- Viktoriia (1/5): Отвратительно - Единственный + это хорошее расположение. Близко к морю и центр Я не капризный путешественник, много отдыхаю в Азии, но такого кошмара ещё нигде не встречала. Обманули на счёт окна. На фото оно есть. Но выходит на кирпичную стену в 10 см от номера. Воздух не поступает, свет тоже. Возврат отказались делать. Купальник и пляжное полотенце не возможно просушить. Все стухло, пришлось покупать новые. Везде плесень, это же опасно для здоровья! Тараканы размером с мышь гуляют спокойно по кровати! В душевой нет дверцы и вода стекает не правильно в итоге после душа вся ванная залита водой. Белье грязное, полотенца тоже, просила заменить поменяли на такое же грязное. Все сломано. Заснуть не возможно из-за соседей, слышно абсолютно все и разговоры и телевизор, просыпаешься рано от звона посуды. За эти деньги было очень много вариантов, лучше выбрать что-то другое, даже если немного дальше пройти. Такого жуткого опыта у меня ещё не было и надеюсь больше не будет

- Струк (6/5): - Я говорю о первом проживании в данном отеле. Есть и плюсы, и минусы. Прежде всего нужно акцентировать внимание на особенностях вьетнамской архитектуры. Это не современный отель первой линии, а довольно старая постройка, этакий узкий столбик, что предполагает интересные номера с балконами по фасаду здания, а остальные номера - без окон. Мой номер 302 имел минимальные удобства, старая мебель, совмещенный санузел и отсутствие окон в привычном понимании - окно попадало в техническую шахту. Для кого-то это неважно. Но мы взрослые люди и понимаем - отсутствие дневного света вредно для здоровья. У кого есть запасные жизни как у Горца или кто-то ведет своеобразную жизнь, приходя в номер только переночевать - это их выбор. Для короткого пребывания это некритично, для длительного - не есть хорошо. Мне пообещали заменить номер к 4 января, обещание осталось только словами. Крайне досадно было видеть, как менялись постояльцы отеля, уезжая из нормальных номеров, а ты так и оставался в своей клетке. Полотенца меняли. Администрация отеля благосклонно относится к вашим праздникам, их можно отметить в лаундж-зоне. В отеле продается недорогое пиво, собираются веселые компании зимовщиков, где можно познакомиться с интересными людьми и попрактиковать разговорный английский. Вам могут предложить завтраки, обеды, кофе за дополнительную цену, поменять вашу валюту на местную. Это, разумеется, спальное место. В первый раз за все времена своих путешествий я спала на такой кровати. За эти три месяца я сменила 8!!!!! отелей, и лишь в этом отеле я увидела пружинный матрас. Блин, это ностальжи, вроде как будто я в далеком детстве сплю у бабушки, в старое и бедное время, на такой ужасной постели... Ощущение, что спишь на каменистой дороге. Ортопедический матрас в наше время это не космическая инновация, это must-have, это элементарная базовая необходимость. Сюда же добавлю и подушки, которые напоминают набор комков. Это - плохо. Это неуважение к своим постояльцам.

Расположение потрясающее, на первой линии, море через дорогу, с балкона-террасы потрясающий вид на море, можно встречать рассветы, а они в Нячанге очень красивые! Двухместный номер очень маленький, хоть я и жила одна, но мне было тесновато, а вдвоём, так вообще не развернешься

Khách thì luôn ủng hộ từ việc mua vé Vinpearl, tắm bùn Resort ( khách sạn được hoa hồng chứ có phải không công đâu) mà tính toán chi li, không hỗ trợ khách ( mua lon nước ngọt xin đá cũng tính thêm tiền, trên phòng hết dầu gội xin thêm cũng thêm tiền,…). Khách hỏi ủng hộ nhiều vậy mà không hỗ trợ thì nghĩ sao trả lời khách là không có khách sạn này thì gia đình làm gì có chỗ ở? WTF làm như ở chùa vậy, thiếu KS là ở ngoài đường hay gì☺️ không bao giờ quay lại👎

The room was ok, a bit outdated but it was clean. Hot shower was nice. If you stay in room 503 and 504 you get a private terrace which you share with the other room. So not completely private. This should be stated in the description. The staff was really friendly! You can rent bikes and scooters.

The staff were very nice and spoke quite good English. They also advised us on what local buses to take to Dai Lanh. We unfortunately missed the last bus for the day and came back to the hotel (the bus stop is 5 walking minutes away) and they rented us an even bigger room for the same price, for which we are really grateful! No hot water in either room, but we didn't really need it and wasn't really surprised based on the cheap price we paid for the rooms at such a location.

The view from the balcony was great, right over the ocean. Room was a good size and for a very affordable price. Very close to the beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Our room (VIP room with balcony) had an absolutely awful smell to it. I think they realized this as they had left our doors open before we arrived... The smell was like sewage, it could be mostly hidden with the air conditioning but it made relaxing in the room basically impossible.

When I arrived, they lied to me that the sea view room has electric problems so I must take another room with no window or cancel the booking which they will charge me for the cancellation. Clearly they overbooked and sold my room to someone else. After I argued that I would not take anything other than my preferred room, They gave me a smoking room with sea view but facing the street with so much street noise. The bathroom is dirty with mildew and mold, the room is very basic. I had to ask for a towel. Not recommended to stay here.

- Jonathan (6/5): - Way over price for hotel located in very small alley. I did not know that it was in a alley. Staff is very friendly and room and bed is clean have balcony.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good value hotel - Location is great for the beach, local bars and restaurants. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the hotel is a little dated and does not provide breakfast.
- Anna-Chiara (4/5): pho bien - nix bien! - Als Begrüssung im Zimmer (ohne Fenster!) eine grosse Kakerlake im Zimmer. Das kann in Vietnam ja mal passieren, aber danach gings leider weiter mit einem dreckigen Bad (kleine Ameisen), einem ungeleerten Abfalleimer beim Klo mit Klopapier voll Grüssen unseres Vorgängers und einem fleckigen Bettanzug. Unser Zimmer roch zudem stark nach indischem Essen und war sehr feucht. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein besseres Zimmer bekommen (mit Fenster!), doch die bessere Kategorie ist nicht wirklich besser! Der Hotelkomplex scheint uns sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben nach einer Nacht das Hotel gewechselt!
- bouavanh (2/5): worst hostel I've ever stayed in - everybody's just seem very rude 9 helpful whatsoever will give you attitude when you ask a simple question would never go there again and I suggest no one does the only thing nice I can say about it it was close to the beach
- kay (2/5): Rude mean useless please - I absolutely hated it but I already booked 3 days and couldn't get a refund so I had to stay there couldn't wait to get out
- bouavanh (4/5): stay away - probably the worst hostel I've ever stayed in when I took a shower I hung up my towel to dry the maid came and took it and they try to charge me for a towel that they took .the young girl that works in the front is nice but the older one with wavy hair is always mad about something?
- Don (8/5): Great balcony. - For a small hotel, Room 503 has a great balcony looking over at the beach. Smallish room. Room 503 I booked wasn't available when I arrived. No discount for an extra night. They could have offered something. The staff is super friendly, and all wa clean and bright.

- Елена (10/5): удачное расположение, вид на море - приехали в 10 утра, заселили сразу. бронировали четырехместный делюкс, все как на картинке. две большие кровати, балкон боковой с видом на море. жили на третьем этаже.номер вполне приличный, чисто , уборка и смена полотенец каждый раз если оставить ключ на ресепшн когда уходите. завтрак небогат, шведский стол, но голодными не оставались. персонал очень приветливый. главный плюс отеля, это его расположение, прям возле моря, через дорогу, и в самом центре туристической зоны, все рядом, кафе, рестораны, магазины. вобщем мы остались очень довольны отелем. рекомендую.
- Rj (8/5): Ok hotel, good value for money - Hotel was quite ok, but there were a few things that annoyed me . One of the receptionists did not speak English at all. Bad first impression - but the two other receptionists were very good so that evened out. The cleaning could have been a little better, but ok for the price. Great location, just across the street from the beach and close to bars and shops in the most busy district.
- Lauren (8/5): - Huge construction next door but luckily nha trang people work 9-5 :) music from some unknown location kept pumping til sunrise but we were on floor 6 so quite dull. We had the 16 bed dorm all to ourselfs for 3 nights which was awesome, installed an extra aircon during our stay so the girls bathroom was still saw-dusty after but not an issue as we both used the boys. Young girl on reception is really helpful and friendly, beds are comfy and spacious, walking past vacant rooms looked pretty nice and cosey with huge balconies, we were offered one of these at no cost because they had a call from a 14pax Vietnamese family who wanted to stay (lucky for us they didn't confirm:)) Can't really fault this hotel much at all.

- Fabian (6/5): Good location for a good price. - We've chosen this place because it was very close to the beach and to most of the interesting places to visit in NhaTrang. We decided to extend our stay for a second night and even had in mind to stay 3nights in total because we were told of the lady from the reception at arrival that all the buses further all fully booked for the next 4days. Luckily we decided at the second day in the evening to visit a booking office which booked us easily a 2 seats in a shuttle bus to MuiNe the next day. It's worth to stay at this hotel because the beds are very comfortable and good to calm down after a vietnamese day, but the service from the reception didn't fancy us at all.
