The bathroom could have been cleaned better, as there was lots of hair on the floor and in the shower floor /walls from the previous persons.

- Petr Kostka (9/5): Dobrý poměr ceny a kvality, výborná dostupnost do centra, klidná část města, - Je to blízko do centra - kousek je zastávka tramvaje, kterou dojedete asi 3 zastávky na metro Gullmarsplan. U stanice tramvaje jsou 2 supermarkety (Lidl a COOP) - otvírací doba do 21:00 a 22:00 hod. Také je tam rychlé občerstvení s hamburgery a hranolkami. Přístup do budovy i do apartmánu je na číselný kód, apartmán je čistý, vybavená kuchyňka nádobím, kávovar a rychlovarná konvice. V koupelně pračka. Okna nejdou otevřít a nejde vyvětrat (např. když se vaří). Výměna vzduchu je zajištěna ventilací budovy a ta pořád vydává zvuk (šumění asi jako když venku prší). Bylo mi předem avizováno, že bude k dispozici káva, čaj, cukr, ale nebylo tam nic, jen nádobí.

Il y a des stores et des rideaux occultants aux fenêtres, et la possibilité de laisser vos bagages dans des lockers. Il y a un tramway et 2 supérettes en bas de l immeuble lidl et coop. On ne peut pas régler la température dans l appartement. Là 23 °C. Donc on dort avec la fenêtre ouverte. Mais ça, c est personnel.

- Marina (7/5): Good value for money and location - The appartment is good, it has everything you need for a several nights stay. The kitchen is equiped and it has a nice terrace. The location is also very good with grocery shops, caffes, restaurants, just around the corner and a public transport stop as well. There was a problem with the electricity, specifically the socket in the kitchen. We got a little electric shock and it should be checked by an electrician.

- Massimiliano (8/5): Splendido. - L'alloggio fa parte di una struttura ricettiva ristrutturata recentemente. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla da cui si possono prendere i mezzi pubblici ( Tram e bus ) a due minuti di distanza che ti portano ovunque. La stanza è molto pulita, c'è una piccola cucina con frigo, fornello, microonde, dotazione di pentole e stoviglie, spugne, stracci e detersivo piatti con cui prepararsi il cibo (vicino all' alloggio è presente un supermercato Coop praticamente sempre aperto). L'unica pecca è che bisogna portarsi almeno olio, sale e zucchero perchè non sono presenti ma mi pare si possano richiedere con supplemento. Riscaldamento ok. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Renderei disponibile almeno una piccola dotazione di sale, pepe, olio e zucchero.

Les oreillers ne nous correspondaient pas, trop mous et trop plats. Un petit fauteuil supplémentaire dans le coin salon serait bienvenu. Difficile de régler la température, la ventilation tourne tout le temps. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres.

- Alessandro (9/5): Ottima soluzione in Stoccolma - La struttura è abbastanza nuova, con buona dotazione di servizi e posizionata in una zona di recente urbanizzazione con caffè, ristoranti e supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Anche le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono piuttosto vicine. Le camere sono di grandezza adeguata. La struttura ha una comoda luggage room in caso di necessità. Il servizio di check in è stato un po' macchinoso perchè hanno modificato il codice di ingresso 2 volte prima del nostro arrivo, ma il servizio di assistenza dopo una telefonata ha risolto il problema con grande rapidità. Parametrato sui prezzi di Stoccolma ha un prezzo molto competitivo. Occorrono due metro per raggiungere la fermata del centro (Gamla Stan) ma alla fine si tratta di solo circa 20/25 minuti.

- Jelena (6/5): Good. - The apartment was very nice and well-maintained. The location is great: it’s very close to Lidl and Coop, as well as the tram station, which makes getting around very convenient. It was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. There was no clear information on where to take out the trash, only glass disposal was explained. For general household waste, there was no designated place or instructions provided. The apartment also lacks basic amenities: there is no shampoo, and only two towels are provided for a 5–6 day stay. The hallways often smell strongly of cooked food. It takes quite a long time for the space to warm up. The hairdryer is old and doesn’t have a nozzle. Additionally, water from the shower leaks out into the bathroom.

- Suzanne (10/5): Great value, clean and comfortable - Clean and spacious appartment. There's supermarkets and a very good bakery around the corner. The location is perfect with the tram station just a 2-minute walk away. It takes about 20 min to get to Gamla Stan and 30 min to Central station. Staff are also friendly, they keep the entrance and halls particularly clean too. There's cabinets to neatly hang your clothes, and even an ironing machine and board. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed. Pots and pans were clean. Check-in was smooth. Would have been nice to have some basic shampoo and conditioner available, because they also had soap.

- Redhe (2/5): Sågade mig själv i foten med att boka detta - Bra läge och i ett tyst område. Väldigt mycket ingrodd lort speciellt vid kyl och frys. Jag fick klåda under vistelsen och läkare säger ätt jag har blivit biten av kryp på kroppen. Någon rökte i badrummet eller att ventilationen går från gården i till badrummet för andra natten så luktade det cigarettrök i hela badrummet och lukten hade inte gått bort når jag checkade ut.

- Ralf (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt, der zu empfehlen ist - Alles ohne Personal. Kommunikation über e-Mail vollkommen informativ und ausreichend. Alle Fragen sind irgendwie beantwortet. Das Apparment liegt zwar an einer Autobahn, von der aber nichts zu hören ist. Ich bezeichne die Unterkunft als ruhig. Es scheint kein wirkliches Mülltrennungssystem zu geben., was aber auf dem ersten Blick nicht wirklich zu erkennen ist.

- JuanCa_Medina (8/5): Cómoda y económica opción de hospedaje en Hammarby - Departamento muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy comercial, de fácil acceso, a 2 cuadras del tranvía, llegas al centro de Estocolmo rápidamente. El departamento es amplio y cómodo. Tiene lo necesario para una buena y placentera estancia. Todo es virtual en el trato con la empresa, pero atienden rápidamente cualquier consulta o requerimiento que se realice. Muy buena opción para hospedarse en Estocolmo Deberían tener manuales para usar la lavadora por ejemplo. No hay limpieza excepto para largas estancias. Faltan artículos de aseo personal. Si bien responden rápidamente a cualquier consulta o petición, el no haber trato personal con nadie en el edificio es algo negativo.
