She was excellent couldn’t ask for anybody friendlier or more willing to help, she made our life very simple, one message to her and everything was ready for us.

The new chef at Hiroshi is outstanding and the newest addition Misika is amazing. We finally made it to Karuma this time and the steak was exceptional. Everything about this place is magical. The spa is 5 star. The only down side is there is not much of a scene at night, maybe they should keep the pools open longer. Lastly, OMAR IS THE BEST AT THE NORTH TOWER POOL!!!! PLEASE MAKE HIM A MANAGER ASAP!!!!
- markbR1264GA (8/5): Great Getaway with a Few Glitches - We had a wonderful time. Staff at the restaurants, shops, and pool were AMAZING! Gets 4 stars rather than 5 because we were invited to and submitted inquiries before traveling, regarding transportation to/from the airport and spa appointments, and got no responses. Phone calls didn’t work either. Also, when we arrived after a long day of traveling, and just wanted to get upstairs and then down for dinner, we got an orientation that was mainly a sales pitch about becoming an elite member instead of a full orientation about the property and amenities.
- Excursion624145 (10/5): The Staff Makes All the Difference! - We had a fabulous experience at Hotel Moussai. We had corner rooms in the North Tower and they were huge and wonderfully appointed. We had an enormous deck with a hot tub, sofa, and hammock. Beds, linens and towels were perfect. We also loved the automatic shades and curtains. Shoutout to Nevay Alcaraz, who kept our room impeccable, morning and night. Although it was holiday time, the place never felt congested. The pool staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially loved interacting with Felix, Omar, and Gabriel at the rooftop pool--they made our stay extra special. The food in the restaurants is next-level, best resort food we have ever had. Our favorite was Noi; we ate there for breakfast and dinner every time. We especially appreciated Pilar, Claudia, Edgar and Christian, who gave us fabulous service. Dao was another favorite. We all had massages from Naomi and Christina at the spa, which were incredible. A couple of tips: although the hotel is called an all-inclusive, merely making the reservation for the rooms does not get you the all-inclusive food and beverage package--that must be purchased separately from the reservation and it's best to do it before you arrive. We found it well worth it. Also, it's a good idea to make restaurant reservations before you arrive. All in all, our five days at Moussai were the most relaxing and luxurious experiences we've ever had at a resort, and we can't wait to come back.

Cynthia wedding coordinator does not communicate with guest and strings you along. You are trapped at their mercy with large bill charges that are different when you arrive. You have no other option or be homeless. Over charged us by 1300 USD. Did not resolve charges, and promised to resolve before when we left and And was fixed. would be fixed. This Did not happen and currently fighting with them. Cynthia coordinator avoids you! They take advantage of us citizen travelers. DO NOT HAVE Your wedding HERE! Your guest get taken advantage with deceptive pricing. And do not deal with Cynthia. Management avoids you as well.

- cpgecko (10/5): Still lovely! - We went back to Mousai again and it was lovely. The property and the rooms are getting older, but the staff is still exceptional. Omar at the pool was fantastic. Our butler, Diego Mora, was the best we've had at Mousai. We also got a chance to try Misika before it opened and it was excellent. Javier was a wonderful server and the whole team (Cristo, Carlso, Kevin, Miguel, Yan, Yesenia, and Edson) made for an excellent lunch! We will definitely book dinner here when we go back. But, Dao remains our favorite and we were lucky to have Alberto as our server twice. He's fantastic!
- brucebL2655UW (10/5): Awesome Hotel Musai Experience - Amazing experience! The rooms were clean, and had nifty features to mame the stay more pleasurable. The rooftop pool was, bar none, the most fun i've had in awhile. Great vibes! King Riccardo, Queen Michaela, Miriam, Ernesto, and the whole adult bar crew were fantastic. All of them provided impeccable service and had great attention to detail. It was largely a quiet experience, with not a ton of noise outside of people enjoying themselves around the property. Being located embedded into the nearby mountain wilderness, you could regularly see parrots and other wildlife, along with breathtaking views of the Whales in the bay. This was my first time on property, but ill be back without a doubt! Highly recommend.

The food was pretty good, and the roof top pool's service was stellar! Long drive to/from airport. Major drawback: No shows or entertainment in the evenings. There is an evening saxophonist at one of the rooftop pools 1-2 times per week. Hotel is best for mature couples, small group of mature friends and solo travelers. No partying here - great place to seek pools and rest.

Had some difficulty with booking the restaurants we wanted and there were was an issue even with one we were able to make. Almost did 4 stars just because of it but everything else went so smoothly. All the food and drinks we had were great.

The rooftop pool and food at all the restaurants is incredible and the all inclusive package truly lets you enjoy the trip once you check in. Premium options aren’t pushed only offered and the staff gets to know you in a way that makes you feel more then a guest.

Greta, while not our butler on this trip always takes care of us and is like family! Miguel (both of them!) and Alejandro at Hiroshi are the best waiters and Hiroshi is our favorite restaurant on 6 continents. They even prepared our fresh catch from a day of sport fishing! Our new friend Ricardo at the south rooftop pool is a wonderful addition to the pool concierge team and you can tell that Omar was his mentor as their service, attitude, friendliness and warmth are contagious. Alvaro and the staff at Blanca Blue were also amazing. We believe we were watching Jose(?) as he hurriedly moved back and forth from the kitchen, working so hard but making it look effortless. It was seamless. Hiroshi, the pool, everyone and everything…It was not our first time there because once you experience it you have to go back to make sure you weren’t dreaming. …. And the staff let my husband practice his español!
- cristiank242 (10/5): INSANE. - My fiancé and I got engaged here. Planning was flawless with Luis from Taffer. After the event (went perfectly) every piece of food we ate was mind blowing. Ricardo from the south tower pool was also amazing, beyond exceptional. The rooms are extremely clean, with a jacuzzi in each, 4 pools that you have access too are incredible. The people who stay here are extremely kind. They roll up the sidewalks at 9-10pm which is fine for us. We love the privacy and quietness during the night. We have decided to come back in three months. No other resort in the world has been like this, and I’ve been all across Europe, different parts of Mexico. Thank you to everyone involved.

She had a migraine the entire time and never even left the room. I enjoyed a marvelous breakfast and lunch alone at the hotel dining room each day. Not only was the food superb, but Claudia and Janette treated me like royalty. They almost insisted at each meal that I take any food I might like back to the room for my wife. They took my order for my wife and provided me with the food in travel containers. They could not have been more friendly and accommodating. I wish I could claim them both as my daughters.

- richvohra (10/5): A Flawless Birthday Celebration – Grand Slam Service & Stunning Suites - We recently celebrated my birthday at Hotel Mousai, and after a significant amount of planning, I can confidently say the experience was a grand slam. The planning process was meticulous. The COO, who is an amazing individual, connected me with the team, and I primarily worked with Liliana. I cannot overstate how impressive she was. My wife and I worked closely with her to curate menus for three different restaurants and plan multiple events. Liliana handled everything flawlessly, including ensuring my specific dietary restrictions were acknowledged and respected at every turn. The Hotel & Rooms: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodations. The hotel feels incredibly exclusive and private, never chaotic or busy. I believe there are only about six rooms per floor, which creates a serene atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. Dining Highlights: Dao: My absolute favorite. The food was amazing. Kamura: Incredible dining experience and very filling. Noi: My guests loved it. I didn't get to enjoy it as fully as they did (as we went to Kamura), but the feedback was "yummy." Blanca Blue: The breakfast is awesome—a must-do. However, the dinner service was just okay and didn't quite match the excellence of the other venues. A Note for Future Guests: The only knock I have regarding the experience involves the tipping culture. I felt encouraged to tip 20% throughout the stay, which ended up costing me nearly $1,200 in tips alone. It is something to factor into your budget. Verdict: Despite the tipping costs, everything else was perfect from start to finish. If you are looking to host a birthday party, bachelor party, or wedding, this is the hotel you want to choose. - Andysgirl12345 (10/5): Phenomenal Place - This is our second time at Hotel mousai and it is absolutely incredible. Nothing compares. Level of service is first rate and the food is truly five star. Additionally, aside from the gorgeous Infiniti Pool on the roof, my favorite part is that every time you go there, pool butlers set up the lounge chairs and towels for you, and bring you food and drink -- which makes it much less stressful than many of the places we've gone, where you have to search and scrounge for your own lounge chair. Ricardo in particular was so lovely to us every day - both setting up and cleaning up -- always with a terrific attitude, and always checking to make sure we were happy with everything. Cannot wait to come back.

- KevinT600 (10/5): Friendly and Top Notch Hotel and Staff - We had a wonderful anniversary at Hotel Mousai. From Greta our Butler to our wonderful South Pool staff Ricardo, Rafael, and Antonio. They made our stay perfect. After a short time knowing exactly what cocktails we wanted and great suggestions. The food throughout the various restaurants was wonderful. Our favorite was Dao the Chinese cuisine. Done the amazing appetizers, entrees, and awesome desserts. You will not be disappointed. The other restaurants will not disappoint either. The great thing about this hotel is the staff no matter where we were provided consistent top notch quality service and attention. Friendly was the least of it. Always helpful and kind. We stayed in an upper ultra suite on floor 12 and loved being on so high and just one floor away from the pool. BTW the food available at the pool was amazing. The tuna sashimi, jicama tacos, Vietnamese spring roll, and Angus Burger were amazing. There is so much other menu options that were great as well. We look forward coming back.

- amyhN3790AG (2/5): NOPE - The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub on our balcony was EPIC. That’s about as far as my satisfaction goes. The food is disgusting. The staff seem like pod people hired by a cartel. We asked them not to come in our room… they did. Constantly. I got food poisoning for over 26 hours. When I asked if I could have some crackers sent to my room (because I couldn’t leave it) I was told I could GO DOWN TO THE STORE AND BUY SOME. There’s not a lot of privacy where the toilet is concerned. Also, this hotel may be adults only, but the pool DIRECTLY OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM is the sister hotel with screaming children allllll day. We left 2 days early. When we went through security at the airport, a giant pair of shears that I had never seen before in my life were stashed in my carry on. I’m not kidding. You literally could not pay me enough to come back here.

There really aren’t enough adequate words to say how absolutely amazing both experiences have been. We stayed at another nearby resort 23 times and felt it was top notch until we discovered Mousai. The facilities are incredible but the staff is exceptional and 5 star caliber. There are a couple of stand out individuals who exemplify the best of the best. Edgar in the Restaurant Noi in the south tower l, and Omar on the roof top deck of the same building. Both of these gentlemen went way beyond the call of duty! The management is lucky to have these fine gentlemen on their team!

- shellydT3615CM (10/5): Dream come true - This was the most amazing vacation of my life. The all inclusive is definitely worth it. The food was phenomenal at all restaurants including room service- least favorite was Blanca Blue and best was Hiroshi in our opinion. Our housekeeper Deniz Lopez made sure our room was reset midday and then also provided the turndown service to set the mood upon returning from dinner. Our butler Diego messaged every morning checking what he could do to assist that day. Between the hotel activities and all of the buildings, pools, plus the gardens there was plenty to do on the resort. The hike to the waterfall was a little rocky and wet but worth it! Also the spa!!! Do the spa! Only downside is the construction noise. They are building new towers plus moving large boulders on the beach. It didn’t affect us besides when doing the yoga in the gardens then it was inconvenient. The south tower may have been less exposed to the noise plus it had the wonderful garden view.
- geoffreyl651 (8/5): Amazing food but nothing to do. - The food and the service is second to none. The room was amazing and the view we had on the 11th floor from the North tower was spectacular. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the entertainment was non-existent. There was literally nothing going on here. If you want a vacation of doing nothing but sitting by the pool and eating great meals this is the place for you. If you want to walk the beach and be by the ocean this is not even an option. The beach is far from the towers and it’s all rocks. I didn’t even see anyone swimming in the water. The rooftop pool is great but it’s the same thing day after day so after about 2 days of the same music and zero entertainment it got boring for us. We won’t be coming back which is a shame because the food and drinks were next level but like I said there’s hardly any activities. For those that will say they have daily activities you are correct. For example they have yoga in the morning. Good luck getting to yoga. It’s down in the village area by the carousel and to get to it you need to go down 6 stories of rocky stairs carved out of the mountainside or wait for a bus to take you there. There’s so much potential here as they have some really cool spots that they could set up bands to play but outside of a flute player and a pianist no music.
- nicolletted2025 (8/5): Birthday Weekend at the Mousai PV - Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Mousai for my best friend's birthday weekend. Highlight of the stay was the North Pool and the guys up there took amazing care of us all weekend (shout outs to Jorge, Ernesto with the highest regards for Ricardo and especially Felix!!). The view from the pool and our room in the North Tower was great, both were ocean view. The room was clean and fridge was restocked to our liking as needed. The Terraluna Gardens area was nice to lounge for a bit. The food overall was not the best I've had at an all inclusive but certainly not the worst. The poolside bites were always a hit whereas Bocados left a lot to be desired (I don't think we even finished our meal). One area for feedback - travelers are tired, hungry or just want to relax after they finally made it to Hotel Mousai. Perhaps there is a better time to engage them regarding the time share pitch?! Or if they don't show genuine interest, then give them some time?! That was probably the worst part of the arrival, honestly.

We are so glad we are members and would highly recommend to others to buy into this beautiful place. We are literally treated like family. The bellboys : Marcos and Miguel greeted us and took care of us anytime we needed anything. They are excellent! Our personal Butler, Diego, made everything so easy. Our spa visit was incredible. Our favourite spot was the Roof Too Pool and the staff there took excellent care of us. It was truly an incredible stay and now we will always want to come back to PVR. From the concierge upon arrival to the rooftop pool staff / bartenders etc .. wait staff at all restaurants to the housekeeping staff !! Highly impressed with Auturo and Omar at the South rooftop pool .. Deniz Lopez was our room attendant she was spectacular with keeping our room spotless and fully stocked with towels , waters , snacks etc …each and everyday of our stay. We will definitely be back to Hotel Mousai in the future and recommend to family and friends !
- Dallasite008 (10/5): Best hotel we’ve experienced - This is my second time staying at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta. The hospitality is way above what I’ve ever experienced our butler Alan Aguirre what’s phenomenal he was able to reserve all of our meals as well as refill anything we needed in our room. All the employees were very professional and friendly from the porters to the bellhops to the bartenders waiters and concierge. We ate at two different restaurants, and they were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our anniversary being celebrated by the restaurants. The rooftop had an amazing view as well as our room with a hot tub on the patio. The bed was comfy. The shower had a steam built-in to it everything that we’ve ever dreamed of and we’re delighted that we would keep coming back. Great job!!
- HerringBroker (6/5): Good hotel and staff, so-so food - The hotel was bright with modern somewhat kitschy interiors. Rooms and beds are super comfy. Staff is well trained, enthusiastic, and ready to please. No complaints whatsoever. Location is fantastic! I loved hiking, kayaking and other activities that Mousai had to offer. Now, why I gave it 3 stars. We had all inclusive. Food was plentiful, nobody would ever go hungry for sure. Cocktails, wine and bar food were great. Now, it was impossible to make dinner reservations any earlier than 8pm. Fruit and salads were fresh and good tasting. Unfortunately, all cooked dishes I tried were rather simplistic. We tried a lot of them since restaurants push this “tapas-like” option in sushi and Chinese restaurants. Perhaps Bocado steak house had good steaks but ordering one for myself was out of the question due to super late dinner. Salmon was just blah. Premium choices on menus are scam. The food is simply not worth of what they charge. Canned crab meat is not my idea of a premium meal. Bottom line, good to stay at and to have breakfast. I’d skip dinner.

Lilith, our butler, helped us with dinner reservations and was willing to help with anything wanted or needed. We did not take her up on her offers to have our clothes ironed or to pack for us prior to departure. At the rooftop bar (south tower), food and drinks flowed smoothly and efficiently by a variety of servers (Edgar, Rafael, and Alejandro). They seemed to have ESP always being there just as you wanted another beverage or just as you became hungry. Also, remembering your favorites. Omar was there to take care of your wants and needs that were not food and beverage related. Need a towel, Omar was there. Need more sun? More shade? Omar was there. Want your shades cleaned? Omar, dressed as the Sunglass Doctor, was there to clean your sunglasses. Mikaela, the hostess with the mostest, was always available for any special requests or needs you could have. She was always in good spirits and had a smile on her face all day.

- RU-OK-2 (10/5): The Very Best!! - I’ve lost track of how many times we have stayed at Hotel Mousai, but it’s around seven. Hotel Mousai is the absolute best! This trip we stayed in the south tower on floor 6. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Housekeeping is prompt and does a great job. The rooftop pools have amazing sweeping views of the ocean! The Watermelon Fresh is my favorite cocktail and the food at the Rooftop pools is excellent! We love the coconut shrimp, popcorn chicken, melon gazpacho, hamburger, quesadillas, etc. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet at Blanca Blue. There is a huge selection and great ocean views. Be sure to make dinner reservations online before you arrive. Our favorite restaurant is Dao. Noi and Blanca Blue are also great dinner options. We already have our next trip to Hotel Mousai booked for February. We love Hotel Mousai, and really don’t want to stay anywhere else when we are in the Puerto Vallarta area.

- kaibike (10/5): Another Fun Mousai Experience - Went to Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta and it was amazing as usual. This is our third time here. We love the staff and know them from recent stays. We have stayed in the South Tower twice and the North Tower once. Both are perfect. The housekeeping and turndown service is amazing. Deniz Lopez takes great care of our suite each day and she does an amazing job. She always thinks of every detail. The butler service is perfect. The service at the pool is top notch. We love the restaurants. We usually stay a week and enjoy the adults-only aspect of Mousai as we prefer to vacation without children roaming around. The rooftop pool is amazing. Omar, Lillith, Miguel, Alejandro, Noe, Gretta, Diego, Ricardo, Alan, and Alan's sister who works at the spa, are all delivering 5 star service. If I forgot to mention anyone from Mousai I apologize. This is a home away from home where we come to relax.

- B8575TCcrystald (8/5): Great food, good service. - We stayed at Hotel Mousai for 6 nights. This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and of course, first time with Mousai. Miguel was the concierge who helped us with our check-in. Our check-in experience took a little longer than expected. Miguel was very friendly, and of course we were convinced to go to a presentation to join their residence club. Though I will say I wish we skipped the presentation, Miguel continued to greet us each day thoughout our stay. We had help up to our room from Ricardo. He was awesome, and took a lot of care to show us the hot tub functions, mini bar, I Pad, etc. Ricardo stood out, because he was so friendly and helpful when we'd see him each day in front of the hotel. He was very kind and offered great tips and suggestions for our trips into town. We had reserved an Ultra room in the North Tower. The view was gorgeous, though sitting or standing out on the balcony there was always construction noise throughout the daylight hours. We were aware this would be the case from earlier reviews. Diego was our butler. He messaged us each morning and each evening to see if we needed help. He was able to help stock our mini fridge with my prefered drink which was a big deal for me. He was very responsive, though I will say we had to specifically ask for the "aromatherapy" , and felt bad asking about the "pillow menu". These two things were offered as perks of the Ultra room, so I wish we had just gotten them offered upon entering the room. We had dinners at Hiroshi, Dao, Noi and Bocados. If we were to do it again, I would skip Noi and Bocados and go back to Dao and Hiroshi again! Bocados our steaks were far below expectations and even the sides were bland. I felt so bad, because we left so much uneaten, but it was a "not worth the calories" kind of situation. At both Dao and Hiroshi we followed server suggestions and cleaned our plates and left very full and satisfied. Noi was decent, but not spectacular. We ate our food, but I would just say it is not drawing me to want to return. At the rooftop, we tried all the included drinks. They were all very delicious, but very sweet. I wished there was maybe a new drink each day or something to spice it up. It got a bit monotonous after a few days. Do not miss the coconut shrimp! Also my 2nd favorite was the jicama tacos. They were so light and delicious. Perfect poolside bite! If you're undecided between Hotel only and All-Inclusive, I would say if you are planning to dine on property, the All-Inclusive is worth it. Pay close attention to the paper bills! I ended up WAY overtipping a couple of times, because we tipped in physical pesos, but on the line I would write zero tip, but put in the "total" instead of "0". It should have been zero since we were on the all inclusive, but they present you with an itemized bill and it confused me so though we tipped in cash throughout, we still ended up with a large-ish charge to the room for gratuities. Oops. 🫣 Also, when you close your checks on their machines, it only allows percentages as gratuity, you're not allowed to leave a "custom" amount. Due to this it's definitely helpful to have cash so you can just leave what you want. We did a special Tuna Slicing/Omakase/Sake Pairing event, that Mousai offered at Hiroshi, and that was a fun experience. Definitely keep your eye out for those during your stay. We purchased the "Rhythm of the Night". It was a lot of fun. We opted for the VIP ticket, but found it wasn't worth the price difference. Special shout outs to our favorite staff members: YAN who hosts at the pool and restaurants, MIGUEL and MIGUEL ANGEL who helped us at Hiroshi, DAVID who gave us a great meal at Dao, and JORGE who was our absolute favorite at the rooftop bar, as well as Gabriel who made sure our bellies and drink glasses stayed full poolside.

This trip did not disappoint, and left me feeling the same love for the experience. You are treated like family here, with intentionality and respect to whatever you need. The attentiveness of every staff member is incredible and admirable. I would like to specifically mention Ricardo, the pool concierge as well as his amazing staff, Felix (who treated us like royalty from the night bar to the day pool), Jorge, Ernesto, Eduardo, Gabriel, and Jan, the hostess who met us with a friendly greeting and smile every day. I cannot recommend this place and its employees enough, and I will be back in a few months for my 40th birthday because of how special it is.

The service and food was absolutely impeccable. Our service staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. It really made the dinners extra nice to have such smiling faces with us. Pilar, Gerardo, and Orlando made our experience extra special and welcoming.

As we celebrated our 10th anniversary, the experience was terrific, from the food to the views, and most of all, the service. This time, we would like to thank Noe, Jorge, and Arturo, our servers at the South Tower rooftop pool, for the week. They were all great and took care of us throughout our stay. Additionally, Omar, our pool attendant, was present the entire time, ensuring we had everything we needed. The bartender prepared our drinks exactly as we had asked him to, even some that were not on the menu. Additionally, we want to thank Deniz Lopez, our cleaning girl, and our servers Alex, Claudia, Edgar, Janette, and Miriam, who took care of us every morning during breakfast. Finally, we want to thank Diego, our butler, who made our stay that much better. The experience is always great. We are treated like family, and we can't wait to return.

- Maryin (10/5): - My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, full of lush trees and lots of greenery. The staff very friendly and helpful, they made our stay enjoyable. You literally get treated like royalty. I recommend paying extra for the all inclusive option since it comes with lots of perks including all food, beverages (both alcoholic and non alcoholic), access to all sister hotels nearby and activities. The only part I didn’t care much for was that the concierge staff kept pushing us to attend a meeting where they were pretty much trying to sale a yearly package/similar idea to a time share even after clearly stating we weren’t interested. I do understand that is their job to sale, but they were pretty persistent. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable and we are planning our next visit already!!! The amenities in this place are above amazing, they’re a 5 diamond hotel which is the highest rating they can get.

- badgerlaw2000 (8/5): Still great but not as good as years past. - This is my fourth visit to the hotel. Our initial visit was in 2018 and we have visited almost every two years since then. While the food is still great, the views are still amazing and the staff is very responsive and helpful. We noticed that it was not the same like our initial visit. Most people who have not visited in the past will have an awesome experience. However, from my perspective, we have something to compare it to and every year it seems to decline in quality and amenities. The Chinese restaurant Dao was extremely good. The executive chef Bryan came out and spoke to us and made us feel very welcome. He prepared a special authentic Chinese dinner, which was excellent. We also visited Blanca Blue, and it was not as good as in years past. It is my understanding that they are reworking the menu however, the food was just not very good. We visited the on-site restaurant that is not part of the all-inclusive Karuma we found the food to be very good and the service to be very attentive for our wine pairing dinner. The rooftop service and food was excellent. The facilities were very clean and very well kept even though we were staying at the older tower. The view is still amazing and preferred over the newer tower. We found that housekeeping was not as on point as in years past. While they did a great job cleaning the room, in the past, they seem to have some type of connection with the various restaurants to know when you are not in the room. This time the maid service seems to be Not connected to any of the reservation systems so there were many times that the maid tried to clean the room at inconvenient times. I also found it very annoying that for the past years, the all inclusive ends at 12 PM. Many people have later flights and it would be a nice courtesy if they would extend the all-inclusive on checkout day at least till dinner. Construction noise was not very noticeable on the rooftop. However, the construction noise was very evident when you are sitting on the balcony. The once glorious Butler service is no longer the same. We rarely saw our assigned Butler and most of the transactions were done by text messages. This was similar to when we visited a few years ago. Overall, I would definitely return again. However, I wish they would bring back the former greatness of this hotel. This is just an honest opinion of someone who has visited on four different occasions. It is still one of the best hotels that I have ever been to.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely incredible! The service was outstanding. The food, incredible, especially Dao and Noi. Don’t skip breakfast at Noi. The room service was lovely and timely. The drinks were all amazing! It’s beautiful, clean and accommodating. Diego, my butler, was very helpful with helping me organizing my guest arrivals and making sure I was taken care of. I didn’t even have to ask them to save day beds at the pool for my party. They made me feel special for my birthday and I would recommend this resort over any other all inclusive I’ve been to.

I used the paddle board once and was fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options for food. What we loved the most is the room. We have a hammock, hot tub, amzing view, mini bar, room service, with smart fixtures. We would like to stay again.
- RandyBrownRNO (10/5): Over 100 nights at Hotel Mousai - The resort at team are best in class! - Arrived mid August for a one week stay - solo. Ground transportation via Gray Line is average at best, but included with package purchased from Costco travel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was promptly greeted by the excellent bell staff (Marco) as well as my butler, Greta. Greta is a true gem and goes out of her way to ensure a completely flawless stay. Greta alone is a great reason to visit Hotel Mousai. She has truly become like family to us. I had an ultra corner suite, south tower (Floor 7) and it was excellent. The room is extremely clean, and very spacious with excellent ocean and mountain views. While there is construction going to nearby, I did not hear any noise and was not impacted in any way. Mornings were spent taking breakfast at NOI. The entire NOI service team, breakfast and dinner, are simply excellent. I had something different for breakfast each morning and every item was outstanding. The kitchen is willing to customize just about anything you'd like and the service team shines. Each morning I was brought a mimosa without even asking. The team gets to know the guests and acts without even being requested. I had excellent service from being greeted by the lovely hostess Claudia to the service provided by Christian & Alex (both brought a bottle of champagne on ice to the table upon my arrival each morning) as well as Janet, Cesar, Alejandro and Edgar. The entire team go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Food is absolutely excellent. Days were spent at the South Rooftop and every single server is excellent. Each morning I met Omar, the delightful bool concierge, who made up a bed of my choosing and ensured I had adequate shade throughout my stay. Omar stopped by to check in on me regularly to ensure everything was going well. He provided cool face towels, popsicles, smoothies, fresh fruit sticks and sunglass cleaning every single day, and with a smile and polite demeanor. The pool waiters and bartenders are friendly and attentive. They are working hard in the sun and hot temperatures delivering drinks and food quickly and efficiently. The pool team rotate between the South and North pools and after 100 nights at the property, it is hard to remember each one and which pool they were at but know, all are excellent. The food at the rooftop is second to none. I've been to all inclusive resorts where lunch is a hotdog, stale chips with processed cheese or a dried out burger that is so thin you could read the newspaper through it. This resort is completely the opposite. Fir starters, you couldn't even get a hot dog if you wanted one because it isn't even offered (excellent!). Offerings include several varieties of excellent tacos, authentic nachos, assorted ceviche's, including a vegetarian option, numerous fresh salads, coconut prawns, and more. Every item I ordered was excellent and plated beautifully. The resort takes great pride in its food and beverage offerings. Evenings were spent at one of the various specialty restaurants and every one I tried was outstanding, five star. I dined at NOI several times and it is excellent. The food is authentic Italian and delicious. The service team, Pilar at the host stand, Karen the waitress, Luis the manager and all others are top notch and make guests feel welcome. The food is the highlight, from pizza, lasagna, pasta dishes, salads, and a great variety of desserts (don't skip the Tiramisu). The entire experience is 5 star. DAO is my absolute favorite. Yan the hostess is inviting and delightful. She is welcoming and kind. She is also the daughter of the DAO chef. They are both from Hong Kong and the food is off the charts excellent. While the food is better than any Chinese restaurant I've visited int he US, the highlights of DAO are the service team and it starts with Alberto Frias. I have been coming to DAO since 2021 and Alberto has waited on my and my family more than 25 times. He is warm, inviting and genuine. He is kind and truly like family. Also a shout out to the bartender this trip (they rotate locations) Yesenia. She is a true delight and I always appreciate her kindness. The entire service team in DAO shines, Jose, Eduardo, Veronica, Arianna, Erik, Martin, Luis and Atalia, I'm sorry if I forgot anyone but they are all the best. Alberto honored by requests as a solo diner to make portions smaller so I could try several items on the menu. They are also willing to customize items such as replacing chicken with shrimp or other special requests. DAO is the best restaurant on site. Hiroshi is excellent as well and very popular. The service team also shines at Hiroshi with a warm welcome upon arrival and excellent treatment from all of the service team. The food is great, although I don't eat sushi. There are loads of options and the kitchen welcomes special requests or substitutions. The view from Hiroshi at sunset is beautiful. Bocados (at Garza Blanca) is the steakhouse and it is excellent, but note, it is family friendly so you will be dining with children and family's. The tableside Caesar salad is a highlight. The onion soup is excellent and the tenderloin (Filet) is outstanding, cooked perfectly to order (medium rare). The sides are vast and excellent. Try the carrot cake dessert, if for no other reason than the presentation. Service is excellent and booking a little before sunset yields a view that is incredibly memorable. The evening team at the lobby (NOI) bar are excellent. They get to know the guests and what they like to drink. After my first evening this visit, each evening I would head down from my room to get a pre-dinner beverage, as the elevator door would open, the bar team would see me exiting the elevator and begin making my preferred beverage. That is service you don't often see. These people are truly focused on the guest and ensuring and excellent guest experience. The South Rooftop opens at 8 p.m. for evening cocktails and occasional entertainment. We visited on a few occasions and the team is excellent and inviting. The vibe is chill (when there isn't a Persian wedding). It is a beautiful space overlooking the water and a great place for a nightcap before heading to bed. The property (South Tower) itself is relatively new, approximately 4 years old. It is extremely well maintained by the many public area attendants. The bathrooms are spotless, including at the pool, which isn't easy to accomplish. My wife and I as well as many other couples with whom we travel, have visited Hotel Mousai at least 15 times since 2021, perhaps more. The property but more importantly the people are truly special. We've been fortunate to get to know may of the service team and they treat us like family and value our repeat business, and we appreciate them. I had the opportunity to meet the new general manager during my most recent visit and she was delightful and kind. I really appreciated the former general manager, Cece Bustos, and wish her well in her new role at another property. This traveler votes with his wallet and we look forward to returning to Hotel Mousai next month for anther relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

There was only a couple things we didn’t like. One being when we first got there. They were very insistent at check in to get us to go on a tour of the resort and try to get us to book a future vacation. We were there a short time and didn’t want to waste time do that but they kept trying multiple times. Another thing we disliked is that. We paid for the all inclusive but it wasn’t really all inclusive. If you wanted fancier or more premium food or alcohol. It was an extra charge. While there was still great options on the menu. Half the menu was an up charge at the restaurants. Overall it was a great time and experience. We would go back.

As someone who travels occasionally to new places, I was extremely overwhelmed with how amazing their customer service was, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the quality of food and drinks, the exceptional customer service and care for their guests! We had a suite which came with a butler, Diego, he was beyond helpful and welcoming! Orlando, Eva, Rosy, Maya, Diego, and Ricardo were top notch made our vacation easy, comfortable, and beyond welcoming! Everyone was kind including the taxi drivers from the hotel: Alberto and Ivan! The restaurants, the rooftop bar, the pool, the jacuzzi, everything was beyond words! We even caught some rain, thunder, lightning and it was BEAUTIFUL! I strongly recommend the hotel! Everything is so easy to navigate, everyone is amazing, the hotel meets beyond your expectations. I think it will be hard to stay elsewhere moving forward, they really outdid the standards and expectations of someone who is traveling for vacation and relaxation.
