Every morning there was a wide variety of fresh food, from local Vietnamese dishes to international options. Everything tasted fresh and carefully prepared. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible hospitality from Chi and Tan. They were always attentive without being intrusive, and they made every guest feel important. Their positive energy in the morning genuinely started our day in the best possible way.

• MartinC (9/5): A very pleasant stay in a superior hotel. - An exceptional hotel. Everything is done to ensure a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and fresh fruit delivered to our room was an unexpected touch. The room was large and comfortable. The staff friendly and professional. The bathroom fittings did not match the rest of the room and were a little below expectations.
• Jack (1/5): Not a pleasant experience and would not recommend to anyone else - The room was cramped and had an unpleasant odor. The hotel did not provide basic toiletries, and when I requested them, they informed me that it was a rule of the tourism ministry that they were not permitted to provide them. However, I received toiletries in all other hotel stays during my trip to Vietnam. They charge exorbitant fees for late checkouts, whereas almost every other hotel offers free late checkouts.

There was construction on the last night, next to the hotel. I would never expect noise at 1h in the morning… Is not the hotel’s fault, but should be more rules to avoid these things.

They offer luggage storage if you are doing side trips. Helpful staff. My small room was was priced accordingly and perfect for one. Had a view of the city. Highly recommend. Quality of some breakfast products like breads and coffee. These could improve. There was a wide selection of items that would cover most people, however.

You can have either a bath OR a balcony! Weird I know, and the room photos would make you believe a room exists with both a bath and a balcony.
