Unfortunately I haven’t tried the wellness, was not included in my reservation. 25euro/night for parking as a guest I think that’s unfair…

• Bouke (7/5): - Kamers in het nieuwe gedeelte zijn goed. Ontbijt was ruim en goed. Sauna is heerlijk De receptie en het restaurant zijn erg gedateerd en niet sfeervol. Jammer dat je vanuit je hotelkamer niet direct de sauna in kan maar over de parkeerplaats moet. Aan de andere kant dan weer jammer dat je buiten de sauna weer niet een drankje kan doen of wat kan eten. daarvoor moet je de spa in.

• Kathy (8/5): Clean facility but skip the spa - Clean, friendly, location The spa was something I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, they require you to be naked on certain days. This does not work for us and was very uncomfortable situation. I would reconsider this policy.

Une petite mise a niveau serait la bienvenue pour améliorer la qualité d accueil et le service client si l hôtel souhaite de meilleures evaluations Vraiment points négatifs qui gachent le sejour autant a l arrivée et au depart
• Romy (5/5): Prima - Sauna Naar mijn idee hadden wij alle dagen sauna (het gehele verblijf), dit bleek uiteindelijk alleen de aankomst dag te zijn. Wij waren ervan uit gegaan dat wij de dag van vertrek ook nog naar de sauna konden, dit viel heel erg tegen.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Excellent choice if you want to take a break from busy Amsterdam - Nice escape from busy Amsterdam that is yet easily accessible with public transport. Quiet relaxing spa area (I especially enjoyed the outdoor area). Nothing to highlight here, overall very positive experience staying at the hotel and using spa facilities.

• Joost (4/5): acceptable but not up to par compared to other properties in Amsterdam. would not return. - rooms we nice and modern but way too minimalistic the hotel doesnt cater for people who stay and then would like to have a drink or a meal outside of breakfast - spa access at a cost is required. no public workspaces, no bar, not even a terrace to sit outside and have a coffee. its basically just a room. bed was uncomfortable too.

De rust en goede belichting, inloopdouche en ruimte voor bagage en extra groot bed met goede fijne allergie vrije kussens. Ook het ontbijt was goed en g noeg keuze. In de badkam r waren op sommige plekken bij de voegen schimmel te zien en op de muren in de kamer wat "vetvlekken naast de spiegel. De glazen in de badkamer op de wastafel waren niet helemaal schoon

• Breach (8/5): slept well - room was a little small,but shower was very good. breakfast was a good combination with fresh eggs dishes being cooked. no lounge area or bar to relax & have a few drinks with family,but their was a resturant in the spa part of the hotel,but were only allowed if you paid for SPA.we were let through as long as we changed into bath robes,as to blend in with all the naked spa guests,felt unconfortable & not for our daughters. booked this in december as advert said had swimming pool,which we would have used,but you sent e-mail saying the pool would be closed for repairs ect & offered a poor compensation of 25 euro of spa session,

• Derya (8/5): Fijn verblijf, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Ik vond de rustgevende omgeving heel fijn. Je hoort niks als je op de kamer bent. Het is een ruime grote kamer met alle faciliteiten. Personeel bij de receptie is echt ontzettend onaardig. Je wordt amper gegroet en als je een vraag komt stellen, dan krijg je van die rare arrogante blikken alsof het hotel van hen is. Daarnaast heb ik de receptie meerdere keren geprobeerd te bellen vanuit mijn kamer, er werd niet opgenomen of gereageerd via whatsapp op de berichten. Het is betaald parkeren en echt ontzettend duur vind ik. Een hotel zou gewoon gratis parkeerplek moeten aanbieden aan haar gasten. Er is geen roomservice.
