- Gurudeep Vaman (9/5): - Our stay was very comfortable here. The staff were courteous. They were able to provide us with an early check-in which made us feel more welcome. At various points during our stay the staff spoke to us with a smile and ensured that we were comfortable. Chef chandan visited our table a couple of times and took great care of us. He customised some of the dishes to our likings and it was excellent. Overall I would recomend this stay to everyone.

- REDDY (1/5): Overpriced, filthy, and downright disgraceful – a complete nightmare of a stay.” - The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide and well-curated spread to suit all tastes. I especially appreciated the live stations where fresh dosas, eggs, and parathas were made to order – everything was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The variety offered ensured there was something for everyone, and the overall quality and presentation were top-notch. A great way to start the day! One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Filthy, tiny rooms, disgusting washrooms, dirty towels, and stained bedsheets – absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone something carrying the Marriott Bonvoy name. This place is a rip-off, charging premium prices for a stay that feels worse than a cheap roadside motel. Total disgrace. Save your money and your sanity – avoid this dump at all costs.
- Rayaprolu (5/5): - Comfortable beds and clean maintenance. We were upgraded to a suite room since the one we booked was not available for early check-in, and we even paid an additional 3k for it. To our complete disappointment, the AC in the room did not work at all. After a long day, we were unable to rest properly and had to request a room change early the next morning. Despite repeatedly raising the issue, including when the engineer came in the evening and assured us it would work, the AC still failed. For a 5-star property, such a basic expectation as proper air conditioning should never be compromised. Additionally, the valet staff were unnecessarily rude. Overall, this was far from the 5-star experience we expected and paid for, and left us extremely dissatisfied.
- Bemola (1/5): - The hotel itself was good, but we had a really bad experience with the staff. We ordered food late at night around 1 a.m., and a staff member brought it to our room. When it came time to make the payment, we couldn’t find our phones. We requested him to accept payment by card, but he refused. While we were searching for our phones, he stood in the middle of the room, which made us very uncomfortable as we were in our private clothes. He also refused to leave the room until we paid. We repeatedly asked him to step outside, but he insisted on staying until we finally found our phone and completed the payment via UPI. To our surprise, the UPI account was not linked to the hotel management—it was his personal account. This raised serious concerns about our privacy and security. We honestly did not expect such behavior at a Marriott. We live in Australia and have stayed at Marriott hotels multiple times in different locations, but this experience was quite unusual and concerning. We reported the matter to the management the next day.

I would have been happier to pay a little extra for more space and better amenities.

- Lokeswarappa (3/5): Cheap interiors, poor maintenance (cheap lodge like), small rooms and not at all value for money! Good food, few really - Staff were very helpful. It’s located super close to US consulate and you can easily hop on an auto or cab to get there in less than 30 min. Staff helped me get quick printouts when it was urgent. Accommodated a late check out at no extra cost since we were delayed at lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast had good options and I loved the French toast and got it done twice! Lunch at Jonathan’s kitchen was superb! Buffet looked enticing but we ordered ala carte and Veg biryani was truly exceptional! Everything else we ordered was so well made. Special thanks to all chefs. My parents were very happy and thats true sign of good food and made me very happy! I was extremely disappointed with the size and condition of the rooms. Charges are equal to 5 star hotels (20k for a queen suite) so I expected top notch maintenance and everything on par with 5 star. Rooms are very sub standard and not even 3 star. Corridors on the 14th floor had a strong stench of cigarettes or I don’t know what! It gave me a headache. Carpets everywhere are dirty! Sofa bed opened into two small beds which were not even at the same level. Interiors look like a very sub standard and cheap copy of what you see in pictures. Room’s flooring wasn’t carpeted and had really cheap wooden or ply like flooring. Rooms dint smell or look fresh. Cheap looking cupboards and cabinets with poor maintenance. I was immediately put off with how the room looked. I even went and asked at the reception is it 5 star why is it priced like this. She proudly said it’s 4 star however it’s nowhere close! Though there were many good aspects to my stay I am rating it low cos they charge so high. You can easily book a room at Hyatt or Le Meridian or Radisson for the same or lesser price which are also very close to US consulate as well. Pictures are misleading and they cannot continue to fool people with glossy pictures and put them up in a poor lodge like stay. I strongly condemn this!
