” oldu.

It’s better to stay home than choose this hotel! We traveled with kids and I don’t feel safe! You can find bugs and mosquitoes in your room! After 2 days of complaining they changed our room but it was the same thing! They didn’t want to refund money for other nights we didn’t want to stay! cutlery was sticky, no tables to sit, too much people in dining area! I’ve never been before in the bad hotel like this!

• fatima (6/5): - Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. We didn’t get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself. I don’t think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more). Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored. We won’t be back

• Munerah (2/5): لقد ضاع مني يوم كامل بسبب التكييف المتعطل وعدم التعويض او حتى احترام اقامه العميل وبدون تعويض - الفندق متنوع و كبير ويناسب الأطفال والعائلات لقد كان جناحي بمكيف عطلان حااار والجو في بودروم حر ويحتاج تكييف و طلبت الصيانه ولم يكن التكيف صالح حار جداً لم أستطيع النوم و خدمه العملاء غير متجاوبين معي طلبت منهم التغير او الترقيه او الإصلاح ولم اجد خدمه و الموظفه غزلان نقلتني إلى غرفه باقل من مواصفات حجزي واخبرتني ان أكمل إجازتي فيها لان الفندق مزدحم ! قلت لها إذن استرد مالي قالت لا قلت إذن اعملي لي ابقريد ليست مشكلتي ان مكيفكم عطلان وقالت لا غير متجاوبه ابداً في الحلول و تقول إذا اردتي الشكوى اشتكي وعدم اهتمام و تجعلني انتظر طويلاً لتطفيشي أنا عميل دفعت أموالي لاستحق مادفعته على الأقل ليست مشكلتي ان المكيف عطلان ولكن لا تتجاوب معي و أنا من أقوم بسحب الشنط ونقلها وطلبت منها أعادتي إلى حجزي القديم لا أستطيع الاقامه في غرفه اصغر واتصل على الصيانه ونزلت إلى موظفه أخرى آسيويه يبدو لا اعلم اسمها ولكن عاملتني بتفهم واحترام وبحثت لي عن نفس مواصفات حجزي وطلبت مني الانتظار إلى الغد 10 صباحاً انتقل لها وعبرت عن احترامها وتفهمها لي واعطتني اولويه الخدمه لحل مشكله النزيل وطلبت موظف يساعدني في نقل الشنط
• Baris (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niks Kamer buiten hoofdgebouw gekregen zonder voorafgaande info, tweede verdieping zonder lift dus ongeschikt voor gezin met baby en kinderwagen. • Eerste nacht slechte kamer, pas volgende dag laat verplaatst naar hoofdgebouw. • Meerdere gebreken: kapotte ramen, beschimmelde waterkoker, defecte kluis. • Algemeen slechte service: onvriendelijk personeel, geen airco in openbare ruimtes, matige kwaliteit eten, geen bediening bij zwembad. Betaald: €5.400 voor 5 nachten (€1.100/nacht) → zeer slechte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

• Naif Albuty (3/5): My stay - Facility and aqua park Money against service you get, also they have a real issue for AC and i can't speak more about the service and staff as if they are forced to serve you which attitude is clearly shown and worst part is checkin process.
