- Corinna (5/5): - Overall the room was clean and tidy, and the security system was pretty good Just a little uncomfortable especially the beds Kitchen area it was uncomfortable as there were only 3 chairs and there was 4 of us, one person had to sit on the ground to eat. The compound itself was untidy and not very inviting to walk around. To be honest I felt like I was in a detention centre The pictures online do it more justice than what it was.

- St4cey (10/5): Great little resort for a night or 2. - Friendly very helpful accommodating staff. Great location, comfy bed, security cameras around makes you feel very safe. Loud rowdy drunken guests, no respect for other guests. Which is out of the resorts control.

- Ray (1/5): MOST UNSATISFACTORY. We stayed there last year in a villa like room obviously in a different section - NOTHING. You had to put your shoulder to the door after unlocking and turning the handle. Only one low pillow each. No chairs to sit on. No shelf in bathroom for toilet bag, only the floor. No toaster or bowls.

It was hanging on hinges obviously had been broken into before & would no longer close let alone lock!! I felt very unsafe knowing the history of Darwin. The sliding doors were also filthy, the spar bath was broken & unsafe

- Madison (4/5): Disappointing - The property was very clean. I could feel the springs in my bed when I slept on it. The sink wouldn’t drain. There was a dog sleeping four doors down and was wandering at night and attacked a cat

There were small cockcoroaches running around and although this isn't the hotel it's self however, the room smelled as if the previous guest had been smoking in the room and there are signs that smoking in the rooms are not allowed, so I don't know how this could be fixed. Due to my short stay I put up with it, however, I am quite sensitive to the smell of cigarettes.

- Loren (2/5): Unfortunately the pool and sites were too grotty. - Bed was comfortable Pool was filthy, my husband opened pool filter and it hadn't been cleaned out in many many months, rubbish in pool area didn't get picked up the whole time we were there. Sink was broken in one cabin. TV's didn't work. No cutlery or crockery (minimal in one), no tea towels. Aircon's turned off during the day.

- Cheryl-Ann (7/5): Perfect shower and bed as a base for any stay in Darwin - OUr cabin was a great base to explore Darwin for a week. The bed was comfy, and we LOVED filling up the spa after a long day hiking the nearby National Parks and soaking our weary legs. The cabin was very basic, but all we needed. Our key was not in the box as promised when we arrived tired at 2am in the morning. But a quick phone call sorted that out.

- Lydianna (10/5): A little private oasis so close to the airport and city - The cabin. I loved that it had privacy, and a little “home like” feel. A mixture of cabin resort feel. I did love the pool in the middle. Our little cabin felt private.

They charged me, paid in full before arrival They asked for $100 deposit, that still I did not receive it back They have provided me with a code that never worked and I could never get in The phones to call after hours were unattended And I had to find a new hotel otherwise I would be on the streets All of the above I tried to contact them over email after and no response. Thanks to booking.com that intervened on my behalf. Disgusting people They harassed me the day before to give them my credit card details for this deposit, if I didn’t give it they would not give the code… I have them but still nothing worked The hotel facilities are awful. It looks abandoned and it’s not safe. A number of people are roaming outside, drunk, throwing bottles, swearing, awful place

- Phil (7/5): Mostly plusses, a few minuses - Modern compact refurbished motel-style room, parking outside front door. Key-card security with inner manual lock. Ground floor double bed rooms would be wheelchair accessible but not ideal, pretty snug inside - possibly too snug for wheels. Same size room with a single bed should be fine. Innerspring mattress was comfortable enough. Air-con & ceiling fan both clean and worked well. Hanging storage for clothes, kettle, cups, tea & coffee, and clothes iron provided, large fridge for a motel room. Really nice bathroom with rain shower. Generally, good value for money. Freezer box in our fridge unusable as was fully iced up. Could've had better light suppression. Adequate roller blind on front window, no blind on rear bathroom window - the dark tinted sliding glass bathroom door adds privacy but doesn't keep all outside light out of room. Bold air-con display plus TV 'night-light' also added to the irritation after lights out. Rooms are located next to highway, so some traffic noise is heard. I've stayed here before but in the cabins, which were much quieter. On-site restaurant was closed until further notice but seems planned to reopen.

Black out blinds were advertised but the frosted glass door to the bathroom was as bright as being in a fully lit room. An incident at the property with another tenant was frightening so I called the police, who responded and sorted the situation. The shared kitchen is absolutely filthy and the pool was green.

- Tali (6/5): More then likely won’t stay there again. Felt unorganised, unprofessional and disappointing - The balcony area was private and they have lock in gates for vehicles. Pool area was cool and welcoming The staff were extremely unhelpful. When extended the room by one night, I paid what they told me the total was (in full), then 2hours later they demanded we pay a further $9.42 as they had accidentally “undercharged” me. The security bond for the room took over a week to return the funds, in fact, I still haven’t received the payment as we speak although I was advised it would be released in the next couple of days, 4days ago. Not good enough as there is no reason for them to have held funds for so long.
