- Zephyr85 (9/5): - Posizione ottima, vicino metro linea N e W, in 20 minuti sei quasi ovunque a New York. Per una famiglia italian la king suite è stata davvero perfetta, forse anche troppo grande, ma comoda, pulita e spaziosa. Servizi a colazione molto buoni per europei, ma poca scelta per chi soffre di intolleranza al lattosio (abbiamo sopperito con toast al burro di arachidi e marmellata). Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile per le necessità. Pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani molto frequente ma anche su richiesta se necessario. Nel seminterrato locale lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice che si possono usare a pagamento con app dedicata (dove ricaricare il credito) e collegamento con bluetooth. Ripeto, ottima per famiglia italiana, noi eravamo 3 adulti e 1 bambino. La scelta per la colazione per chi soffre di intolleranze o allergie potrebbe essere più ampia, ma è un suggerimento. I cuscini dei letti sostengono poco.

Sala fitness ben attrezzata ed usufruibile fino a tardi trovandosi al piano seminterrato. Cambio asciugamani e rifacimento stanza quotidiano. Colazione varia con qualità discreta. Zona tranquilla a pochi passi (100 metri circa) dalla metropolitana Divano letto a molle e quindi risulta rumoroso durante la notte.

- wagner (4/5): Good stay, but unresolved billing issue with $400 significantly affected my experience. - The room was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff was polite and helpful during the stay. I was charged an additional $400 as a deposit and was informed this amount would be refunded after I paid the full stay with another card. However, more than 10 days have passed and the refund has not been processed. This unresolved billing issue is very disappointing.

- Lucile (9/5): Séjour parfait - La chambre avec vue sur le skyline était super on avait devant nous l'Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Summit, le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié (la viande changeait tous les jours), le lit était très confortable et à deux pas du métro c'était idéal. Le canapé lit pour nos enfants n'était vraiment pas confortable, ils ont eu mal au dos. Nous n'avions pas de bouilloire.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always kind, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, making it a perfect place to unwind. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the high level of cleanliness throughout the entire property and the attention to detail in every aspect. A special mention goes to Cal, who helped us with an issue at check-out when we were at risk of missing our flight. Thanks to his promptness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help, everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. His support truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression. Overall, the service was excellent, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

- kram23 (6/5): Nice stay @Home2Suites Long Island NYC - Our flight got suspended due to blizzard and need to find another hotel which is nearer to LGA. Luckily i got points and used it to book. Here is my detailed review. 1. Location - accessible and near to subway serving Trains N and W. There were small restos and convenience store as well. 2. Room - as expected, we love it due to its space and amenities with it, like kitchenette, and living room. 3. Price - within mid-range but still worth it. 4. Amenities - we were not able to go around the hotel but i learned they have gym. Unfortunately, they don’t have any restaurant, though they do have a pantry section where you can buy some snacks. 5. Staff - thanks to Enzo, helped us to check in since that time the hilton app is not working. He also upgraded us to City View as a gold member. 6. Luggage storage fee - this is the first time i experienced getting charged for storing our luggage. Overall, it was a nice stay, primarily on the space provided inside the room.

Convenient for Subway access and also has coffee shop , parking and Dunkin relatively close by. Cal Calderon was really helpful, approachable and really helped contribute to the success of this stay. 10/10 would stay here again.
- maxjang (10/5): Cost-effectiveness hotel and close from TSQ - I had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Long Island City / Manhattan View, and it was a very pleasant experience. The first thing I would like to point out is the location of the hotel. The subway station is right next to the hotel, literally steps away. This made it very easy to go to Manhattan. It was a huge relief to know that I could get to the subway station within 3 minutes of leaving the hotel, especially after a long day of sightseeing. I stayed in the Manhattan View room, and the view from there was simply amazing. As you can see from the pictures, the view of the skyline is simply beautiful, especially when the sun is shining. It was a treat to wake up to that view every morning. The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious for a New York hotel room. The room was laid out very well and was very comfortable. There was plenty of natural light, which was a bonus. The breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was a lot of variety. It was definitely a lot better than what I have come to expect from a hotel breakfast. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful whenever I had any questions. They definitely made the experience even more enjoyable. There are also convenient stores and a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which made it very easy to get snacks or coffee whenever I wanted. Overall, this hotel is definitely a great choice if you are looking for a hotel that is close to the subway station, has a great view of the Manhattan skyline, and has friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

It's his first time in the city, so we wanted a location that was close to public transportation yet quiet. The first night was great until the early morning of his birthday we were awoken by a screaming child in the room next to us. The screaming and banging went on for nearly 3 hours straight while we attempted to go back to sleep. I went down to the front desk where I talked to Enzo who helped us out immensely. He switched us to a new, quiet room within the hour. We appreciate the location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great customer service. Overall we got our money's worth!

The staff is also nice and helpful! The issues i have are the rooms. The washroom has tape holding the counter together, there was hair in the shower. There is mold and the tub is not in good shape. The pull out couch makes noise every time you move on it and doesnt sit flat. The walls are overly thin and people were partying until 330am ! I did research before booking here. I spent $200 plus on a room for a night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

- Rhonda (8/5): A nice enjoyable stay with a very clean room. - The Hotel Staff was kind and very helpful. I liked the kitchenette that we had in our room, full with all the kitchen items you would ever need, and more. I really appreciated the cleanliness of our room. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job. The room was a bit smaller than what I had thought from what was advertised, but other than that, it was a nice hotel, I would stay here again if I'm ever in Long Island City again.
- MrHandBaggageOnly (6/5): Well sized rooms, but location will not suit everyone. - We stayed here on a Monday night in mid-November and decided only the day before to move our stay to this hotel, rather than another that we had booked close by. Ultimately we will never know if we made the correct decision, but we wouldn’t rush back to this hotel. First of all, the positives: - Even the basic room here are large and spacious, especially when you compare them to Manhattan room sizes. If you travel with a lot of luggage then this is a good option. - The rooms come with a kitchen area, so if you prefer to cook for yourself this is ideal. - There is a Dunkin’ Donuts a few metres away from the front door - I am a big DD fan so this worked for me. - There is a Subway station very close by that goes directly to Manhattan in a few stops. - The rates can be competitive, especially given the space you get for what you pay. Here’s what we didn’t work so well for us: - There was no acknowledgment of our Hilton status and no upgrade. Given we had only booked the day before we weren’t that surprised and nor did we need an upgrade, but it was odd not to have it recognised at all. - The fridge in our kitchen was made a horrendous noise every 20-30 minutes or so that was annoying when trying to go to sleep. - The hotel's rubbish was collected from right outside our window at around 3 or 3.30am. It’s a large hotel, so there was plenty of rubbish and even though the noise probably only lasted for two or three minutes, it was loud and put a solid dent in our sleep for the night. - The neighbourhood is fine, but as we were only there for one night we didn’t have lots of time to check it out, but we didn’t feel like it was an area of NY we would ever rush back to visit. We were up and away before the included breakfast was being served so can’t comment on that. This hotel was fine for a night and did what we required, but we wouldn’t rush back. Many other reviews online are very generous and certainly in respect of room size vs spend they are warranted, but I would adjust your expectations accordingly. Simple, uncomplicated and, in our case, too noisy.

- Michael (8/5): Tolles Hotel für, an NY gemessen, einen guten Preis - Das Hotel war wirklich super nah an der Subway, man konnte sogar zwischen zwei Stationen auswählen, so musste man nie wirklich auf eine Sub warten. Man war in 4 Stationen an der 5th Ave.. Besser gehts nicht. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite für 4 Personen. Es war wirklich ausreichend. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Das Bad war groß und die Dusche sehr geräumig. Der Frühstücksraum war teilweise zu klein, war aber kein Problem für uns, wenn es wirklich keinen Platz mehr gab, dann sind wir eben mit dem Essen ins Zimmer uns setzten uns dann dort an den Tisch.

- Karen (7/5): Debería ser más económico para lo que ofrecen - Ubicación excelente a 2 minutos caminando de la estación del metro muy cerca a lugares de interés, o muy fácil para moverse desde y hacia el hotel 1. Hay que pagar para dejar la maleta si llegas temprano o si sales tarde y quieres pasear (10us) por tenerla, me parece de mal gusto este cobro, en ningún hotel de ny me había pasado eso. 2. El desayuno es repetitivo , lo mismo siempre huevos cocidos fríos , huevos para hacer bagel , ni había más opciones de huevo, ni fue el mejor, pero pues pasa. 3. La calefacción Si pones menos de 80f se pone frío , ósea o es 80 o no es nada, eso me pasó en la habitación. 4.los huéspedes del piso de arriba no se que hacían pero no dejaban dormir (saltaban, tiraban cosas ) y se sentía todo abajo. Deberían poner reglas o normas para que dejen dormir.

Nous avons du demander 3 fois pour avoir une plaque de cuisson et une casserole. Climatisation TRES TRES TRES BRUYANTE ET SALES pas du tout entretenu. Petit dej en salle impossible après 7h30. Si vous êtes levé tôt c'est parfait .Au delà de 7h30 la salle est inaccessible.

- JOSE (9/5): Volvería - Excelente ubicación a 80 metros de salida del metro. Personal muy amable. Camas cómodas y todo limpio. Pueden mejorar la fila a la hora del desayuno. La estación de tostar pan hace que se acumule mucha fila para acceder a las otras comidas.

Incluso los recogieron dos paquetes de Amazon con los regalos de Navidad. Súper cerca del metro, 1’ . Quizás que había mucha gente a la hora del desayuno, creo que debería ampliarse los días de diario de 6 a 10 en lugar de 9am

- Andrea (10/5): Fantastic value just steps away from the heart of Manhattan - We loved this apartment hotel, the staff were great, the room was big and just a block from the subway. Great facilities in the room and so good to have a kitchen in the room. Breakfast in the morning was good and we loved the 24/7 market, and hot chocolate & coffee or tea available any time. Staff were friendly and polite and the kitchen ladies were great too especially Lina and her sister. Thank you for a great stay! I would have liked a vacuum of the floors every few days as We were there 10 nights and the floor was getting very dirty by the end. Housekeeping was good but could have done floor cleaning and replenished kitchen essentials more often.

- BayAreaTraveler2 (8/5): Clean Comfortable Convenient - Clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the room. Adequate breakfast with staff that did a great job keeping the food stocked and the tables clean. Short walk to subway to Manhattan. Good food nearby, like Beija Flor. Four stars instead of five because it can be quite expensive.
