We originally booked a cabin with a double bed bunk due to our children being so young. We had a single bunk and one of the kids slept with us.

- sarah (3/5): - Beds were comfy Cabin was nice, the ensuite shower we couldn’t use as every time we went to use it the plumbing would make a terrible loud noise, and the door to the shower gets stuck so use the main bathroom not a big deal but staying in a 3 bedroom cabin is very handy to have 2 bathrooms, our power kept tripping at the board when turning a light on spoke with staff they said they wouldn’t be able to get an electrician, told us to just not use that light, use other lights. Fan in main bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t find any toilets around the pool area for the kids to use so had to walk back to the cabin to use the toilet.

- Craig (10/5): Great spot - Loved the park, proximity to the zoo, pool camp kitchen and eas of access. Didn't like having to pay to wash and dry my clothes when paying for a cabin/safari tent. I understand caravans and camping having to pay.

- Laura (7/5): Good however definitely could use improvements - Good amenities however the splash bucket is not actually there as pictured Nice pool/ amenities & location is nice and relaxing , the Westside pub is not far and has really nice food Bbq on the deck was a lovely added touch Bed was super uncomfortable, room was not clean & there is very minimal things there to clean the room during your stay. 1 towel given each for the whole duration of our stay. There was so much dirt built up throughout the cabin I don’t know how long it’s been since it was deep cleaned. TVs are also very small and barely had reception the whole stay.

- Amanda (8/5): Other than the constant key juggling and working out who should have them or who does have them the stay was lovely the - Pools, waterslide and jumping pillows were the highlight for the kids. I loved the onsite food truck. I feel cabin key per family is ridiculous especially if one parent is with the kids at the pool and one parent is out doing groceries who gets the key? The one getting groceries or the one who’s got the kids who will want a shower? Also not having access to the park toilets because we have cabin facilities is silly, we would utilise the camp kitchen as a place to eat be it to eat food truck food, have a group bbq or play games with our friends however every time we needed to go to the toilet we had to walk a few 100 meters each time back to the cabin I feel access to these facilities should be for everyone staying at the park and referring to my earlier point say I stayed with the kids at the park and the dad went to the pub to watch the footy I gave him the key because o figured he would be back before we were ready to go back to the Cabin but forgot about the no toilet thing so luckily had other friends with a cabin that I could use their toilet but if we were there on our own we would have been peeing in the bushes. The facility key thing was brought up on site with the staff and they said we had facilities in our cabin and the toilets in the pool area are always unlocked however the gates to the pool area are locked prompt at dusk so this isn’t a solution either. 2 x cabin keys per family and 2 facility keys per family I feel would be appropriate.

The cabins were well stocked with extra garbage bags and utensils for cooking etc. ladies in the office were lovely and very helpful. Overall very clean park. I didn’t like that the bunk beds weren’t made and I had to make the beds as we arrived. The spare blankets also smelt musky. There were foot prints on the ceiling in the bunk room. The blind in the kitchen was filthy, the microwave had some sort of curry spilt all through it. The railing at the front varandah was very wobbly and it was very unsafe.

Would definitely go there again. - The location for Dubbo activities was great, easy to find and close to zoo, observatory, shops etc. the cabin was quite and the there was a heated pool which is great for the cooling weather. The tv was an older tv and the location in the cabin was odd. An updated tv would be good. Although we didn’t use it much, being able to connect to a smart tv would be good. Also there was no toaster in the room.

- Lauren (10/5): Fantastic facilities - would recommend! - Location was great for visiting the zoo & we loved the Eco Safari tent - it had everything we needed including its own bathroom, aircon, tv & kitchen! The park had an amazing setup with pools & water slides & we loved the on-site food truck after a long day's drive to Dubbo. Would definitely recommend! Unfortunately on our second night, there was a rowdy group staying in a cabin close by who continued making noise well past the campground's curfew. With only tent walls in place it made it difficult to get to sleep.

We had four couples from our family stay with us this week. We had a great time. It was perfect. Kids loved the water park and pool. Parents had a ball. - Rhiannon (9/5): - The cabin was comfy with soft beds, a largish kitchen, a separate lounge area, and even its own barbecue! There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom with the four bunkbeds and so it was hot and stuffy at night. The main bedroom walls were covered in dust.

- Samantha (3/5): Disappointing - Location, quiet, good beds No tv reception the first afternoon, night and morning. The freezer didn't work properly so we had to throw out all the icecreams and iceblocks we bought the night before. It was so stinking hot so we had bought a lot. Staff made aware. No reimbursement for anything we threw away or sorry. They did send over a handyman that day. Bought more frozen deserts and icecreams. Next morning everything had melted again.

- Denis (10/5): could not have had a better cabin ever - the cabin was excelent, as I requested the cabin for disable person. water park and pool was good and the main pool had a cover. security makes it better than what is was. I woluld have like some shelves in shower for your shampoo and conditioner. A towel holder and shelf next to basin.
