- Philip (8/5): Excellent - We spent one night in Paris. This was an excellent choice; it was comfortable, clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff. Good room; not huge but airy and relaxing. The hotel is in a lovely quarter with good strolling streets and good restaurants.

Isolation phonique intérieure à parfaire : on entend lorsque les voisin d'a-côté ou du dessus prennent leur douche ou vont aux toilettes.

The bedroom was very cramped, located next to very loud air conditioning units and overlooking a very small internal space, so there was only limited natural light.

They did all they could to accommodate my travelling with a mobility scooter and made sure we could stay comfortably and safely (ensuring a ground floor room, bringing a ramp as needed, lending an umbrella, helping with phone call to SNCF passenger assistance). A tiny niggle: we'd have liked a kettle in the room to make tea any time (though staff, when asked, helped us get hot water).

Todos foram muito atenciosos e receptivos, inclusive nos ajudaram com indicações de trajetos, e também nos auxiliaram com o armazenamento das bagagens após o check-out. O quarto era todo novinho, e tudo de muito bom gosto e qualidade. A cama foi muito confortável, e os lençóis eram ótimos. O quarto é bem pequeno, então ficava difícil transitar pelo espaço quando as malas precisavam estar abertas. Mas entendo que é uma limitação pelo tamanho e idade prédio.
