• Boom Ang (4/5): - Drainage inside shower room is choke. Flooding after every shower. The toilet is always dam and wet. Staff at breakfast cafe are not friendly.

• Pereira (8/5): Great option for a small stay - Easy self check in, we arrived at 1am and everything went smoothly. They also let us put our bags in a room in the last day. We woke up everyday with the noise from the corridor. The walls should be more sound proof.
• Alica (10/5): Úžasný pobyt - S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní, izba bola pohodlná a čistá, kúpeľňa bola trochu menšia ale nam to neprekážalo. Veľké plus bola spoločná plne vybavená kuchyňa v ktorej bol dokonca kávovar a možnosť pripraviť si výbornú kávu priamo na ubytovaní. Poloha bola skvelá, v blízkosti boli obchody, stanica metra, reštaurácie aj kaviarne, odporúčame hlavne kaviareň len pár metrov od nášho ubytovania, robili najlepšiu kávu akú som v Ríme pila. Trochu slabý prúd vody v sprchovom kúte a umývadle.
• du Sart (7/5): When in Rome! - Great location! Monti is an amazing area in Rome. Close to so many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Vittorio Emmanuele park is a few steps away and so is all the main metro lines. You can also walk to the Rome Termini from the apartment.
• Laura (8/5): - Localização muito boa e o quarto é grande. Banheiro não tem ventilação natural então as toalhas não secam, fora que o box tem uma boa parte sem vidro, então molha bastante. O host demora para responder.
• Oleg (3/5): - Понравилось только расположение , номер чистый к этому вопросов нет 1.Душ в ванной должен быть оборудован дверцей, на мое сообщение , мне сказали , так и должно было , но там есть прокладка для двери , они просто решили не ставить там дверь и все шло на пол 2. Шумо изоляции, слышно как соседи ставят зарядку в розетку, слышно каждый шаг, как будто картонные стены 3. Самое плохое это то что персонал по уборке , вместо того чтобы постучать , в наглую пытается зайти , на мой вопрос почему не постучали я слышу , ,,было тихо думала никого нет,,прошу заметить это было раньше чем время выселения Вывод : Больше тут не будем останавливаться

Owners provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Will definitely recommend to others. Lovely little restaurant opposite made the perfect “local” to start and end the evening 👍🏻 Nothing.

• maria roberta (10/5): Ottima posizione e stuttura pulita - In posizione centrale per visitare la città sia a piedi che con la metro a due passi dalla struttura. Molto comodo aver potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura anche dopo il check-out. Ottima la possibilità di farsi una tisana o caffè al mattino. Se ti trovi nella camera a fianco qualcuno che non rispetta il silenzio dopo una certa ora, è fastidioso in quanto le pareti non sono insonorizzate.

• Clare (7/5): Terrific location and a lovely room. - The location was wonderful, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the colosseum and the train station. The bed was a little hard and there was a bottle bank on the street below that was quite noisy.
• Joana (9/5): - Caring hosts. The room was very comfortable. Kitchen with coffee machine and kettle for tea was an added bonus. We happened to have a chat with the cleaning lady, who was lovely. We were able to leave our bags after check-out without having to pay for a locker, which was very useful! In terms of location is great because there are both a metro and a bus station that connects to the city's major points. On the first day we arrived, there was someone playing the piano (very well) on the room above us, we loved it!

• Natalia (7/5): - Pokój bardzo ładny i czysty :) Kontakt z właścicielami szybki i bezproblemowy :) Można bylo bez problemu zostawic bagaż Baaaardzo głośno. W pokojach bylo slychac wszystko co sie dzieje na korytarzu, każdy krok, szczególnie jak ktos przychodził w nocy. Warto by bylo jakos wygłaszyć drzwi od korytarza. Dodatkowo, Pan na piętrze niżej, zaczynał grać na fortepianie i śpiewać po godzinie 23. Bylo to tak głośne, ze nie dało sie spać, jakby ktoś grał od razu obok nas.

• Μιλτιάδης (10/5): - Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτιο, και αρκετά κοντά σε διάσημα αξιοθεατα. Επιπλέον εχει ολα τα ΜΜΜ διπλα. Επισης η ιδιοκτήτρια παρα πολυ εξυπηρετική. Την τελευταία μέρα μας έδωσε δεύτερα κλειδιά για να βάλουμε τις βαλίτσες στο γραφείο της για να απολαύσουμε και την τελευταία μερα μιας και πετουσαμε απόγευμα.

They made sure we had everything we needed and were always friendly and available if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

• Maria Heritiere (9/5): Repetiria - La habitación era bastante amplia, tenia cocina con microondas, nevera y horno, no se podia freir nada pero con el horno para mi era suficiente, cerca de la estación termini, y varios supermercados, a unos 20 min del coliseo, buses y metro tambien muy cercanos para poder moverse, nos lo facilitaron todo e incluso podriamos haber dejado las maletas alli despues del check out Tal vez que no hubiese para poder freir algo y que las paredes son un poco de papel

• Harris (6/5): Great Location, but Sleep Was a Challenge - We really appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s major attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The shared kitchen was a great addition and very practical, with useful facilities including a coffee machine, kettle, oven, and stove. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the café downstairs, the pastries were delicious and the coffee was excellent, which was a lovely way to start each day. While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, there were a few areas that affected our overall experience. The bed in our room was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle of the mattress that may benefit from being replaced. As a result, I didn’t sleep well on three of the five nights. Noise was also a significant factor. Even while wearing earplugs, sound travelled very easily between rooms. As the hotel is located within a converted apartment building and consists of four rooms, we could hear neighbouring guests clearly, including conversations, movement, and doors closing at various hours. There is also a resident in the building who plays the piano throughout the day, and the street outside is quite busy, with traffic and trams running until the early hours of the morning. Light sleepers may wish to take this into consideration. Additionally, although this is not a reflection on the hotel itself, we personally found the surrounding neighbourhood felt somewhat uncomfortable at times due to the visible level of homelessness and open drug use in nearby streets and around the park. Overall, these factors impacted our sleep and sense of ease during the stay.

• Claudia (10/5): Muy buena opción central en Roma - Muy central, limpio, habitación con baño privado, y cocina compartida con café y té. En la habitación suficiente espacio para guardar las cosas, pequeño tv y lamparas para cada lado de la cama. Baño amplio con secador, toallas y básicos de baño. Manta extra y te cambian si quieres las toallas al Siguiente día. Puedes dejar el equipaje allí así hagas check out para el día. En general todo muy bien. Para mí el primer día no fue muy cómoda la cama pero luego sacamos más almohadas y estuvo muy bien.
• Natalie (9/5): Comfortable stay in a lovely historical building - The accommodation is in a lovely historical building. Our room was perfect. The bed was super comfy. We appreciated use of the guest kitchen, and did use it during our stay. Everything is lovely and clean. We even met the cleaning lady who kindly lent us some umbrellas, as it was pouring down the couple of days we were there. There are plenty of great places to get food within walking distance. Supermarkets too. We enjoyed the breakfast at the local cafe, it was nice to see locals there chatting and relaxing. The selection of pastries and coffee is great. You can enjoy walking to the historical centre and also get to the main station very quickly. I would recommend this place and would stay there again nothing to report

• GUADALUPE (8/5): - Habitación amplia, colchón y almohada en muy buen estado. Toallas limpias. Habitación silenciosa. La calefacción funciona perfectamente. El agua de la ducha con buena presión y temperatura. Supuestamente entraba el desayuno y lo único que había era café e infusiones gratis.

• Mari (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo y bien ubicado - La ubicación es muy buena, buena combinación con buses. Pudimos hacer el check in pronto porque la habitación estaba lista. El día de la salida nos dejaron dejar la habitación más tarde porque no tenían reservar posteriores, cosa que ayudó a poder ir más tranquilos y tener sitio donde dejar las maletas el último día antes de irnos al aeropuerto. Al llegar no localizamos a nadie para entrar en el alojamiento, entramos porque un vecino que entraba nos abrió.

O voucher para o café da manhã, simples mas delicioso, ao lado da hospedagem foi o que realmente valeu a pena! Entra e sai de hóspedes a qualquer horário dificultando dormir em alguns dias. Quartos antigos precisando de reformas e sem acústica alguma.

A new door lock was put in place during our stay and they provided keys for the lock as soon as the shop opened. The location was very good and only a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

• Patricia Florina (9/5): - The appartament was great, the host very friendly and helpful. Clean appartment, the cleaning lady passing every day. I loved the little breakfast included which is just at 2 min from the building, a little local caffeteria, which gives a very autenthic vibe. The place is quite near of the colosseum, 15 min walk and very close to the Termini central station and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Bus station close by, at 5 min walk. Great restaurants în the neighbourhood. The appartment is not very good soundproof. You could hear from the kitchen that someone is taking a shower, but otherwise we were not very disturbed by that. You just have to not make noise in the appartment, and we enjoyed a piano show every night from the neighbours, but I really loved it if you are into classical music.

• Inessa (10/5): Это лучшее место в центре Рима!!! - Великолепный отель. Я немного запуталась в этажах, написала в отель и тут же мне объяснили. Номер чистый, постель новая, подушки комфортные! Ставни на окнах и хорошие шторы помогают комфортному сну также. Есть кухня, что приятно нас удивило! Там миллионы положительных отзывов и наш там тоже есть!!! Рядом Колизей! Все в пешей доступности! От вокзала дошли пешком и пешком по городу! Завтрак в кафе рядом тоже супер ! Свежие круассаны и капучино! Мы точно рекомендуем!!! И хотим вернуться! Спасибо!!!!

• Andreia (8/5): Muito agradável - A localização é muito boa, ficando a cerca de 20 min a pé do coliseu. Junto ao alojamento existe uma paragem de autocarro e uma entrada para o metro. O quarto de hotel é amplo e luminoso, e todo espaço nos pareceu bem limpo. O café onde se vai tomar o pequeno almoço é mesmo ao pé do alojamento e todos os produtos têm bastante qualidade. O quarto não tem grande insonorização o que faz com que se ouça quando alguém entra e sai da porta do alojamento ou circula no corredor.

• Koraljka (8/5): Enjoy Rome as locals - The location is great taking you just few minutes walking to Colosseum, while metro and bus station also very close. Neighbourhood full of smaller shops and caffès. The room is spacious, having its own bathroom. There is also a very well equipp ed shared kitchen with delicious coffee as a complimentary. Rooms' doors are pretty weak, so all house noise can be heard just as it is in your room. Breakfast served in neighbourhood caffès means serving just coffee and croissaint. Avoid Gatsby caffè on Sunday - guests with BB vouchers cannot be seated inside.

• Débora (9/5): - Do quarto, da localização. De não ter contato com pessoas, é só por mensagem. E de não ser um hotel de fato. É um andar com vários quartos. E eles oferecem café da manhã num café ao lado que não tem muita variedade.
