• Los Vega (9/5): Hospedagem perfeita para o propósito - De estar bem próximo do aeroporto para atender a nossa necessidade de um pernoite restaurador e com conforto, depois de 24 dias na Europa visitando diversas cidades em três paises, com pernoites distintos. Do transporte na porta do hotel ao aeroporto, sem custo adicional, do tamanho do quarto, da cama ampla e com o colchão como gostamos, do atendimento do staff, de ter chaleira e cafeteira no quarto. Do café da manhã não estar incluído no valor da diária, pois para um pernoite os valores de hospedagens nos Países Baixos são muito altos.

• Simone (10/5): Perfetto e comodo, molto rilassante - Camere pulite, staff cordiale e colazione incredibile! Purtroppo per chi come noi arriva con l’aereo a mezzanotte, l’unico modo che ha per arrivare all’hotel è il taxi. L’hotel ha un servizio shuttle ma solo fino alle 23, anche se a pagamento sarebbe bello poterlo avere su richiesta anticipata a qualsiasi orario. Più che altro non è proprio vicinissimo all’aeroporto, si parla di qualche km e quindi raggiungibile solo in auto.

• Carolyn (6/5): Nice shuttle service to and from hotel to Airport, food at hotel dinner buffet was disappointing - the room was nice, bed was comfy. nice to have a shuttle pick up from the airport Crazy fire alarm went off while we were checking in due to a burnt pizza in the kitchen (or behind the check-in desk). The clerk didn't explain to others what was going on. Dinner buffet was lacking. Dried out chicken drumsticks, and mostly batter deep fried fish. Mustard 'soup' was very disappointing. No where else to get food without car.

• Conrado (8/5): - Si querés estar cerca del aeropuerto es una buena opción y tiene la comodidad del tranfer a la ida y a la vuelta. El único inconveniente es que si el horario de tu vuelo está muy alejado del check-out que es a las 12 am, la zona no tiene nada para ocupar el tiempo de espera. El resto, todo perfecto. Tuve mis dudas al leer los comentarios con respecto al tranfer, si era de pago o no. En el hotel me ofrecieron ser miembro del Hayatt con solo registrar mí email y eso me habilitó al servicio gratuito. De lo contrario tenía un costo de 8,50 euros por persona.

• Rebecca (8/5): Convenient for a one night stay with pending flight - Very friendly helpful staff. Close to airport for flights and shuttle to airport was easy. Clean room and modern bathroom. Quiet considering near airport. Breakfast has a good selection (unfortunately on the morning of our stay toaster out of order and no back up). Sofa bed not that comfortable but then none of them ever are so expected that.

• Stefan (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt super gelegen etwas außerhalb Amsterdams, direkt am Flughafen. Im Hotel war alles sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze gibt es gegen Gebühr direkt am Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend Auswahl. Für einen Trip nach Amsterdam echt super. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Die Gebühren für das Parken war etwas teuer, aber für Amsterdam wohl ok. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles etwas alt und auch einige Gebrauchsspuren. Trotz alle dem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

• Meirem (9/5): Sauber und freundlich! - Ein typisches Hyatt Hotel. Kann man nicht meckern! Wir hatten 3 Zimmer. Leider wurden zwei davon doppelt vergeben und da waren plötzlich andere Gäste im Zimmer. Konntan das rasch an der Hotel Rezeption ohne probleme klären und das Frühstück wurde uns als entschuldigung geschenkt!

• Floor (10/5): A repeat visit at this HYATT and again worthy of returning the next time we will be in Amsterdam - The size of the room, its layout is very good. The bathroom and shower set up are one of the best we have seen during our many travels over the years. The check-in with Irina was (again) very fast, efficient and friendly. The resolution of some minor issues were resolved satisfactorily At our age having to take our suitcases out of the shuttle van ourselves is getting a bit difficult.

• Gerard (8/5): Goed hotel voor een overnachting met prima shuttlevervoer. - Kamer en ontbijt waren prima. Helaas konden wij het klimaat niet goed regelen waardoor het erg warm was in de kamer. Eén raam open zetten was niet mogelijk. Het personeel was erg onpersoonlijk. Er was weinig persoonlijke aandacht (Hoe was uw reis?). De contacten waren zakelijk en vluchtig hetgeen mogelijk te maken heeft met het feit dat het een hotel nabij het vliegveld is. Het personeel sprak voornamelijk gebrekkig Engels, waardoor er soms sprake was van miscommunicatie. Bijvoorbeeld bij de bestelling in het restaurant.
