- Adrian ioan (8/5): În afara de domnul pakistanez care este foarte agresiv a fost bine. - Este curat. Dar personalul este foarte grețos si neprietenos. Mi au dat cameră greșită dupa care a venit domnul pakistanez si mi a vorbit urât si răstit parca intrasem prin efracție în acea cameră. El mi a dat acea cameră!!!!Ma deranjat cand mâncam domnul pakistanez si in afară de asta nu poti sta lângă el pentru ca mirose îngrozitor.

- Christin (6/5): Insgesamt war es für zwei Nächte aushaltbar. Würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen. - Das Zimmer sah auf den ersten Blick gepflegt und modern aus. Der Self-Check-In hat uns auch ein wenig Zeit gespart. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben mehrfachen Schienen für den Zugverkehr. Hätte ich mir das vorher besser angeschaut, hätte ich dort nicht gebucht. Die Züge fahren ganztägig und auch nachts. Das Laminat war an einigen Stellen locker und rutschte. In unserer Fernbedienung für den TV fehlte eine Batterie. Mein Mann ging zur Rezeption und fragte nach einer weiteren Batterie, da der TV ja so nicht nutzbar war. Antwort war, dass sie keine Batterien haben. Als wir ankamen mussten wir die Betten der Kinder noch selbst beziehen. Da hat man eigentlich keine Lust, wenn man schon eine gewisse Anreise hinter sich hat. Die Matratzen waren bretthart. Es gab leider auch nur zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten (Tisch mit zwei Hockern) bei einem Zimmer für vier Personen. Es gab auch kein Handtuch nur für die Hände, sondern für jede Person eines zum Duschen. Also mussten wir eines davon nehmen. Die Dusche hatte von außen starke Kalkflecken.

- Indira (4/5): You get what you pay for. - It was nice to have a toilet and shower directly attached to the room. My sheets had mold stains on them. It was difficult to find the kitchen where I could leave food in the refrigerator, and then there were no bags or labels or pens. A lot of smoke from the courtyard could be smelled in our room from the window.

- Andreas (1/5): Schlimmste Erfahrung in einem Hostel - Absolut DESASTRÖS. Sowas hab ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt, obwohl ich schon die Welt bereist habe und in mehr als 1000 Hostels war. Nachts um 3:20 stürmen irgendwelche fremden Typen ins Zimmer, machen das Licht an & schreien wie die Gestörten irgendwelche arabischen Sätze umher als wären wir im Krieg. Absolut scary und man meinte, dass man im falschen Film/Land ist. Dann sind sie wieder nach über 5 Minuten gegangen & nach 20 Minuten kamen sie wieder. Da hab ich dann gesehen, dass einer der Herren einen Pullover mit "Security" trug. (Nacht von 08.05.2026 auf 09.05.2026. Bestätigungsnummer: 5269887387, Zimmer 231.) Im Nachhinein hab ich mitbekommen, dass es um irgendeinen Typen geht, der angeblich die Nacht nicht bezahlt hat. Wegen 20€ wecke ich das ganze Zimmer nachts um 3 auf!? Absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten und in keinster Weise zu rechtfertigen, um die Uhrzeit so einen großen Tumult zu veranstalten. Ich war schon oft in AO Hostels/Hotels. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich aber definitiv nie wieder eine dieser Einrichtungen betreten. Nachdem meine Beschwerde, die ich direkt an AO (Kontakformular) gerichtet habe, einfach nicht beachtet wird, poste ich es hier nochmal. Hiermit fordere ich Sie umgehend auf mir die bezahlte Nacht zu erstatten. Ich habe die Nacht bezahlt, um zu schlafen und nicht damit ich von Ihren dubiosen "Securities" nachts in einer Lautstärke & aggressiven Sprache geweckt werde, dass ich befürchten muss, entführt zu werden. Falls ich die Erstattung nicht innerhalb von 2 Wochen auf meinem Konto habe, sehe ich mich gezwungen juristische Schritte einzuleiten. Beste Grüße

- Mario Urech (2/5): Unzumutbar - Das bedauernswerte Recepcion-Personal (2 Personen) war freundlich und half den eincheckenden Gästen so gut wie möglich, da die self check-in Automaten nicht funktionierten. Die Rezeption war überfüllt mit Gästen, welche Probleme hatten, die Stimmung war ungeduldig und gehässig. Den 6er-Zimmern fehlt es an einem Minimum an Privatsphäre (z.B. Vorhänge) und Sicherheit (z.B. abschliessbare Spinde). Wombats Hostels erfüllen z.B. diese minimalen Eigenschaften.

- Martiniano (6/5): - Para ser Munich la ciudad más cara de Alemania está a un precio razonable. Algún personal no mostraron colaboracion para darte informacion depende cenar afuera del hostel ( solo ofrecen lo del Hostel ) habiendo una pizzería enfrente. Está diseñado para que pases la noche, y para mucha gente que hagas todo solo ( hasta la cama te tenés que hacer )... Está bastante lejos te tenés que mover con el tte público que no es barato Y en el barrio no hay muchas opciones de compra cerca, si supermercados a más de 500 my que cierran a las 20. En mi cuarto había dos camas juntas, así que dos extraños durmieron en la misma cama con sabanas diferentes haha

- Barbora (8/5): - Snídaně byla dostatečná, chápeme, že za danou cenu je potřeba dělat kompromisy. Dětem se velmi líbil stroj na palačinky. Pokoj byl čistý, nový a hezky zrekontruovaný. NEdostali jsme povlečení na první noc pro všechny. Druhou noc jsme si povlékli sami.
