Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Personal – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls ein Highlight: sehr leckeres Essen und eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ordentlich und wurden täglich zuverlässig gereinigt. Insgesamt war alles sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Staff super nice, 24h restaurant with great food, football on big screens, close to everything, nice roof top pool and a seven eleven next door. Definitely staying there again The fact that we couldn’t stay longer

- Robert (6/5): - Location is very good. A good 7-11 just outside is also a plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Some nights there were a lot of noise, making it very hard to sleep. The bed was a bit too stiff for my liking.

Odaya giriş yaptığımızda üçüncü kişi için bir yatak bulunmadığını, yalnızca bir koltuk olduğunu gördük. Çocuğumuzun bu koltukta yatabilmesi için yalnızca ekstra çarşaf talep ettik. Ancak bu basit talep karşılığında bizden günlük ekstra yatak ücreti istenmesi bizleri gerçekten üzdü. Oysa odada ilave bir yatak kurulmadı. Üç kişilik oda satın almamıza rağmen üçüncü kişi için yatak bulunmaması ve bunun üzerine ek ücret talep edilmesi misafir memnuniyeti açısından doğru bir yaklaşım olmadığını düşünüyorum.

Purtroppo ci hanno fatto lo stesso prezzo per due cocktails come se fossimo clienti esterni all'albergo. Almeno un piccolo sconto ci vuole per chi resta fedele al bar dell'hotel!!!

- VALENTINO888 (1/5): Would never return again !. - I would not return back to this hotel ever, placed me on a 2nd floor in front of the road where all the traffic, bars, night club & drunken people and fights at night. Could not sleep at all, ask to change room had to pay more for a different room, so i will never return to this hotel again !. Breakfast seriously and really bad nothing to choose from, only 1 set menu.

Mieliśmy pokój deluxe i taki polecam brać :) Na 6 pietrze, delikatnie było słychać ulice ale nam to nie przeszkadzało - wkoncu to hotel centralnie w sercu Patong - obok banglaroad i trzeba sie z tym liczyć. Super baza wypadowa wszędzie, wszystko pod ręką. Personel super miły, atmosfera ekstra - wszystko co chciałeś to miałeś. Dla porównania na ostatnie 2 dni pobytu pojechaliśmy do Mai Khao do hotelu 5 gwiazdek, 3 razy droższego i może i sam hotel super luksusowy ale atmosfera sztywna i nie było już tego klimatu Tajladnii

- Moshe (7/5): נחמד וסביר. - מיקום המלון מעולה ממש סמוך לבנגלה ולמרכז הקניות ג'נסילון. חדר גדול שעבר שיפוץ לאחרונה. המלון נמצא באמצע שיפוצים, והפסקת חשמל שהיתה באחד הבקרים אילצה אותנו לרדת מדרגות מסוכנות מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר מינימלית ואכילה במקום מאובק ממש לא היתה נעימה.

- Mohamed (10/5): Recommend, don’t think just take it. You’ll not regret the Location, and the service there. - Definitely recommended. The location is perfect and the room was cleanest at all times. It was even safe for me to keep my other phone and laptop with wallet there while they’re cleaning the room. The service was great specially with Pear I’ve had a good experience there and I’ll definitely stay there next year I hope to meet the same people. Missing them already❤️ Nothing. Everything was perfect for me
- Lihi (7/5): - הגענו והבנו שהמלון בשיפוצים היה המון רעש בגלל השיפוצים וזה ממש ביאס אותנו הצוות הבין שאנחנוו לא מרוצים והציע לנו לעבור למלון אחר ועברנו ובמלון השני היה ממש כיף ונחמד קוראים למלון Orchid Garden Hotel אבל הצוות היו ממש נחמדים הם הראו לנו את החדרים במלון ואת הבריכה והחדרים כן היו טובים גדולים ועם כל מה שצריך שיהיה בחדר הבריכה של המלון טיפה קטנה והמלון כרגע נמצא בשיפוצים
- MOHAMMED (6/5): مميز في قربه من الخدمات - الفندق موقعه ممتاز، يقع بجانب بقالة عربية، كما يتميز بقربه من العديد من الخدمات والمطاعم العربية من عيوب الفندق أن الإقامة كانت خلال فترة الترميم، مما تسبب في إزعاج مستمر بسبب أعمال العمال وتكسير البلاط. كما لا يوجد مكان مخصص لتقديم الإفطار، حيث يتطلب النزول إلى المطعم وطلب وجبة الإفطار من قائمة الطعام

Making a lot of noise from 9:00 in the morning. Considering the party goes on until the morning. This can be annoying. When the renovation is finished, this hotel will be a great choice. Shower took a long time to get warm.

- Justin (3/5): Nice room and staff but very disappointing state of hotel and shouldn’t have been offered to paying customers - The room was great. The rooftop pool area was nice. I was unaware that the hotel was under renovation. This came as a total shock and was quite unsettling to arrive to. Lots of noisy dusty building works taking place all day long. The reception , stairs and lift areas were in a shocking state with very little health safety in practice.

- Samet (8/5): Good stay - Location is very central, but it’s loud at the same time but you don’t hear anything from your room. It was facing to the back side. Kinda clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Lovely people. Hotel’s restaurant is overpriced so it’s always empty. And there was a construction at the restaurant section during the day, so it’s dusty and you can’t hangout.

- Erezf (6/5): - המיקום על הבנגלה והקניון ג'אנג סיילון, נמצאים ממש מעל 7/11. מרחק כמה דקות מחוף הים. הכניסה של המלון נמצאת בשיפוצים, והיה שם קיר שנראה אחרי פיצוץ, שילמנו 600 באט על מיטת ילד לכל לילה, אנחנו צמחוניים וארוחת הבוקר היתה פשוט בושה, מזעזעת- צנים יבש וקצת ירקות. פשוט עדיף בלי ארוחת בוקר.
- Levi (10/5): Perfect Stay! Center of the Action! - Perfect location for all of the action. Bangla Rd is 2 seconds away, and Patong Beach is also about a 5min walk straight down the road. With the price paid, you can’t argue with anything. We would stay here again. Staff was also friendly and entertaining :) If I had to say anything about the room itself I would prefer a door or something for the shower because all of the water always goes near the toilet on the floor with the way it’s designed. I would also add an option of French toast on the included breakfast. But those are very minor things. We would still stay here again. Thank you :)

- Peter Martin (7/5): Central, sauber! - Schön Central ,mitten im Geschehen wenn man ausgehen will. Das Frühstück besteht aus drei Fragen, die man auf einem bierdeckelgrossen Zettel ankreuzen konnte.Eier mir Speck oder Reis mit Hühnchen oder Toast mit was weisss ich! Ach einen Kaffee gab es dazu, weitere sind kostenpflichtig. Also war man einmal da und ist dann in die umliegenden Cafés zum frühstücken gegangen, damit der Tag auch lecker los geht! Wenn man ein Frühstück ohne Liebe zelebriert, verliert man auch Gäste am Tag und Abend! Eine Baustelle war nicht so schlimm; hätte man aber auch bei Booking kommunizieren sollen, dann wäre mir das Frühstück erspart geblieben.

- Christopher (9/5): Good place for a few nights - A good sized, pleasant room with a comfortable bed that was good for a couple of nights in Patong. Very close to the heart of the nightlife area on Bangla Road and the large JungCeylon Shopping Centre which includes a hypermarket as well as pretty much anything else you might need.

- Graeme (10/5): Very enjoyable and made to feel very welcome - I will return. - I have now stayed at the Orchid Resortel in Patong on a few occasions. Always an enjoyable stay. Rooms are very comfortable with a nice en suite bathroom. Good restaurant and bar with great staff in a good location on Soi Sansabai. Maybe the lift could be better but really nothing stands out as an issue at all.
