• Sandra (10/5): - The accommodation was wonderful! The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible both by walking and by fast bus lines. It was very easy to find, and the entry system with codes for all the doors worked perfectly and was very convenient. Everything was very clean, and the cleaning lady came every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! The only small downside was that the sound insulation between the rooms was not the best, but it was only noticeable for a short time in the evening while everyone was returning home. Other than that, we have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend this place!

• Nohec (10/5): Honeymoon in Rome - Úžasná poloho ubytování vzhledem k památkám,všechno krásně v dochozí vzdálenosti. Pohodlnost ubytování, výřivá rohová vana na pokoji, úžasně pohodlné postele, denně úklid a výměna ručníků. Co se týče check-in, výborná komunikace ze strany majitele, vše bez problému. Nemáme vůbec nic na co by jsme si během pobytu stěžovali. Opravdu jsme si náš první pobyt v Říme užili.

• Andrea (7/5): Zadovoljne smo i mogle bi se vratiti - Hotel ima 4 različite sobe, dnevni boravak mali bar self-service popiješ i ostaviš novac (sve na povjerenje). Krevet je jako udoban i velik. Uređen je sa jako puno ukusa. Idealan za mlade turiste. Problem sa logiranjem za otvaranje svih vrata putem mobitela, nisam uspjela ne iz neznanja neznam zašto. Pitala sam jednog gosta i imao je isti problem. Dobile smo ključ i bilo je sve ok. Nedostajalo je kutija papirnatih maramica i na baru papirnata rola. U tuš kabini ima veliki gornji tuš koji se neda regulirati što znači nema biranja i zalije te cijelog od glave do pete.

• Nicole (10/5): Perfect hosts perfect room - Loved how central the location was. The instructions of how to get into the property need to be more clear as we struggled to figure this out. Like how to get off the street then how to get into the door and then how to get into the room. We had to explain it to some guests staying there as they were confused to. So this needs to be in writing with photos of what part of the key you use for which door.

• Lilianna (8/5): Για τα χρήματα που έδοσα ειδικά σε σχέση με την τοποθεσία ειμαι ευχαριστημένη - Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, πηγαίνεις παντού με τα πόδια Η κυρία καθάριζε καθε μερα και ήταν αρκετά καθαρα Το βραδυ το πισω δωματιο είναι εξαιρετικά ησυχο •Οσες μέρες ημουν εκεί δεν υπήρχε κανένας απο το προσωπικό πέρα απο την πολύ ευγενική κυρία που καθαρίζει η οποία όμως δεν μιλάει αγγλικά. •Η μόνη επιλογή για καφέ ήταν φακελάκια nescafe καθώς η καφετιέρα στην ρεσεψιόν δεν λειτουργεί •το ντουζ δεν είχε καλή πίεση καθώς ούτε το τηλέφωνο λειτουργούσε σωστά, ούτε το εξάρτημα στο ταβάνι οπότε δυσκολεύτηκα στο μπάνιο

• Dorina (9/5): Satisfied, would come back. - Very nice and clean property, has jakuzzi, nice location. Housekeeping lady speaks only italian, but still managed to help us with everything we needed. A bit noisy in the morning. The shower drain is slow, needed to shower very fast, otherwise the water flows out.

Quelques endroits délabrés dans la salle de bain et sur la tête de lit. Douche un peu petite. Le prix est un peu élevé pour la chambre mais vu l'emplacement c'est surtout ça qui justifie certainement le prix

Localização excelente, a apenas 300 metros do Panteão, 800 metros da Fontana di Trevi e 500 metros da Piazza Navona, permitindo fazer tudo a pé. Chuveiro com água quente, o que faz toda a diferença após um dia de passeios. Check-in e check-out com instruções claras, práticas e fáceis de seguir. O local não dispõe de recepção 24 horas. Recomendo fortemente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check in yaparken otele girişte internet çekmiyordu . Sadece aşağı inip kapıları açmamız gerekiyordu. Ama bu büyük bir sorun oluşturmadı kısa sürede halloldu.

The common area has small sitting with a honor liquor bar. A very friendly owner who communicated by phone and text and wanted to make sure we enjoyed his property,

• Angela250 (10/5): Perfect location - The location is perfect couldn't be better. Can pop in and take a break from walking and soak your feet in the tub. The service from the housekeeping staff was amazing. Some translation was required as I did not speak much Italian and she didn't speak any English. However figured out a recommendation for wine with her help. Self-service bar with good options at great prices on bottles of wine and champagne. The room was clean and the bed was perfect. Nice modern room and bathroom. Also a patio by the self serve bar if you wish to sit outside. Be sure to have data or a e sim as is required to get in contact if you have issues outside of hours of service as the place is small and no one is around after the house keeper does her job but the owner is contactable via what's app. The windows to our room could use renovation as I wish I could open them for a view during the thunder storm. Also better internet only so we could use Netflix on the t.v. honestly we were so busy it didnt matter to much.

• Rei_l_r-m (4/5): No lift, no staff, no acknowledgement of issues. - The room was large and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The location was brilliant, only a few minutes walk from the Pantheon. The hotel advertised as having a lift, as a person with limited mobility, I would not have chosen a hotel without one. On arrival, the lift door on the first floor (where the hotel is) was locked and therefore unusable. When I contacted the hotel manager (via text as there were no hotel staff present) he told me "the hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs" and refused to acknowledge the issue with the lift. I was forced to use the stairs for the whole stay, causing myself pain and risking injury. On our return home I contacted Booking.com to request that they speak with the property about the issue with the lift, but the hotel manager once again refused to acknowledge the problem, only stating again "the hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs" If you have any kind of access need, I definitely don't recommend this hotel.

• Marta (7/5): La ubicación es inmejorable. - La ubicación es perfecta, llegas a todo andando y la calle nada ruidosa y muy tranquila, con tiendas cercanas. El personal es muy atento y amable, enseguida contestan si necesitas algo, especialmente Imma fue encantadora. No pudimos conectar la tv a internet y encontramos colillas por la habitación. Nos sorprendió que la caja de seguridad fue reseteada con nueva contraseña teniendo cosas dentro, aunque no teníamos nada de valor y no faltaba nada.
