• Abhay (5/5): Fern Residency Yashwanthpur doesn't measure upto Marriott standards. - The staff is quite attentive and responsive. Location of the property is very near a Metro station so very convenient for commuting. Rooms are quiet and peaceful even though property is located on busy Tumkur road. The property is quite old and the age shows in the furniture etc. Bath linen is just passable. Toilet exhaust fan worked erratically. The breakfast buffet was quite tasteless. Dishes ordered ala carte were good.

• Willmott-Dalton (10/5): - Location to train station. Comfortable bed. Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean bed, comfort and shower. No fan in bathroom to help with moisture. TV didn't work. But too tired after long flight to be a worry.

They upgraded me to a suite but the room felt dated and bathrooms were like a two stars hotel - no wet and dry area in bathroom.

• Ruslan (2/5): Very poor - Only location This is one of the worst experiences that I had in India. At the reception attitude of receptionist named Ananya was very rude. Then the room that was given to me was on the top floor (No. 5114). It was right below the central air conditioning system. So, the noise coming from that system was very loud. I asked the hotel staff to switch it off but they just refused... I was not able to sleep. This was a horrible experience. I don't recommend this facility to anyone.

• Janak (8/5): Perfectly located hotel if you have the work in Yashwantpur, Tumkur, Peenya or BIEC. - The hotel is closer to the BIEC, so prefer staying there during exhibition time. It serves all basic amenities and the staff there is very co-operative. Ms. Rubina, the Manager at the Hotel helped us to make our stay comfortable.
