• Ansaf (3/5): Décevant - Ils ne changent pas le linge de lit donc pas propre, c'était supposé être un dortoir pour femme mais ils oublient de préciser que la salle de bain est mixte, en plus j'ai eu la surprise de me faire surtaxé 22 euros de plus sur ma réservation qui n'était pas stipulé avant.

• Kate (4/5): It was our only option, at least we saw Barcelona - Great location, a safe and homely back street close by to a nice plaza and services like laundromat. It was a pleasant walk into the gothic quarter and past Gaudi works. Booked as a couple but received a bunk bed. There was chewing gum still on the ladder to the top bunk. The mop and bucket lived in the shower and it was beyond uncomfortable trying to avoid the shower curtain from touching you while showering. Mattresses were sagged in the middle. Staff didn’t particularly orientate us to the hostel, only discovered the common room on the last night. Unusual absence of kettles? The door digital unlocking sounds were very loud, it often sounded like your neighbour was about to enter your room. One night some guests arrived late / without a key. There were no instructions or support for them so they rang the doorbell consistently for half an hour, and even tapped on our window / whispered through the guard wire begging to be let in - not a good experience at 1am! Weird intolerance to any alcohol policy. The ‘pride’ / ‘drag’ decor around the place was very tacky and didn’t fit the vibe.

• Mattias (3/5): The hotel is at a good location, but with all the dislikes that I had, I wouldn't return. - Good location. Got fairly quickly to every place we wanted to see. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms could be more private. The bunk bed was terrible because everytime you moved on there, the metal would start creaking, and that would wake us up. When someone would use their room card, the beeping that caused would be heard in our room as well. Also saw a big cockroach in the kitchen. Everybody's food is stored in the same fridge.

• Chris (1/5): Has bedbugs as of 14NOV25 - Active has bed bugs. Massive bed bugs. First room had a live one on the bed, they moved to another room with a mattress covered in carcasses. I asked for a refund and was denied on the spot. I booked another hostel that night and left.

• RUI (4/5): 不好非常不好 - 我白天上午十点到，她告诉我要下午三点办入住，我要出去玩所以晚上十一点到宿舍，居然没有人给我办入住，我手机关机了到酒店找别人充电给他们老板打无数个电话都没有人接，甚至用号码加WhatsApp都不接视频语音呵呵，我真的佩服，问题上booking上定的，居然没有给我发拿钥匙的密码之类的就说一句自己几点下班，你下班前倒是把密码钥匙给我们留好呀，结果并没有，和我一起遭遇的还有另外两位十几岁的男孩，我们没有办法办入住，他们俩出去找别的地方住了，你说你是私人老板你没法接电话，你倒是把员工电话放前台前面呀，根本打不通电话，都要疯了，我想住过的人肯定有和我一样的遭遇 我自己弄到凌晨两点手机没有电只能在地上坐着等到第二天上午十一点办入住，可是我只住一天呀，所以那一天晚上我没有睡觉，也没有人给我办入住也没有退我钱呵呵呵真的好累呀那天，第二天还要坐飞机 所以大家出来玩肯定会回去办入住的晚呀 别改进了反正不推荐住

Mi è stato assegnato un letto accanto alla porta della stanza, ogni volta che qualcuno la apriva venivo disturbata dalla luce del corridoio e dalla porta cigolante. Per la prima volta in un ostello, nonostante io avessi i tappi per le orecchie ed un sonno molto pesante, non ho dormito. Inoltre nei bagni non c'è nulla su cui poter appendere i propri asciugamani o appoggiare le proprie cose... e mancano le tavolette del wc in tutti i bagni :/ No no no non ne vale la pena

• Paula (4/5): No estuvimos cómodos - La cama era cómoda. No se percibía limpieza ni en los baños ni en la habitación. La pared estaba llena de manchas y el suelo estaba sucio, al igual que el ambiente se notaba húmedo y con sensación de cerrado. Ademas tuvimos un problema con el cobro, el cual en una primera instancia no supieron cómo solucionar y no se nos dio ninguna seguridad al realizarlo ya que me enviaron un enlace por whatsapp para poder finalizar la transacción y todo esto tras guardar todos los datos de mi tarjeta en la app de booking. No estuvimos cómodos.

Acordamos que les enviaré el estado de cta.de mi Bco para q realicen la devolución. Lo haré a mi retorno
• Amparo (4/5): - El personal era agradable. La habitación de dos literas es diminuta, no hay dónde apoyar las cosas, los colchones están sucios y la habitación en general también. Pagar 76€ por una noche en una habitación a pie de calle con ventanas totalmente sin más que se oye todo el ruido de fuera y que el wc del baño no tenga tapa o que no pongan un simple jabón para la ducha es lamentable. Carísimo. Regulación de este tipo de alojamientos saca perras YA.

• Esther (1/5): Estancia de pesadilla - La ubicación no está nada mal Me cuesta escribir algo así ya que no lo suelo hacer pero fue una estancia de pesadilla. La habitación para 2 pax. de 90 eur una noche no cumplía para nada las expectativas, una habitación pequeña como un bunker con 2 camas en litera, las paredes sucias y sin luz. La ventana que daba a la calle estaba rota y cuando se abría había una rejas de metal que daban a la calle sin posibilidad de pasar luz. El aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte y no se podía quitar porque es central. Lo peor llegó por la noche, paredes muy finas que no quitaban ni el ruido de la calle ni el ruido en otras habitaciones. El hotel estaba lleno de gente muy joven borracha que entraba y salía de sus habitaciones y hablaba a grito pelado hasta las 3 de la mañana. Fue una pesadilla de estancia, lo siento pero tengo que ser sincera y me cuesta.

• SergioM8 (4/5): Un Hostel con muchos problemas , poco recomendable. - No tendría nada que destacar positivo de este Hostel. Un Hostel con un ruido insoportable, tanto por la gente de otras habitaciones como la de la propia calle. Nuestra ventana directamente daba a pie de calle, y encima estaba rota. Las puertas funcionaban muy mal, la recepción hasta las 10 de la mañana no aparecía... Un auténtico desastre todo.
